About the Job:
The Pharmacist will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to, dispensing of medications and patient consultation. They will function as the supervisor for all technical, non-technical and compliance functions in the dispensary. The Pharmacist provides effective leadership in order to ensure the customer experience exceeds expectations every day, as they will act as Manager on Duty for 3 different PA dispensary locations in the Eastern PA area - Philadelphia, Bensalem and Norristown. The Pharmacist works with the executive team to develop sales strategies and successful execution. In this multi-faceted role, the Pharmacist serves as medical expert, brand ambassador, patient advocate, staff mentor and supervisor.

Job Description
The Part Time Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania (B.S. or PharmD), with an active unrestricted license in good standing
- Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products to the patients of our [CITY] dispensary. In this role, you'll serve as the onsite medical authority, ensuring patients receive correct dosage along with a healthy amount of education and counseling. You'll have the unique opportunity to serve as a one-on-one educator to our cannabis patients, and you'll excel at completing a prospective drug utilization review to assess: appropriateness of therapy; appropriate strain, dosage, route, and duration; allergies and drug interactions contraindications; and possible misuse. All in all, we're looking for someone blazing with passion for medical cannabis who also has the medical expertise to help our patients use it responsibly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Pharmacists shall be in-store at all times during their scheduled shift to allow for dispensation of cannabis products.
- Responsible for securing coverage for any time off (paid time off or unpaid time off). Schedule changes shall be communicated with dispensary managers in advance and expected to follow fair scheduling practices.
- Assess patient certification to monitor for restrictions and where appropriate help patients to determine best course of treatment.

- Educate new and existing patients about the properties and benefits of cannabis
- Consults patients and assesses patient's certification to recommend best course of treatment
- Responsible to stay up to date on current research and information related to cannabis/marijuana
- Pharmacists may assist with additional dispensary tasks, as store manager deems fit. These include but are not limited to accepting product deliveries, returns, inventory controls, employee trainings, fulfilling online orders, and completing patient orders at the registers

Qualifications
- Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state of operations
- 2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience with an excellent patient and customer focused approach
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
- Previous experience utilizing Point of Sale technology systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory and sales reporting
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Possesses a high level of critical thinking

Job Description
The Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. What you will do
We are currently seeking an experienced and flexible Pharmacist Part-Time to join our growing dynamic team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing consulting services and dispensing medical cannabis to patients. This individual will be responsible for working alongside the healthcare team in a retail cannabis dispensary environment. This position reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Oversees dispensing of all cannabis-based medications from our Cannabis Patient Centers (CPC)
- Diligently maintains accurate medical cannabis inventory, including processing returns and removal of outdated products from the CPC inventory.
- Provides direct patient care by conducting [virtual/live/telephone] consultations with approved medical cannabis patients
- Makes clinical decisions regarding which product(s) in our formulary spectrum to recommend based on a patient’s qualifying condition and other factors.
- Monitors patients’ drug therapies and qualifying medical condition(s) in utilizing the Minnesota Department of Health registry.
- Completes CPC operational requirements by organizing and directing technician work flow, verifying and labeling medications, and verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
- Addresses questions from providers, patients, and the community.
- Complies with all state regulations and provides oversight for overall CPC compliance.
- Participates in record keeping and reporting necessary for State compliance.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Remains current on cannabis-based pharmacological knowledge.
- Educates and shares cannabis-based medication knowledge with the broader CPC team.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the State of Minnesota.

Job Description
The Part Time Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. Position Overview:
The Part Time Staff Pharmacist is responsible for consulting with qualified patients and caregivers and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Staff Pharmacist oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control. This position requires that the incumbent maintains an active State pharmacist license and has completed the course(s) pursuant to the Statute.
Part Time (20-28 hours)
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensuring compliance with all State Medical Marijuana Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervising the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education.
- Providing management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- Managing patient specific logs as required, receiving, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records using ADILAS, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies as well as any patient-staff conflicts.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in the pharmaceutical sciences; Pharm. D. preferred.
- An active license in good standing without restrictions.
- Satisfactory completion of the State Medical Use of Marijuana CME designation.
- Familiarity with computers.

Position Overview:
The Pharmacist is responsible for consulting with qualified patients and caregivers and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Pharmacist oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control. This position requires that the incumbent maintains an active State pharmacist license and has completed the course(s) pursuant to the Statute.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:

- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies as well as any patient-staff conflicts.

The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products to the patients of our Steelton, PA dispensary. In this role, you'll serve as the onsite medical authority, ensuring patients receive correct dosage along with a healthy amount of education and counseling. You'll have the unique opportunity to serve as a one-on-one educator to our cannabis patients, and you'll excel at completing a prospective drug utilization review to assess: appropriateness of therapy; appropriate strain, dosage, route, and duration; allergies and drug interactions contraindications; and possible misuse. All in all, we're looking for someone blazing with passion for medical cannabis who also has the medical expertise to help our patients use it responsibly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Pharmacists shall be in-store at all times during their scheduled shift to allow for dispensation of cannabis products.
- Responsible for securing coverage for any time off (paid time off or unpaid time off). Schedule changes shall be communicated with dispensary managers in advance and expected to follow fair scheduling practices.
- Assess patient certification to monitor for restrictions and where appropriate help patients to determine best course of treatment.
- Drive retail sales and patient retention
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
- Communicate restrictions with dispensary team to ensure any limitations on product selection/quantity
- Provide timely and accurate medication information to patients over the phone and in-person
- Educate new and existing patients about the properties and benefits of cannabis
- Consults patients and assesses patient's certification to recommend best course of treatment
- Responsible to stay up to date on current research and information related to cannabis/marijuana
- Pharmacists may assist with additional dispensary tasks, as store manager deems fit. These include but are not limited to accepting product deliveries, returns, inventory controls, employee trainings, fulfilling online orders, and completing patient orders at the registers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state of operations
- 2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience with an excellent patient and customer focused approach
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
- Previous experience utilizing Point of Sale technology systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory and sales reporting
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness

