Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our members.
- Ensure members' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to Director when needed.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to members clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Facilitate the new membership and member renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the member database.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for members for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of New Patient folders, Educational Materials, Intake Forms, etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitation.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in medical cannabis industry highly desirable, but not required.
- Must be 18 years old and pass criminal background check.
- You must have had an active pharmacy technician registration in the State of Connecticut within the past five (5) years and is or was in good standing at the time their registration lapsed

The Store Assoicate is responsible for the initial patient interaction as well as helping with any additional tasks the dispensary needs. You are the first interaction with patients, and this may be their first experience in a dispensary. Customer service is your main responsibility, treat each patient with a positive attitude, respect, and compassion. It is a fast-paced environment that will require solid computer skills and time management to be successful.

The Dispensary Pharmacist at Curaleaf is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, leading the management & development of the dispensary staff and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols in the absence of the Dispensary Manager.
The Dispensary Pharmacist is also responsible for forecasting inventory levels, ordering & receiving the product, and maintaining accurate systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis. The Dispensary Pharmacist will fill in on an as-needed basis to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support performance and results-driven culture.

- Measure customer satisfaction through surveys and interviews
- Responsible for the preparation of content for all educational materials and presentations
Cannabis knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects
- Understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery
Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Connecticut State Pharmacist
- Pharmacy experience a plus

Overview
The Coordinator, Corporate Innovation is responsible for coordinating relationships, projects, events, and communication (both internally and externally) of the many, cutting-edge initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross functional project teams and department team meetings
- Build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships, and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Field cold calls/incoming communication, be a gatekeeper to senior team members
- Coordinate team travel, set up our participation and collaboration in external events

- Create, manage, and own department documentation and wiki
- Own our CRM and ensure no information slips through the cracks
- Manage public communication, develop relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers
- Draft awesome website and social media posts, collaborate with our corporate communications and legal teams to ensure alignment
- Support internal and external communication with stakeholders on various levels

Requirements
