The dispensing facility is in Riverhead, NY and operates six days per week.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Three years of experience on a retail operation, point of sales system and use of Microsoft office programs.
- Must be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance and inventory control.
- Excellent and effective consulting skills.

Position Overview: Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest. The Technician journals, monitors and tracks all observations in the company’s software tracking system in compliance with our client's processes and state regulations.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and using hand tools and gardening tools.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Record information about plants and plant growth.
- Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
- Fill growing tanks with water.
- Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality. Identify pests, diseases or infestations and manage the outbreak.
- Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Working knowledge of medical cannabis and cannabis-infused product production from seed to sell. Alternatively, a background in horticulture and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledgeable on regulations related to the Medical Use of Marijuana Program.
- Experience with inventory control methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, and conflict management,

Position Overview:
The Cultivation Manager serves as Columbia Care’s subject matter expert for multi-state agricultural grow practices and advises on delivering quality and innovative cannabis product and solutions to medical cannabis patients. The Manager will work to maintain and preserve the vision and qualities that make Columbia Care unique in each of its markets. As a central figure, the Manager will be responsible for optimizing grow operations while implementing innovative new cannabis growing and breeding techniques to include best methods of planting, nutrient regiment, cultivating, and harvest as well as cultivar selection for specific outcomes. This role works closely and collaboratively with facilities’ leadership.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
Management of Resources:
- Utilizing a continuous improvement and production oriented mindset, leads the research into the best methods to improve controlled environment agricultural house manufacturing operations of our multi-state cultivation centers and serves as the subject matter expert in all aspects of crop growing and production including quality, health, productivity, yield and cultivar.
- Determines production planning parameters, along with local General Manager and/or Market Director, such as production efficiency, quantities and harvest dates, product mix, safety, and yield levels, to ensure production commitments are met.
- Develops methods to monitor and measure department activity to identify areas of success and areas of opportunity to control production efficiency, manufacturing variances, material waste, labor expense and other indicators of profitability.
- Works closely with the respective regional leadership to coordinate, communicate and deliver on inventory, production, and product mix goals; incorporates new and updated products.
- Reviews current systems for operational efficiency. Ensures capabilities and go-to market plans are aligned.
- Collaborates with the Head of Infrastructure to ensure that cultivation facilities utilize best and most appropriate technologies for growing medical marijuana.
- Drives consistency across all operations including materials, procedures, and staff training. Refines procedures and protocols based on best crop management practices.
- Adheres to SOP’s and implements procedures for optimal growing and harvesting conditions. Implements mitigation strategies as needed.
- Follows and participates in new research and cultivation buildouts from concept through sustainable operations.
- Leads and strategizes the garden, including ensuring completion of cultivation tasks and paperwork.
- Able to operate all equipment and tooling as well as properly completing all garden tasks per SOP guidelines, and is certified in all cultivation areas.
- Maintain relevant subject matter expertise through continuing education.
Quality Assurance, Compliance & Control:
- Works with quality assurance personnel to develop plans/focus to assure continuous improvements that will benefit operations. Provide leadership and valuable participation in team activities that will enhance the overall effectiveness of cultivation centers.
- Ensures the entire crop growth operation is fully maintained and meets all applicable health and safety requirements.
- Ensures implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Develops and coordinates food safety, CAP and GMP practices.

- Ensures operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in the areas of safety, product safety, compliance, employment, quality, and good manufacturing practices.
Planning & Forecasting:
- Provides cultivation expertise to manage and align production methods and processes to meet market demands and forecasts, and to move production drivers quickly as necessary
- Adheres to a series of best practies for Integrated Pest Management that is versatile enough to conform to the regulations of all Columbia Care facilities.
- Develops and implements contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.
Human Capital Management & Development:

Position Overview:
The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team and SOPs. These responsibilities include trimming, assembling completed product materials into various containers and packages as well as ensuring that the appropriate quantity, weight, and type of product is packaged. This position works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity and acts with professional regard to the management and use of all production facilities and processing equipment. All qualified applicants will be trained in the use of equipment for processing.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Assists in the post-harvest plant processing of medical cannabis.
- Fan leaf removal, drying, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, inspection of product in addition to cleaning and sanitation.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Full Time Retail Associate, who share our passion to provide quality medicine and excellent patient care experience to patients who need them and who support the Company’s core values and culture. The Retail Associate works closely and collaboratively with the dispensing facility leadership and reports to the General Manager and Manager, Retail Operations. The dispensing facility is in Riverhead, NY and operates six days per week.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Three years of experience on a retail operation, point of sales system and use of Microsoft office programs.
- Must be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance and inventory control.
- Excellent and effective consulting skills.

Reports to: Facility Operations Manager or Market Director
Position Overview: The Facility Coordinator works closely with the facility leadership team to assist with day-to-day operations of the cultivation/manufacturing facility. The Facility Coordinator oversees the safekeeping and security of all cultivation and production/manufacturing inventory books, records, invoices, reports, and other documentation, both confidential and otherwise. In addition, they serve as phone receptionist, and liaison for visitors and vendors.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensures complete compliance with state statutes and regulations as required for cultivation facilities, maintaining records required by public health law.
- Maintains systems for record keeping, record retention related to all product and purchase orders at every stage of, storage, delivery, transporting, and distribution.
- Orders and maintains records of inventory and supplies and follows up with vendors on shipment and delivery.
- Works with facility leadership team to maintain product line inventory to reflect patient demand, assisting departments with routine inventory and cycle counts, providing checklists, aggregating and disseminating results to appropriate entities.
- Ensure that electronic and paper business (product inventory, employee files, petty cash transactions, training records, P&P) records are properly maintained and systematically recorded to show a true, accurate, legible and complete record of business activities.
- Answer phones, greet visitors and vendors, assist leadership in responding to vendor questions/issues.
- Issues and maintains security badges for employees and occasional visitors, outside contractors and employee terminations; maintains logbooks and visitor sign-in book.
- Assists in resolving local issues with computers, printers, software, network.
- Works with facility leadership to on-board new employees, making sure they have been fingerprinted, paperwork signed, etc.; tracks license and/or state cards.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years administrative support in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical or agricultural environment.
- Ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including inventory, supply management, administrative support, and coordinating facility visitor schedules.

Position Overview: Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest. The Technician journals, monitors and tracks all observations in the company’s software tracking system in compliance with our client's processes and state regulations.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and using hand tools and gardening tools.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Record information about plants and plant growth.
- Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
- Fill growing tanks with water.
- Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality. Identify pests, diseases or infestations and manage the outbreak.
- Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones

Position Overview:
The Cultivation Manager serves as Columbia Care’s subject matter expert for multi-state agricultural grow practices and advises on delivering quality and innovative cannabis product and solutions to medical cannabis patients. The Manager will work to maintain and preserve the vision and qualities that make Columbia Care unique in each of its markets. As a central figure, the Manager will be responsible for optimizing grow operations while implementing innovative new cannabis growing and breeding techniques to include best methods of planting, nutrient regiment, cultivating, and harvest as well as cultivar selection for specific outcomes. This role works closely and collaboratively with facilities’ leadership.
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Medical Insurance + 401(k) + PTO + Discounts
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
Management of Resources:
- Utilizing a continuous improvement and production oriented mindset, leads the research into the best methods to improve controlled environment agricultural house manufacturing operations of our multi-state cultivation centers and serves as the subject matter expert in all aspects of crop growing and production including quality, health, productivity, yield and cultivar.
- Determines production planning parameters, along with local General Manager and/or Market Director, such as production efficiency, quantities and harvest dates, product mix, safety, and yield levels, to ensure production commitments are met.
- Develops methods to monitor and measure department activity to identify areas of success and areas of opportunity to control production efficiency, manufacturing variances, material waste, labor expense and other indicators of profitability.
- Works closely with the respective regional leadership to coordinate, communicate and deliver on inventory, production, and product mix goals; incorporates new and updated products.
- Reviews current systems for operational efficiency. Ensures capabilities and go-to market plans are aligned.
- Collaborates with the Head of Infrastructure to ensure that cultivation facilities utilize best and most appropriate technologies for growing medical marijuana.
- Drives consistency across all operations including materials, procedures, and staff training. Refines procedures and protocols based on best crop management practices.
- Adheres to SOP’s and implements procedures for optimal growing and harvesting conditions. Implements mitigation strategies as needed.
- Follows and participates in new research and cultivation buildouts from concept through sustainable operations.
- Leads and strategizes the garden, including ensuring completion of cultivation tasks and paperwork.
- Able to operate all equipment and tooling as well as properly completing all garden tasks per SOP guidelines, and is certified in all cultivation areas.
- Maintain relevant subject matter expertise through continuing education.
Quality Assurance, Compliance & Control:
- Works with quality assurance personnel to develop plans/focus to assure continuous improvements that will benefit operations. Provide leadership and valuable participation in team activities that will enhance the overall effectiveness of cultivation centers.
- Ensures the entire crop growth operation is fully maintained and meets all applicable health and safety requirements.
- Ensures implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Develops and coordinates food safety, CAP and GMP practices.
- Establishes, monitors and controls conditions of production in order to satisfy patient and quality specifications.
- Ensures operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in the areas of safety, product safety, compliance, employment, quality, and good manufacturing practices.
Planning & Forecasting:
- Provides cultivation expertise to manage and align production methods and processes to meet market demands and forecasts, and to move production drivers quickly as necessary
- Adheres to a series of best practies for Integrated Pest Management that is versatile enough to conform to the regulations of all Columbia Care facilities.
- Develops and implements contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.
Human Capital Management & Development:
- Develops standard operating procedures to advance the Company’s mission, vision, goals and objectives.
- Serves as a resource to cultivation staff providing information, training, direction, and guidance to accomplish established individual, departmental and company objectives.
- Coaches, develops, and mentors cultivation teams as necessary.
Communication & Coordination:
- Assures timely and relevant communications between all levels. This includes assuring communications between affected reporting areas and to related departments.
- Establishes interfaces with business units to assess customer needs and assure accurate project or program technical direction for operations engineering and manufacturing.
- Responsible for establishing systems that would enhance intra- and inter-departmental communications.
- Assists in new research, product launches, production and engineering improvements, and product testing.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, or related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience managing product, staff and resources in a large-scale commercial greenhouse or agricultural operation.
- Exceptional knowledge of cultivation techniques and processes, pesticide requirements, anti-microbial testing, and controlled contamination (i.e. not cross-contaminating).
- Demonstrated mastery of growing methods, including in-depth knowledge of macro-and micro-nutrients, beneficial bacterial and nutrient implementation.
- Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
- Knowledge of food safety, security and GMP guidelines.
- Sound technical understanding in growing plants as impacted by environmental conditions, nutritional profile, seasonal changes, and cleanliness. Proven experience in managing crops and production is required.

- Fill growing tanks with water.

- Experience with inventory control methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, and conflict management,

Position Overview:
The Facility Maintenance Technician works closely with the facility leadership team to assist with day-to-day maintenance and custodial work of the cultivation / manufacturing facility. - Works with contractors and vendors.
- Performs troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems.
- Handles emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation.
- Performs mechanical maintenance and building maintenance as required, using hand tools motorized lifts and machine tools such as lathe mills, grinders, etc.
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
- Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals at night; inspects doors, windows, and locks to see that they are properly and securely fastened.
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
- Scrubs, strips, sanitizes, waxes, and buffs floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes.

- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass, snow or other debris.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment. Replaces light bulbs and fuses.
- May perform ground maintenance including removal of snow from sidewalks, salting walkways, mowing small areas of grass, trimming shrubs, etc., at an office site.

