The Cannabis Sales Consultant (CSC) is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. The CSC will promote a positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant work environment This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at the retail PharmaCann location.
The CSC is responsible for compliance with all policy and procedures and all other operational objectives of the business., as well as executing visual standards and presentation needs to customer requirements, product performance, along with sales and marketing objectives. The Retail Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate store / dispensary inventory and ensuring all AYR?policies and regulatory requirements are followed. Job Summary
Lead Budtenders are responsible for customer experience which includes helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service. Our next part-time Security Guard will be one of the first points of contact for our patients as they enter our dispensary. This position will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the building, people, and vendors throughout each shift. This position will be part-time, mostly weekends and consist of 10-12 hour shifts for 24-32 hours per week.
To Be Blunt
You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service and protect our patients with care and efficiency.
One minute you will be verifying state-issued identification and recording the contact in the visitor log
The next minute you will be completing a security check with the General Manager
And the next minute assisting the Receptionist with monitoring and improving patient flow
Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization.
Where you’ll be planted
This position will be on-site in our Plymouth Meeting, PA dispensary. Our hours of operation are 9am - 8pm every day of the week. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

The Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. Job Summary
This position requires a person who is passionate about learning, teaching, and continuous improvement. Job Summary
The Inventory Manager has prior experience handling inventory and ordering. This individual is someone who has strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures as well as computer-based skills. They will be organized, work well under pressure and a process driven problem solver who understands the importance of regulatory compliance. This position is also accountable for the preparation of outgoing deliveries and will coordinate with management and delivery personnel to ensure timely, and accurate packaging and shipment to our customers.

- Manage personnel and operate in strict compliance with all state required recordkeeping for every transaction, movement, or transfer of inventory as well as shipping and receiving

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.

Job Summary
Ayr Wellness is looking for a highly creative, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to support retail and brand-specific marketing initiatives at the local level. In this role, the Project Manager / Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for working directly with the Region Marketing Director to strategize and execute all consumer programming, menu planning, and promotional strategy, utilizing a data-driven approach to customer relationship management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain overall project planning calendar and master timeline for marketing and research, including key events, milestones and deliverables.

Job Summary
The Supervisor, Front of House is responsible for supervising a team that develops, implements and continuously improves all quality, training, customer experience programs, cash reconciliation and at times the check-in (camera) department to improve accuracy, and operational initiatives, ensure safety, security, and all State and Local regulatory standards are maintained. Job Summary
The Budtender/Patient Advocate is responsible for providing our customers with an extraordinary experience. Position Description:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is primarily responsible for effective performance management and execution of retail operations at the designated dispensary location including merchandising, staffing and patient order fulfillment processes. The AGM works closely with General Manager to drive the successful business management and financial performance of the dispensary.
Where you'll be planted:
This position will work on-site in our Plymouth Meeting dispensary. This role will require availability during opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff at the dispensary to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. Ensure that all deadlines are met and take accountability for completion.
- Drive a culture of positive employee engagement with a strong focus on inclusion & diversity

- Maintain a general awareness of cannabis, retail/industry trends, and DOH regulations to help create innovative and adaptive strategies. Work closely with grower-processors to understand and learn about their products.
- Work with the General Manager to meet all regulatory requirements. Correct all violations with a sense of urgency. Work with TerrAscend’s corporate office (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure standards are met. Maintain open lines of communication with staff, both management and hourly employees.
- Partner with GM and Inventory Manager to ensure all compliance regulations, safety measures, security issues, and legal matters are being supported.
- Promote open feedback from retail staff, medical professional team, and marketing department.
- Oversee and participate in Safety Committee, Maintenance, and Facility Management
- Be highly proficient in seed-to-sale tracking system, POS System, LEAF TRADE, and Ecomm platform.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the retail, restaurant, food or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule and willing to work 5-6 days per week including evening and weekends, holidays, including opening and closing shifts.
- Have a proven track record (5 years plus experience preferred) of working effectively with customers/patients.

