Performance Responsibilities

We are in search of an Microbiology Technician in our PA location that seeks a challenging position in an independent testing laboratory serving the medical and adult-use cannabis industry in Pennsylvania. The anticipated schedule for this position will be. (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm)
MICROBIOLOGIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
The microbiologist is responsible for the testing, quality control, and tracking of medical cannabis samples for microbiological assays - TAMC, TYMC, E.coli, and Salmonella - utilizing qPCR and traditional growth plate techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS, must:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
As a Bloc PCA you'll ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience for our patients and assist customers in product selection based on defined treatment plans and product availability. You'll ensure patients are accurately tracked in the patient system, educate customers on product attributes and usage; and, perform sales transactions in compliance with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in the State of Missouri. Laboratory Manager:
US Cannalytics is a multi-state testing lab with additional locations in MD, NJ, and FL. We are in search of an experienced lab manager that seeks a challenging position leading an independent testing laboratory serving the medical-use cannabis industry in Pennsylvania.
The laboratory manager, working with the laboratory director, will be responsible for all aspects of lab operations. Ensuring the timely delivery of high quality results and unparalleled customer service.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Executing method optimization
- Maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a biological science and a minimum of 4 years post-degree laboratory experience related to testing of medicinal or pharmaceutical products or other experience as approved by the Department or
- A master’s level degree in a chemical or biological science and a minimum of 2 years post-degree laboratory experience related to testing of medicinal or pharmaceutical products or other experience as approved by the Department or
- A doctorate of science or an equivalent degree in chemistry, biology, or a sub-discipline of chemistry or biology.
- Appropriate experience with HPLC-PDA/UV, HPLC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and/or ICP-MS
- 3 years of Managerial experience
- Flexibility to take on new assignments and see them through to completion
- 3-years experience using Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agilent HPLC, GC, and ICP-MS instrumentation and software

Requirements:

The dispensary Security Guard will consistently contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. These individuals will help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance in accordance with the Department of Health (DOH) regulations. The dispensary Security Guard will assist the General Manager (GM), Assistance General Manager (AGM) and dispensary team with all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within a practical scope.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greets all patients, caregivers, and visitors to the dispensary in a caring and professional manner
- Maintains electronic and physical security
- Monitor and operate security cameras and access control systems
- Monitors and prevents unauthorized entry into the dispensary and restricted areas
- Maintains confidentiality of security information
- Participate in monthly security checks with the GM per DOH regulations
- Verifies state issued IDs for visitors/vendors along with accurate completion of the visitor log to ensure compliance per the DOH
- Maintains all visitor logs
- Be able to de-escalate any issues that may arise at the reception area involving patients, caregivers, and visitors
- Assesses, resolves, and contains situations and takes appropriate action based upon policy and training
- Monitors, enforces, and correctly reports violations of dispensary policies and applicable state laws
- Provides accurate and complete written and verbal reports on all incidents/investigations when applicable
- Testify at court or at a hearing as needed
- Observes and checks departing personnel to guard against property loss
- Work closely with the receptionist to monitor patient flow in the dispensary
- Assists in training new staff members as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all PA Medical Marijuana rules and regulations along with maintaining records for all necessary patient related documents

- Must be proficient with computers, POS systems, excel, word and Microsoft TEAMS

Minimum Qualifications:

REPORTS TO: KCR Management Team
POSITION SUMMARY
Product Specialist Technicians are vital members of the Keystone Canna Remedies’ (KCR) team, and will serve as an important liaison between patients and KCR staff. These individuals will assist KCR’s Professional Staff in facilitating patient enrollment in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program. They will help in obtaining and documenting patient information during initial and follow up consultations by KCR’s Professional team. PST will have knowledge of the overall dispensary inventory and help assist KCR’s Professional Staff in selecting appropriate products and ancillary equipment for patients based on their individual needs and disease states. These essential individuals will also help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance, assuring appropriate movement and reconciliation of products and currency. PST’s will assist the dispensary team with any and all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within practical scope.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Candidates will be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary degree most desirable.
Experience:
Prior experience working in a retail setting (especially in marijuana sales) desired.
Degrees, Licensure and/or Certification:
Post-secondary or collegiate degree favorable;
Pass background check, including check with FBI;
Candidate has never been found guilty of felony offense or concerning misdemeanor offense (i.e. theft, diversion of drugs).

TITLE: Part Time Dispensary Pharmacist
REPORTS TO: KCR Executive Team
POSITION SUMMARY
KCR’s Dispensary Pharmacist will assist in providing the best possible experience for patients of the medical marijuana program in Pennsylvania. Pharmacy professionals shall be devoted to the safe, accurate and efficient dispensing of high-quality medical marijuana to qualifying patients, as well as providing patients and caregivers with correct and intelligible medication information. DispensaryPharmacists will help provide leadership and direction to dispensary staff members and be proficient with other dispensary activities as deemed appropriate. KCR’s Pharmacists will be consistently aware of the dispensary environment and work to preserve a clean, comfortable, and professional patient experience. Pharmacy professionals will maintain the highest ethical pharmacy practice including awareness of and consistent compliance with all state laws and regulations as well as all company policies.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Dispensary Pharmacist’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing a working availability with KCR’s executive team for assistance during times of increased patient volume and company necessity
- Counseling patients on safe, accurate, and effective use of their dispensed medical marijuana
- Assuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medical marijuana products and ancillary equipment

POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Candidates will be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary degree most desirable.

TITLE: Part-Time Dispensary Medical Professional (Pharm D., RPh, PA, CRNP)

POSITION SUMMARY
KCR’s Dispensary Medical Professional will assist in providing the best possible experience for patients of the medical marijuana program in Pennsylvania. Medical Professionals shall be devoted to the safe, accurate and efficient dispensing of high-quality medical marijuana to qualifying patients, as well as providing patients and caregivers with correct and intelligible medication information. Dispensary Medical Professionals will help provide leadership and direction to dispensary staff members and be proficient with other dispensary activities as deemed appropriate. KCR’s Medical Professionals will be consistently aware of the dispensary environment and work to preserve a clean, comfortable, and professional patient experience. Medical Professionals will maintain the highest ethical pharmacy practice including awareness of and consistent compliance with all state laws and regulations as well as all company policies.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Part-Time Dispensary Medical Professional duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing a working availability with KCR’s executive team for assistance during times of increased patient volume and company necessity
- Counseling patients on safe, accurate, and effective use of their dispensed medical marijuana
- Assuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medical marijuana products and ancillary equipment
- Maintaining the highest level of quality and safety throughout the dispensaries and the company
- Maintaining all compliance elements with the highest degree of professionalism consistent with Pennsylvania state laws and regulations
- Maintaining KCR’s company procedures, policies and compliance with State regulations to eliminate diversion of drugs and other merchandise

QUALIFICATIONS
