Caring Nature is a medical marijuana dispensary located in Waterbury, CT seeking a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist. Candidates will fill a part-time (20-30 hours) pharmacist position working along side a passionate team that provides superb patient care and service in an exciting and ever growing industry. This position offers a flexible schedule and competitive salary with potential growth within our small independently-run business.

Position Summary:

Medical Marijuana Dispensary Pharmacists perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to:

• Verification of proper and accurate filling of dispensary orders
• Perform one-on-one patient consultations to familiarize new/current patients with the CT Medical Marijuana Program (CT MMP) & products
• Help manage dispensary inventory
• Manage work flow of dispensary activities along side other staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Perform point of sales transactions
• Provide excellent patient care by handling patient questions, concerns & complaints.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacist with Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Connecticut licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Retail pharmacy experience is a plus

Dispensary Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 10a-6p
• Friday: 10a-8pm
• Saturday: 10a-2p
• Closed: Sundays & major holidays

Prospective candidates should have flexible schedules with availability during business hours.
