Job Description
The Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. Job Description
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives.
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is an expert in their field of inventory receiving, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Must be able work alongside a partner in a cooperative team environment to provide secure product delivery from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations.
- Assist with packaging deliveries and checking against the order form
- Must be sure product is properly secured prior to delivery
- Accurately file and maintain manifests and transaction logs after each delivery
- Oversee and execute all inventory specific initiatives as outlined on the master calendar
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team
- Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plans
- Ensure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores
- Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within the retail store
- Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization's goals
- Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team in the following HR functions:
- Interview, recruit, and hire to fill gaps in open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume
- Train managers and employees in expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP's, compliance audits, company and state policy, and procedures
- Develop and maintain a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete
- Ensure continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that result in consistency across all stores
- Write and deliver team members' performance reviews in partnership with GM to determine succession plans, build on member's strengths and develop areas of improvement
- Manage the performance, coach, and discipline team members on performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with GM and HR
- Maintain a highly organized and professional documentation of employee issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations)
- Bachelor's Degree in business,operations management, or a related field is preferred
- Store management experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail
- 1 year PharmaCann supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of 2 years supervisory experience
- Minimum 4 years' retail experience, including a combination of front end and/or inventory responsibilities

- Drive high customer experience standards, to include a customer-oriented culture and industry leading customer engagement through sales training and product knowledge
- Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business through strong local community networking, and customer data capture
- Work closely with Managers and Supervisors to exceed sales volume and KPI goals
- Partner with cross-divisional managers to ensure adequate staffing is scheduled and payroll goals are met
- Comply and audit cash procedures as it pertains to preparing deposits and daily cash reconciliation

Job Summary
We are currently seeking full-time Dispensary Management Team members for our Pottstown location. The Dispensary Manager role drives and inspires our storefront team, maintains strict inventory controls, and ensures regulatory compliance. These potential positions are additions to staff due to successful growth at the store.
We are looking for high energy, outgoing, compassionate candidates and have a strong interest in the medical benefits of marijuana. Candidates should have experience in similar retail management roles, have sufficient product knowledge, and respond well to a fast-paced environment with several projects and important tasks consistently arising each day.
Compensation is highly competitive and based on the candidates' combination of skills and experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are currently seeking part-time Fulfillment Agents. This person should be high energy, outgoing, compassionate, and have a strong interest in the medical benefits of marijuana. Fulfillment Agents are the backbone of Restore and are responsible for providing organization and assistance to the dispensary agents and managers. The Fulfillment Agent maintains strict inventory controls to ensure complete compliance. Experience in customer service, retail, pharmacy and/or hospitality industries is preferred. Please specify which location you are interested in working.
Restore is Philadelphia’s first medical marijuana dispensary and is committed to providing patients the highest quality medicine and care in a comfortable and safe atmosphere. Elkins Park is our second location, which opened in October 2018. Doylestown our third, opened in October 2019. Pottstown will be our fourth location projected to open in the Summer of 2020.
Essential Functions
· Enthusiastically organizes products and orders.
· Maintain an efficient workflow while ensuring patient needs are being met by managing the fulfillment through online orders and call aheads.
· Perform inventory checks with manager at beginning, end, and periodically throughout shift to ensure compliance.
· Maintain a clean and organized facility.
· Perform other duties, to include cleaning and reception, as directed.

Hours and Availability
Must be flexible and available for days, nights, all holidays and weekends. Must be able to accommodate a shifting schedule. We are open on ALL holidays, except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
