Position Overview:
The Senior Director of Finance, reporting to the CFO, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance & accounting organization. The individual will manage the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the company to ensure the provision of accurate, timely and insightful information to the executive team
The Senior Director of Finance will play a critical role in ensuring SEC reporting compliance and be responsible for managing the relationship with our independent auditors and other external advisors.

SCOPE OF POSITION
The Controller, reporting to the VP of Finance, is responsible for overseeing the general accounting operations of the company. The individual will oversee the month end close process and day to day activities of the accounting department including accounts payable and accounts receivable. The controller is also responsible for enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
Responsibilities also include:
- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions;
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes;
- Supervision of accounting team which requires strong management skills;
- Review and approve manual GL journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations

SCOPE OF POSITION

Position Overview:
The Payroll & Benefits Manager is responsible for the full oversight, and preparation for all payroll, payroll tax, and benefit-related processes and reconciliations. This position will liaise with ADP to process Multi-State Payroll for 200+ employees across well as establish payroll processing for the company. In addition, this role will ensure full tax compliance is adhered to. This role will also act as the Benefits expert for the Company and ensure proper Benefits allocations, entries, and enrollment support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Payroll
- Process timely and accurate weekly, multi-state payroll for submission to payroll provider ADP.
- Manage the post-payroll functions and ensure processes are completed timely and accurately including payroll taxes, time and attendance records, payroll deductions, and accrual entries for the entire organization.
- Ensure accurate calculations of wages, tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and other deductions.
- Report, update, and process all employee earnings and deductions.
- Review, interpret and forward garnishments, levies, and child support orders in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations to ADP.
- Ensure that the employee self-service portal is accurate with the processing of W-4,
- Act as the Payroll System Primary Administrator and Subject Matter Expert. This includes assigning training for new users, building reports for Company managers as requested, maintaining system SOPs, and continuing to revise best practices within the system and/ or payroll/tax/benefits procedures.
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits, time & attendance, and payroll Oversee and process deductions and payments for employees on Leaves of Absence.
- Maintain all payroll files and backup in accordance with legal requirements.
Benefits
- Communicates or oversees communications of all benefits plans for new hires, including supporting the online enrollment process.
- Manage the open enrollment process and communication with Employees.
- Maintain tracking, issue invoices, and collect Benefits Insurance contributions due to the Company from employees on LOA.
- Audit and reconcile the monthly benefit allocations for all inter-co affiliates. Review for accuracy, coding, and payment.
- Act as the Administrator and Subject matter expert for the web-based Benefits enrollment platform (currently in Employee Navigator).
- Administer all employee benefits which include medical, dental, vision, 401k, Supplemental coverage plans, and COBRA.
- Maintain employee benefits files in accordance with Federal, State, and local guidelines.
- Assist A/P to ensure all benefits are paid on a timely basis.

- Ensure accurate 401(k) deductions and review of loan processing.
- Provide accurate data for 5500 Form completion.
- Assist with annual or periodic 401k audits as well as periodic service provider reviews.
Tax Compliance
- Maintain all Group and subsidiary withholding, SUI, disability, Garnishment accounts in positive standing.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3+ years of processing Multistate Payroll
- Must have at least 2 years of processing Canadian Payroll
- Experience with ADP Workforce required.
- Able to multi-task and work with multiple interruptions.
- Must be able to deal with confidential matters and information professionally and tactfully.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written communication skills and solid presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and follow through to achieve results and meet deadlines to meet the needs of the business.
- Working knowledge of relevant federal and state wage and hour laws.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

- Deep understanding in various benefits programs and hands-on experience in setting up and administering benefits.
- Experience in setting up and administering retirement plans. Deep understanding of different types of employee retirement plans and legal requirements.

