We have so many leads we can't keep up! We are looking for an experienced packaging sales person that can manage our leads and drive our prospecting strategy.

This position will report to the VP of Customer Success and must have the following qualifications:
Packaging sales experience is a must, additional experience with CPG, Wine & Spirits or Cannabis industries are a plus.
A passion for new and experimental packaging.
Strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive nature and an aptitude for selling.
No-ego; can-do, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude that instills confidence through collaboration and influencing.
Entrepreneurial attitude with a high level of energy and drive; passionate about making an impact.

Merchant Boxes is focused on tipping the scales in favor of innovative producers by creating impactful experiences for the consumer via innovative package design. Clients will come for innovative design services and consultative insights and stay for a best-in-class supply chain and replenishment strategy

As Principal SDR, you will lead/own:
Tactical execution of the growth strategy for the business; becoming a subject matter expert on the platform and industry/competitive landscape:
Manage full-cycle business opportunities from lead generation through deal close; selling a repeatable and sustainable suite of services including:
Innovative, experiential packaging design
Order management system automation and integration
Supply chain, logistics and packaging consulting.
Systematically call and email prospective clients to discover and pursue sales opportunities, book in appointments and build relationships with potential clients and partners
Gain commitment from prospective clients to a presentation of Merchant Boxes services, pricing and business model; effectively handle and overcome objections
Use customer insights to support strategic recommendations for expanding the reach and profitability of Audily’s production and management services and published content
Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic recommendations; forecast sales activity and revenue achievements, as well as researching relevant targets to develop lead lists and identify new sales opportunities
Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success, this role is ideally suited for a person with the following experience and qualifications:
Substantial and meaningful sales experience in the online retailing/e-commerce and packaging industries
Experience in CPG, Wine & Spirits or Cannabis industries is a plus.
Knowledge of experiential packaging sales is a plus
No-ego; can-do, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude that instills confidence through collaboration and influencing
Gravitas; you carry yourself with confidence and speak clearly with conviction
Entrepreneurial with a high level of energy and drive; passionate about making an impact in the e-commerce industry through experiential packaging innovation
