Job Description
The Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. This sales-oriented individual should be passionate about the benefits of medical cannabis and making a difference in our patients' lives.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Drive retail sales and patient retention
- Maintain all store operational standards
- Oversee inventory standards are maintained on-site
- Operate POS and corresponding systems
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
- Maintains a safe, clean environment for patients and employees
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist the General Manager in the coordination, scheduling, and training of the per diem pharmacists
Qualifications

The Front of House Manager is responsible for managing a team that develops, implements and continuously improves all quality, training, customer experience programs, cash reconciliation and at times the check-in (camera) department to improve accuracy, and operational initiatives, ensure safety, security, and all State and Local regulatory standards are maintained. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all hospitality goals at PharmaCann.
The Front of House Manager is an expert in their field for specific divisions of responsibilities of the business. The ideal candidate is a business process oriented professional with demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and/or customer/patient experience. - Work with cross-divisional managers to ensure adequate staffing is scheduled and payroll goals are met
- Comply and audit cash procedures as it pertains to preparing deposits and daily cash reconciliation
- Directly supervise the check-in/camera assigned team to ensure acceptable standards are maintained for the overall safety and upkeep of the dispensary.
- Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and ensure menu availability is current.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
- Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization's goals.
- Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.

Job Description
This position will require local travel within the State. Couriers are responsible for safely, securely, and lawfully transporting cannabis to dispensaries and samples to laboratories, as well as ensuring strict adherence to state law and to all delivery and manifest protocols and controls. Couriers will work alongside a partner to provide security for the staff and product from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations. Couriers also shall provide back-up for other departments.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Must be able work alongside a partner in a cooperative team environment to provide secure product delivery from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations.
- Assist with packaging deliveries and checking against the order form
- Must be sure product is properly secured prior to delivery
- Accurately file and maintain manifests and transaction logs after each delivery
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product delivery
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Provide backup for warehousing and other departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
- State Law requires 21 years of age or older
- Confident navigating by using maps and GPS
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Pass a comprehensive background check which includes a criminal history
- At least 5 years prior or equivalent experience as a driver

Job Summary
The Dispensary Inventory Supervisor Reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and oversight of the back of the house operation including the processing room. This role determines operational needs, maintains inventory control and menu accuracy, trains and leads dispensary inventory associates, and proactively solves processing and inventory-related problems.

- Works with dispensary inventory associates while leading by example to increase efficiency, accuracy, and product knowledge
- Estimates daily inventory requirements and pre-packaged product to meet projected needs Prepares and packages orders for PharmaCann/Verilife customers and patients with a strong attention to detail Responsible for back of house organization, cleanliness and order
- Maintains inventory control - cycle counts, communicate needs, processing, markdowns, destruction and removal Helps maintains pricing and photos and ensures accuracy for inventory offerings on menus Ensures audit compliance
- Active participant in the recruitment, interview and hire process of filling open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume.
- Train employees in expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP's, compliance audits, company and state policy and procedures.
- Set up a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training completion. Manage continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that provide consistency across all stores.
- Make recommendations and deliver team members' performance appraisals in partnership with management; collaborate on team member' performance management, succession planning, development of members strengths and improvement of weaknesses.