The dispensing facility is in Riverhead, NY and operates six days per week.

- Three years of experience on a retail operation, point of sales system and use of Microsoft office programs.
- Must be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance and inventory control.

Position Overview:
The Pharmacist is responsible for consulting with qualified patients and caregivers and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Pharmacist oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control. This position requires that the incumbent maintains an active State pharmacist license and has completed the course(s) pursuant to the Statute.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensuring compliance with all State Medical Marijuana Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervising the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education.
- Providing management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- Managing patient specific logs as required, receiving, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records using ADILAS, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies as well as any patient-staff conflicts.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in the pharmaceutical sciences; Pharm. D. preferred.
- An active license in good standing without restrictions.
- Satisfactory completion of the State Medical Use of Marijuana CME designation.
- Familiarity with computers.
- Recent experience (within the last 5 years) with patient-oriented drug delivery systems and a passion for patient care and service delivery.

- Experience with inventory control methods.

Position Overview: Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest. Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and using hand tools and gardening tools.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Record information about plants and plant growth.
- Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
- Fill growing tanks with water.
- Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality. Identify pests, diseases or infestations and manage the outbreak.
- Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones

- Staking weak plants.
- Examining plants for signs of pests or disease

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Working knowledge of medical cannabis and cannabis-infused product production from seed to sell. Alternatively, a background in horticulture and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledgeable on regulations related to the Medical Use of Marijuana Program.
- Experience with inventory control methods.

Position Overview:
The Pharmacist is responsible for consulting with qualified patients and caregivers and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Pharmacist oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control. This position requires that the incumbent maintains an active State pharmacist license and has completed the course(s) pursuant to the Statute.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensuring compliance with all State Medical Marijuana Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervising the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education.
- Providing management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- Managing patient specific logs as required, receiving, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records using ADILAS, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies as well as any patient-staff conflicts.

Position Overview:
The Cultivation Manager serves as Columbia Care’s subject matter expert for multi-state agricultural grow practices and advises on delivering quality and innovative cannabis product and solutions to medical cannabis patients. The Manager will work to maintain and preserve the vision and qualities that make Columbia Care unique in each of its markets. As a central figure, the Manager will be responsible for optimizing grow operations while implementing innovative new cannabis growing and breeding techniques to include best methods of planting, nutrient regiment, cultivating, and harvest as well as cultivar selection for specific outcomes. This role works closely and collaboratively with facilities’ leadership.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Medical Insurance + 401(k) + PTO + Equity + Discounts
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
Management of Resources:
- Utilizing a continuous improvement and production oriented mindset, leads the research into the best methods to improve controlled environment agricultural house manufacturing operations of our multi-state cultivation centers and serves as the subject matter expert in all aspects of crop growing and production including quality, health, productivity, yield and cultivar.
- Determines production planning parameters, along with local General Manager and/or Market Director, such as production efficiency, quantities and harvest dates, product mix, safety, and yield levels, to ensure production commitments are met.
- Develops methods to monitor and measure department activity to identify areas of success and areas of opportunity to control production efficiency, manufacturing variances, material waste, labor expense and other indicators of profitability.
- Works closely with the respective regional leadership to coordinate, communicate and deliver on inventory, production, and product mix goals; incorporates new and updated products.
- Reviews current systems for operational efficiency. Ensures capabilities and go-to market plans are aligned.
- Collaborates with the Head of Infrastructure to ensure that cultivation facilities utilize best and most appropriate technologies for growing medical marijuana.
- Drives consistency across all operations including materials, procedures, and staff training. Refines procedures and protocols based on best crop management practices.
- Adheres to SOP’s and implements procedures for optimal growing and harvesting conditions. Implements mitigation strategies as needed.
- Follows and participates in new research and cultivation buildouts from concept through sustainable operations.
- Leads and strategizes the garden, including ensuring completion of cultivation tasks and paperwork.
- Able to operate all equipment and tooling as well as properly completing all garden tasks per SOP guidelines, and is certified in all cultivation areas.
- Maintain relevant subject matter expertise through continuing education.
Quality Assurance, Compliance & Control:
- Works with quality assurance personnel to develop plans/focus to assure continuous improvements that will benefit operations. Provide leadership and valuable participation in team activities that will enhance the overall effectiveness of cultivation centers.
- Ensures the entire crop growth operation is fully maintained and meets all applicable health and safety requirements.
- Ensures implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Develops and coordinates food safety, CAP and GMP practices.
- Establishes, monitors and controls conditions of production in order to satisfy patient and quality specifications.
- Ensures operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in the areas of safety, product safety, compliance, employment, quality, and good manufacturing practices.
Planning & Forecasting:
- Provides cultivation expertise to manage and align production methods and processes to meet market demands and forecasts, and to move production drivers quickly as necessary
- Adheres to a series of best practies for Integrated Pest Management that is versatile enough to conform to the regulations of all Columbia Care facilities.
- Develops and implements contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.
Human Capital Management & Development:
- Develops standard operating procedures to advance the Company’s mission, vision, goals and objectives.
- Serves as a resource to cultivation staff providing information, training, direction, and guidance to accomplish established individual, departmental and company objectives.