SCOPE OF POSITION
The candidate is responsible for general accounting and financial reporting functions
Maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and segregation of duties. Ensuring that all financial reporting documents are prepared in compliance with the Company’s policies, SEC requirements and US GAAP.
Responsibilities also include:
Creating schedules and performing account reconciliation to support the month end close process;- Performing fluctuation analytics for balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other metrics as required;
- Generate necessary journal entries as required to ensure accounting records are accurate;

Position Overview:
As a Ruby on Rails Developer on the Product team, you’ll be responsible for execution of core functionality/business logic for the primary springbig platform utilizing Ruby on Rails. What will I be working on?
As a QA Analyst, you’ll be working with us in all aspects of the product testing and release, from creating manual test to developing and running automated test. As a part of the development team, you’ll wear multiple hats, turn ambiguity into details, take the lead in the QA process, Release Planning, and defect tracking. As a Front End Developer, you’ll be working with us in all aspects of our front-end applications, from building new features to improving our existing codebase. Position Overview:
Your Client Success Manager responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with our key clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders at our client organizations to better understand their needs and how we can best support them, cross-selling and up-selling our services set to your clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will also be available to answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Client Services and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- 3+ years of Client Development, Account Development experience within the technology industry and strong engagement skills

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

- With concepts as input, develop and document detailed specifications for implementation of complex features and products.

- Generate test cases and plans for the QA Team for both mainstream and edge cases.
- Work closely with the Development team to explain details and augment the specifications if additional clarifications are needed
- Collaborate closely with the QA Team to ensure that their test plans provide sufficient coverage to thoroughly exercise all documented features.
- Participate in the final feature and product acceptance to make sure that they were built as specified.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of Business Analysis and Requirements Generation experience
- 2+ years of SQL experience with creating and pulling reports. Must have a good understanding of Relational Databases and how they work. PostgreSQL experience is a huge plus.
- 2+ years of Jira, Confluence, and Tableau experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate and organize

- Keep up to date daily work activity report-detailing number of integrations by partner (keep calendar updated and assigned Jira Tickets current of any changes and or problem) escalate troubled tickets to integration Manager/Team Lead/Director
- Submitting a daily report to the Finance team for all Launched integrations, migrations, location ADDS and E-Comm integrations.
- Be active in all CS Meetings with Client Support and CSMs for dashboard review and check in
- Monitor Pager Duty and complete necessary actions to get the integrations back up and running.
- Close out alerts and Comment on all tickets from Cause and solution to the issue
- Track progress with comments in the Admin notes section of springbig (locate and track any jira tickets if associated with the alert

What will I be working on?
As a Senior QA Analyst, you’ll be working with us in all aspects of the product testing and release, from creating manual test to developing and running automated test. As a part of the development team, you’ll wear multiple hats, turn ambiguity into details, take the lead in the QA process, Release Planning, and defect tracking. You will continuously search and find opportunities to improve QA and product performance and increase product reliability.
Requirements:
- MUST BE TRAINABLE AND WILLING TO LEARN
- College graduate with a degree focused on (or equivalent in) computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of software development and/or software QA experience, preferably for web applications
- Created and ran QA manual test
- Created and ran QA automation test
- Good knowledge and basic experience with test methodologies, QA process, Software Development Life Cycle, Release Planning, and defect tracking
- Clear, analytical, deductive thinking and approach to problem solving
- Demonstrable experience with SQL
- Some experience setting up and building test environments, executing tests, recording results.
- Some experience with generating, updating and running automated test scripts
- Experience with Jira, Rollbar, Papertrail, Slack are a plus
- Uncanny ability to stress edge cases and "break stuff"

The Brands Report Developer designs, develops, maintains, maps, reports, analyzes requirements and needs, while preserving springbig's consistency, and quality output. What will I be working on?
As a Senior QA Analyst, you’ll be working with us in all aspects of the product testing and release, from creating manual test to developing and running automated test. As a part of the development team, you’ll wear multiple hats, turn ambiguity into details, take the lead in the QA process, Release Planning, and defect tracking. You will continuously search and find opportunities to improve QA and product performance and increase product reliability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software QA experience, especially web applications
- 5+ years of creating and running Manual Test
- 5+ years of creating and running Automated Test
- Demonstrable experience with SQL
- Must have expertise in Selenium and QA automation
- Strong knowledge and experience with test methodologies, QA process, Software Life Cycle, Release Planning and defect tracking