- Possesses a high level of critical thinking

Position Overview:
The Pharmacist is responsible for consulting with qualified patients and caregivers and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Pharmacist oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control. The Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products to the patients of our Toledo, OH dispensary. Justice Cannabis PA is seeking a per diem physician or pharmacist to fill in coverage, as needed, at its Dickson City, PA dispensary. This medical professional will lead the patient care team to provide patients with the best possible service and support while supervising all activities at the dispensary, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best business practices. The Dispensary Pharmacist at Curaleaf is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, leading the management & development of the dispensary staff and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols in the absence of the Dispensary Manager.

ROLE SUMMARY
The part time medical practitioner is responsible for serving patients by preparing and dispensing medications; giving pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies. ROLE SUMMARY
The part time medical practitioner is responsible for serving patients by preparing and dispensing medications; giving pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies. Ensuring Fluent complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, the Pennsylvania DOH, and the food and drug administration by monitoring dispensary inspections; maintaining records for controlled substances; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management of needed actions are all included responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects of patient interaction, inventory management and PA DOH compliance.
· Maintains a comprehensive pharmacy patient profile. Oversees the packaging labeling, and distribution of medications for all patients and employees according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
· Provides timely and accurate medication information to patients.
· Processes or ensures processing of all medication order information into an electronic health record, MJ Freeway, to ensure accuracy of records regarding past, current and future dispensing and charging.

POSITION SUMMARY
KCR’s Dispensary Pharmacist will assist in providing the best possible experience for patients of the medical marijuana program in Pennsylvania. Pharmacy professionals shall be devoted to the safe, accurate and efficient dispensing of high-quality medical marijuana to qualifying patients, as well as providing patients and caregivers with correct and intelligible medication information. DispensaryPharmacists will help provide leadership and direction to dispensary staff members and be proficient with other dispensary activities as deemed appropriate. KCR’s Pharmacists will be consistently aware of the dispensary environment and work to preserve a clean, comfortable, and professional patient experience. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Dispensary Pharmacist’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing a working availability with KCR’s executive team for assistance during times of increased patient volume and company necessity
- Counseling patients on safe, accurate, and effective use of their dispensed medical marijuana
- Assuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medical marijuana products and ancillary equipment
- Maintaining the highest level of quality and safety throughout the dispensaries and the company
- Maintaining all compliance elements with the highest degree of professionalism consistent with Pennsylvania state laws and regulations
- Maintaining KCR’s company procedures, policies and compliance with State regulations to eliminate diversion of drugs and other merchandise

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy; residency training favorable.
Experience:
At least 2 years of pharmacy practice, including clinical pharmacy, retail pharmacy, and direct patient care. At least 1 year of staffing post residency for those who have completed an ASHP-accreditedPGY1 Residency. Experience with medication reconciliation, medication therapy management and disease state management essential.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification:
PharmD preferred; Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with significant experience also acceptable.Residency training favorable. Active license with PA Board of Pharmacy (in good standing with NO disciplinary action) mandatory. Must pass any and all state and federal background checks.CPR/BLS and ACLS training desired. PA Medical Marijuana 4-hour course completed prior to start date.
Knowledge, Skills, Traits and Abilities:
KCR’s Dispensary Pharmacists will have a strong knowledge of: methods and procedures used in the practice of pharmacy, including chemistry, pharmaceutical calculations and prescription compounding; federal and state laws pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of prescription medication and specifically Pennsylvania law pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of medical marijuana; guidelines for the safe handling, storage and utilization of medical marijuana and associated medical equipment and adjuncts; necessary equipment for proper administering of medical marijuana and pharmacy / dispensary function, and means to obtain and maintain such equipment; software systems utilized for the management of patient data and dispensary inventory.
KCR’s Dispensary Pharmacists will have strong communication skills, be friendly and compassionate toward patients and staff, and be able to positively represent KCR and the PA medical marijuana industry as a whole. He/she will be able to both effectively manage and participate in dispensary-related tasks. These individuals will be able to work independently, as well as with a team, and have a high level of organizational skills. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Computer competency and internet navigation skills are also necessary. Pharmacists will be familiar with and understand how to navigate common published drug resources and references, including online resources. Dispensary Pharmacists will have a positive attitude and a consistently high degree of professionalism. They will abide by the highest level of ethical and moral conduct and serve as role models for the dispensary team and all KCR employees. Also, due to the nature of medical practice within dispensary sites, it is also favorable that the individuals serving as Pharmacists be trained and certified in Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