Communication & Coordination:

Position Overview:
The Patient Intake Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, setting up the patient record in our system and for providing an exceptional patient experience. Verifies the accuracy and veracity of the status of all qualifying patients and designated caregivers who come to our dispensary using proper identification and verification protocol. Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Patient Registration Representative must ensure that visitors are escorted, monitored and that authorized identification badges are issued in compliance with State law.
- Collects and manages informational documents to support data integrity.
- This position ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information into the POS.
- The Patient Intake Receptionist confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and informs the appropriate pharmacist of such limits.

- Ensure that transactions are complete, timely, and accurate and conform to internal policies and external regulations.

The ideal Cultivation Manager has great people management skills and experience with automated systems. This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cultivation activities and adjusting workflow and procedures in order to increase yields, efficiency and overall performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting.
- Manage plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.
- Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process.
- Enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules.
- Ensure plants are receiving proper illumination, irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control.
- Schedule harvest of plants based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation.
- Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Develop and update SOPs for cultivation and post-harvest processes, enforcing strict adherence throughout the facility.
- Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest.
- Facilitate and oversee inspections using inventory and compliance audits.
- Conduct investigations when necessary - if inventory does not match production and transfer records.
- Monitor stock of cultivation supplies and equipment and work with Procurement to order supplies.
- Prepare reports summarizing harvest yields and conditions.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory.

- Stay current with the latest grow solutions and technology. Establish relationships with suppliers as needed.

Position Overview:
The Cultivation Manager serves as Columbia Care’s subject matter expert for multi-state agricultural grow practices and advises on delivering quality and innovative cannabis product and solutions to medical cannabis patients. The Manager will work to maintain and preserve the vision and qualities that make Columbia Care unique in each of its markets. As a central figure, the Manager will be responsible for optimizing grow operations while implementing innovative new cannabis growing and breeding techniques to include best methods of planting, nutrient regiment, cultivating, and harvest as well as cultivar selection for specific outcomes. This role works closely and collaboratively with facilities’ leadership.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
Management of Resources:
- Utilizing a continuous improvement and production oriented mindset, leads the research into the best methods to improve controlled environment agricultural house manufacturing operations of our multi-state cultivation centers and serves as the subject matter expert in all aspects of crop growing and production including quality, health, productivity, yield and cultivar.
- Determines production planning parameters, along with local General Manager and/or Market Director, such as production efficiency, quantities and harvest dates, product mix, safety, and yield levels, to ensure production commitments are met.
- Develops methods to monitor and measure department activity to identify areas of success and areas of opportunity to control production efficiency, manufacturing variances, material waste, labor expense and other indicators of profitability.
- Works closely with the respective regional leadership to coordinate, communicate and deliver on inventory, production, and product mix goals; incorporates new and updated products.
- Reviews current systems for operational efficiency. Ensures capabilities and go-to market plans are aligned.
- Collaborates with the Head of Infrastructure to ensure that cultivation facilities utilize best and most appropriate technologies for growing medical marijuana.
- Drives consistency across all operations including materials, procedures, and staff training. Refines procedures and protocols based on best crop management practices.
- Adheres to SOP’s and implements procedures for optimal growing and harvesting conditions. Implements mitigation strategies as needed.
- Follows and participates in new research and cultivation buildouts from concept through sustainable operations.
- Leads and strategizes the garden, including ensuring completion of cultivation tasks and paperwork.
- Able to operate all equipment and tooling as well as properly completing all garden tasks per SOP guidelines, and is certified in all cultivation areas.
- Maintain relevant subject matter expertise through continuing education.

