Role Summary
The part time medical practitioner is responsible for serving patients by preparing and dispensing medications; giving pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies. Ensuring KNOX medical complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, the Pennsylvania DOH, and the food and drug administration by monitoring dispensary inspections; maintaining records for controlled substances; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management of needed actions are all included responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects of patient interaction, inventory management and PA DOH compliance.
· Maintains a comprehensive pharmacy patient profile. Oversees the packaging labeling, and distribution of medications for all patients and employees according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
· Provides timely and accurate medication information to patients.
· Processes or ensures processing of all medication order information into an electronic health record, MJ Freeway, to ensure accuracy of records regarding past, current and future dispensing and charging.
· Monitors the use of scheduled medications and maintains controlled inventories of medication in the dispensing areas.
· Maintains excellent relationships with physicians.
· Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of healthcare professionals, counseling patients and drug therapies.
· Helps to develops and train dispensary staff and health care professionals.
· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Maintains pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Displays a positive, problem solving attitude during work hours
Qualifications/Experience
· Licensed Pennsylvania Pharmacist
· Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 4-hour medical practitioner training and 2-hour compliance training (TRAIN)
· Retail management experience
· Ability to effectively communicate or present information to management and personnel
· Leadership ability with experience in a business setting or in a customer-facing sales business solutions environment
· Strong people and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Flexible working hours based on business needs; our shifts are usually 10 hours
· Work closely with the Assistant Director of Retail Operations and Market Strategist to engage the community and the team
· Clear background check and FBI level fingerprint results
Qualifications/Experience
· Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
· Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 4-hour medical practitioner training and 2-hour compliance training (TRAIN)
· Ability to effectively communicate or present information to management and personnel
· Leadership ability with experience in a business setting or in a customer-facing sales business solutions environment Strong people and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Flexible working hours based on business needs; our shifts are usually 10 hours

Role Summary
The overall purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to be responsible for delivering efficient, high quality customer service to patients, patients’ representatives, providers and state agencies. Answer calls in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner within 30 seconds. Receives and responds to all phone calls/inquiries, questions and concerns in all areas. Other duties may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates helpful and effective telephone etiquette and customer service skills by providing appropriate information to callers.
- Escalate client-related issues to the appropriate staff member.
- Assist in running standard and client reports as directed.
- Exercise discretion to client information following established HIPPA protocols.
- Establishes policies by entering client data and/or confirming pricing if applicable.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Accomplishes tasks and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Updates job knowledge by learning new products descriptions.
- Responsible to be updated with new rules and regulations.

Qualifications/Experience

- Process all correspondences with adherence with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines where applicable.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around KNOX products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. You understand that the KNOX dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs. You will sell effectively, and every day is an opportunity for you to turn another KNOX visitor into a loyal KNOX customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals.
· Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum.
· Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
· Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s health conditions and needs
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
· Assist on deliveries as a Health Educator
· Conduct inventory count and sales reports.
· Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
· Follow up on all customer issues requiring additional research
· Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and fully understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis
· Communicate with Director of Retail Operations, General Manager and/or Customer Service Manager regarding status of issues, as applicable.
