- Conduct consultations with patients, review current medical conditions along with medications, provide marijuana education, discuss the forms of consumption that are available in the store and make appropriate recommendations while adhering to state guidelines and regulations.
- Counsels patients and answers questions regarding usage of medicine, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient information privacy, and refers to medical provider as needed to ensure medication is taken correctly, health needs addressed, and satisfaction with service procedures
- Displays a positive, problem-solving attitude while interacting with patients
- Serves as a role model and resource for store staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Complies with state laws as regulated by the Pennsylvania medical marijuana program, maintains records; removes outdated and damaged drugs from the store inventory

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania (B.S. or PharmD), with an active unrestricted license in good standing
- Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport using established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records.
- Accurately receive, prepare, and complete patient orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale (POS).
- Maintain accurate records of all activities including customer records for all activities in accordance with the State Regulations, as well as regulations set forth by local and federal agencies.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information in alignment with HIPAA compliance.
- Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brands.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store on a daily basis.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

- Age 21 or over

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport using established customer service model.
- Provide customers and caregivers with expert cannabis recommendations discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Participate in the patient intake process, entering and maintaining appropriate paperwork and patient records.
- Accurately receive, prepare, and complete patient orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale (POS).
- Maintain accurate records of all activities including customer records for all activities in accordance with the State Regulations, as well as regulations set forth by local and federal agencies.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information in alignment with HIPAA compliance.

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.

Employment Standards:

Summary: The Extraction/Lab manages the production of high-quality cannabis extracts along with maintaining laboratory and equipment, recording and entering data, and associated tasks. The Director is responsible for the consistent, sanitary and safe production of cannabis extracts utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced.
Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation development and processes for new products, strains, styles and types of cannabis including reformulation of existing products for improvements.
- Manage team performing extraction, solvent recovery, distillation and packaging for orders using the following techniques: pulverizing plant material, CO2 and ethanol plant extraction, liquid-liquid separation, solvent recovery, distillation, formulation, packaging, and others.
- Responsible for all facets of the laboratory, including quality assurance, equipment and materials inventory, budgets and compliance with state and local guidelines and regulations.
- Plan and manage production schedules that effectively leverage capacity, labor and materials to meet volume, cost and quality goals.
- Responsible for operation, calibration, and optimization of company lab equipment.
- Manage sample preparation, analysis, data review, and preparation of lab control samples and parameters.
- Maintain accountability and inventory of all supplies, raw materials, on hand quantities and reorder points, finished products, by-products, and equipment by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
- Implement SOP’s and measures for compliance with quality, health, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Aid the staff with the completion and follow-up of root cause and corrective action (CAPA) reports.
- Manage the marijuana inventory as it is processed from raw plant material into marijuana extractions.
- Manage all aspects of the marijuana extraction inventory, extraction efficiency, and testing of marijuana extraction with a state certified lab-testing facility.
- Manage the receiving and recording of internal and external lab test results. Maintain up to date records of all lab test results.
- Communicate internal and external lab test results to Operations Manager and Production Manager.
- Track product sample inventories for future testing.
- Maintain detailed records of lot and batch numbers, weights, and all relevant information of extraction lab.
- Other duties as assigned.
Employment Standards:
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, food science, biology, business, management, operations, engineering, or related field is required.
Certifications – Will be required to complete ServSafe or a similar food safety training course.
Experience – 5+ years related progressive experience in a laboratory setting. Licensed cannabis manufacturing experience preferred but not necessary.

Summary: The Harvest Team Member is responsible for performing work related to harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing.
Responsibilities:
1. Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Takes direction from the Harvest Team Lead.
b. Responsible for performing tasks related to harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing.
c. Responsible for recording and reporting data related to the process to the Harvest Team Lead.
d. Responsible for recording and reporting weight of any excess product that is considered waste.
e. Assists in cleaning and facility maintenance tasks including sweeping, cleaning pots or stakes, ensuring a clean and organized working environment, and sanitation of equipment.
f. Maintains a culture of professionalism and service.
g. Complies with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
h. Performs in a manner consistent with the goals and values of the company.
i. Other duties as assigned.
2. Trim Duties
a. Weigh harvested plants in their entirety to determine total plant wet weight for recording in the electronic tracking system.
b. After full plant wet weight is recorded, defoliate harvested plant in order to remove waste and by-products such as stalks, stems, dry and crispy leaves and bulk fan leaf.
c. Weigh all waste and by-products for recording in the electronic tracking system.
d. If hand trimming, use sterilized scissors or shears to trim remaining fan leaves from the plant to separate medical marijuana flower from medical marijuana tight trim.
e. If machine trimming, prep and sterilize proper equipment, monitor plant input and output to ensure successful process.
f. Weigh final waste, medical marijuana bud weight, and medical marijuana tight trim weight and record in the electronic tracking system.
g. Prep trimmed plant material for the ongoing quality control process, including drying and curing.
h. Act as a second level of defense by exercising good quality control practices and report problems to the cultivation team and management.
i. Assist the cultivation team, when needed, with pruning live cannabis plants in the flowering cycle to encourage better growth.
3. Dry/Cure Duties
a. Perform all tasks associated with drying including, weighing, racking, de-stemming, and proper curing protocols.
b. Record final dry weight of medical marijuana inventory into the electronic tracking system.
c. Perform a final manicure and inspection of all harvested and trimmed medical marijuana inventory.
d. Batch like strains for entry in the electronic tracking system.
e. Be a team player and assist the Inventory Control Manager in all tasks associated with ensuring proper curing in preparation for processing.
f. Inspect finished product for various types of pests and pathogens, including mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus, gnats, etc.
g. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
h. Possess and maintain working knowledge in container systems and understanding of temperature and humidity manipulation.
i. Possess and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cannabis strains; Sativa, Indica, and Hybrids.
