**What we are looking for in our next SDR hire: *Vermont Hemp Health is looking for a self-motivated, personable, and hungry Sales Development Representative. This position will be Fairfield County/NYC based. You will be responsible for driving new sales and reaching out to new prospects. This position is for someone who is enthusiastic about sales and has experience with CRM's (SalesForce) and sales in general. You will work directly with the head of sales. Your success depends on your ability to understand the CBD market and what separates Vermont Hemp Health from the competition. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing business and to learn more about the quickly evolving cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
- Research & cold-call prospects
- Conduct calls with customers daily
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts in SalesForce
- Educate customers on the CBD market and VT Hemp Health Products
Training:
- Training & educational material provided
- 2 Days of training via phone/Zoom Call

- Cold Call Training
Compensation:
- 10% Commission of all new leads generated that close. 5% of Re-orders.