- Works with quality assurance personnel to develop plans/focus to assure continuous improvements that will benefit operations. Provide leadership and valuable participation in team activities that will enhance the overall effectiveness of cultivation centers.

- Adheres to a series of best practies for Integrated Pest Management that is versatile enough to conform to the regulations of all Columbia Care facilities.

Position Overview:
The Patient Intake Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, setting up the patient record in our system and for providing an exceptional patient experience. Verifies the accuracy and veracity of the status of all qualifying patients and designated caregivers who come to our dispensary using proper identification and verification protocol. The Patient Intake Coordinator maintains a visitor log limiting access to the dispensing facility. Answer inquiries independently in accordance with policy.
Pay: $17+
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Patient Registration Representative must ensure that visitors are escorted, monitored and that authorized identification badges are issued in compliance with State law.
- Collects and manages informational documents to support data integrity.
- This position ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information into the POS.
- The Patient Intake Receptionist confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and informs the appropriate pharmacist of such limits.
- This position manages patient flow into the consultation area ensuring no more than one patient is admitted per pharmacist on duty and completes other administrative tasks at the dispensary.
- Ensure that transactions are complete, timely, and accurate and conform to internal policies and external regulations.
- Audits data entry transactions to ensure alignment with accounting systems. Alerts management of sourced discrepancies.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Demonstrated advanced ability in word processing and spreadsheet software programs including Microsoft Office products, accounting software (QuickBooks preferred), e-mail, etc.
- Proficient in data entry and 10-key.
- Ability to deal with confidential information such as financial records and product inventory reports.
- Ability to work independently and solve routine problems.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Skill in using computer and application software for financial transactions.
- Skill in mathematical computations used in accounting.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

You will assist Vital Farms Growers in all production needs including but not limited to nutrition, light stimulation, pasture rotation, health challenges, cooler temperature regulations and many other essential needs. As the Grower Support Coordinator, you will be a critical resource to our Growers and must visit each farm regularly in addition to being accessible during normal business hours and beyond. - Develop close professional working relationships with Growers to support their learning and development

DISPENSARY TECHNICIAN
Reports to: General Manager
Position Overview:
The Dispensary Technician works closely with Pharmacists to provide exceptional patient care to our patients. The Dispensary Technician isresponsible for consulting with qualified patients and caregivers and under the supervision of a pharmacist, administering approved medical marijuana products. The Dispensary Technician will also have responsibility for patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control. This position requires that the incumbent maintains an active State pharmacy technician’slicense.
Schedule: Part Time 20-28 hours with weekends required
Pay: $17
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Monitor and resolve problems in the prescription fulfillment process
- Promote and maintain the dispensary’s professional reputation and provide patients/customers with pharmacy products and services
- Assist the Pharmacist in filling prescription items, as permitted by the State Labels products appropriately
- Input patient data and medication orders into the POS system
- Enter prescription data into NY State’s software
- Responsible for all aspects of patient and customer service in a retail dispensary environment
- Candidates must demonstrate the highest of ethicalstandards, a passion for excellent customer service, be patient centric, as well as show an ability to foster a supportive, collaborative and productive environment.
