Inventory Coordinator
Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator will assist in all inventory-related tasks. They will be responsible for cannabis materials, cannabis finished goods, and packaging components. This person needs to be an expert in weekly audits + reconciliation. The inventory coordinator will ensure constant accuracy in our systems (Metrc + Leaflink)
Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Development, implementation, and management of inventory reconciliation and/or cycle count system to maintain accurate inventory
- Communicate with Procurement and Warehouse team about stock and sales order issues
- Physically and digitally receive all inbound packaging materials
- Research and resolve all packaging inventory discrepancies
- Responsible for adding inventory into leaflink system & auditing for accuracy
- Responsible for scheduling & facilitating lab testing
- Responsible for specific actions in our METRC system
- A key point of checks and balances of inventory movement between the cultivation team and production team
Job Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIESPackagers:
-Set up room for efficient operation of filling, and packaging; labeling, boxing, inventory counts etc.
-Collect hourly metrics from fill, packaging, and biotrack labeling/QA
-Help monitor and manage packaging equipment, supplies and inventory
-Execute procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with company's SOP’s and all applicable manufacturing procedures.
-Perform in-process and post-process sampling according to protocols or batch records
-Support new product lines and process development as needed
-Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
-Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
-Keep worksite organized and help with duties for order fulfillment/shipmentï‚·Perform other related work as required
Harvesters:
- Processing and packaging of cannabis flower
-Deleafing
- Harvesting, bucking, drying, trimming and storing of cannabis flower.
-Ensure complete compliance to include labels, forms and packaging
-Conduct quality control audits to identify poor quality and/or a product issue. Report any issues immediately to your supervisor
Trimmers:
-Destemming
-Helping with various other cultivation and harvest duties

-Touching up/Quality Control checking Cannabis after it has been run through a trim machine
Budtenders:
-Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
-Play an active part in patient education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
-Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.
-Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
-Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
-Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
-Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research.
-Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
-Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and presence of the store is well maintained
-Provide necessary support to management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints
Warehouse Associates: -Organizing the warehouse
-Recording all pertinent batch #s and Metrc IDs on pick sheets
-Picking orders from warehouse shelves, boxing them, labeling, and sorting them
-Restocking / moving product from back to front stock as instructed
-General cleaning and organizing of the facility, including wiping surfaces, bathrooms, breaking down cardboard, taking out garbage and recyclingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS-Sitting or standing for long periods of time.

Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures for greenhouse cannabis cultivation. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Company operates under the highest standards of professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES-Works with Director of Cultivation to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules.-Prepares space required for planned production.
-Cloning: cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; labeling; and inventory data input into state mandated electronic tracking system.
-Monitors growing conditions and reviews changes in humidity, moisture and temperatureand cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
-Inspects crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
-Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming and staking; big leafing and pruning; plant care, watering and feeding; plant monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input.
-Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system.
-Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
-Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.
-Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces and tools.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team.