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.

- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations

- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements

Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting employees in a wide variety of areas such as onboarding, leave administration, benefits administration, employee relations, Workers Compensation, terminations, compliance, and special projects. Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Wellness Associate is to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to our patients. Key responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, check-in, verifying eligibility for medical marijuana, and completing accurate and compliant transactions and fulfillment of patient orders, all while providing top notch customer service. Wellness Associates will also assist patients in learning and understanding about medical marijuana in effort to help them make informed decisions about their care. Please note, that this position requires availability on evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Assist with intake of new patients, orienting new patients to TerrAscend NJ’s policies, rules and procedures.
- Management of patient records through the internal management system.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and answer concerns and/or questions promptly and efficiently, referring to a dispensary healthcare practitioner or management team when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and ensure patient confidentiality and security.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and caregivers by anticipating needs.
- Follow established policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, patient and visitor management, inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have good organizational and computer skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills as well as the ability to multitask.
- Cannabis experience a plus.
- At least 1 year of customer service, retail or related experience preferred.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Description:
The Apothecarium dispensary Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the security of people and property at the dispensary. The dispensary Security Guard will assist patients, caregivers, and visitors at the dispensary as they are the first point of contact upon entering. The dispensary Security Guard will consistently contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. The Cannabis Sales Consultant (CSC) is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. Job Summary
The Inventory Manager has prior experience handling inventory and ordering. This individual is someone who has strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures as well as computer-based skills. They will be organized, work well under pressure and a process driven problem solver who understands the importance of regulatory compliance. This position is also accountable for the preparation of outgoing deliveries and will coordinate with management and delivery personnel to ensure timely, and accurate packaging and shipment to our customers.

- Manage personnel and operate in strict compliance with all state required recordkeeping for every transaction, movement, or transfer of inventory as well as shipping and receiving
- Train company personnel in best practices for inventory control, packaging, distribution, and receipt of all products
- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all products are properly tagged according to state and local regulations and are accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Run and maintain inventory level reports
- Reconcile inventory using applicable tracking system to ensure that all information is accurate
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by state regulations
- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area

Job Description
The Dispensary Operations Manager is responsible for conducting internal audits across all functions within the dispensary, responsible for training and holding team members accountable to complaint and accurate cash processes, maintaining menu integrity and coordinating with HQ partners to resolve variances and technical issues. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the on-site security and delivery (where applicable) team(s) to ensure safety, security, and regulatory standards are maintained.
The Dispensary Operations Manager is an expert in their field of cash reconciliation, inventory audits, state tracking systems, regulatory and compliance standards.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Oversee and execute all inventory specific initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
- Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plans.

The primary responsibility of an Ilera Healthcare Wellness Associate is to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to our patients. Key responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, check-in, verifying eligibility for medical marijuana, and completing accurate and compliant transactions and fulfillment of patient orders, all while providing top notch customer service. Wellness Associates will also assist patients in learning and understanding about medical marijuana in effort to help them make informed decisions about their care. The Wellness Associate will support the entire dispensary team to support patients, other team members, and the physical appearance of the dispensary. Ilera Healthcare dispensary offers a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere. We are seeking team members who want to bring their expertise, experience, and passion to serve the needs of existing and potential Pennsylvania medical marijuana patients. Please note, that this position requires availability on evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. Assist with intake of new patients, orienting new patients to Ilera’s policies, rules and procedures.
- Management of patient records through the MJ Freeway system.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and answer concerns and/or questions promptly and efficiently, referring to a dispensary healthcare practitioner or management team when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and ensure patient confidentiality and security.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and caregivers by anticipating needs.
- Follow established policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, patient and visitor management, inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines.
- Complete the required state mandated training program.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have good organizational and computer skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills as well as the ability to multitask.
- Cannabis experience a plus.
- At least 1 year of customer service, retail or related experience preferred.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check.

As a condition of employment, a complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of Pennsylvania. The state investigative process includes a state and federal background check.
