Patient Care Advocates are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures that customer needs are heard and met; and, that all sales are compliant with state regulations. This position is also responsible for ensuring transactions are accurately recorded in point-of-sale and inventory tracking systems. Most importantly, this role embodies the company’s service, culture, and brand image to our customers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
As a Bloc PCA you'll ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience for our patients and assist customers in product selection based on defined treatment plans and product availability. You'll fulfill customer requests and look for opportunities to introduce new and alternative products. You'll ensure patients are accurately tracked in the patient system, educate customers on product attributes and usage; and, perform sales transactions in compliance with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in the State of Missouri. You'll also answer phones, respond to voicemail, and take orders. Another key responsibility of this role is to maintain knowledge of new and existing products via vendor training, documentation, and cross-training with management, pharmacists, and senior patient care advocates.
What you bring to the role:
Your experience includes two or more years of experience working in a fast paced and high-volume retail or pharmacy environment with cash handling responsibility. You're also passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
You must be at least 21 and possess a valid driver’s license or state ID and be able to pass all required background checks, certifications, and affiliation requirements.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience working in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibility
- Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Fast-paced, high volume retail sales experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass all required background checks, certifications, and DOH affiliation requirements
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

In addition to protecting company personnel and assets, Security Guards serve as our directors of first impressions by checking customers into the store and orientating them to our flow and process. As Justice Cannabis' Part-time Security Guard, you will perform a variety of tasks including:
- Monitoring and controlling access at building
- Monitoring alarm systems, video cameras, and detection
- Observing for signs of crime or disorder and investigating issues or disturbances
- Acting lawfully ensuing force for the direct defense of life or
- Writing incident reports relating to criminal, medical, or nuisance
- Ensuring all incidents are recorded in the safety and security log
- Investigating and reporting all suspicious
- Patrolling buildings and conducting perimeter walks of assigned dispensaries and cultivation facilities; and,
- Performing other duties as assigned.
To successfully fill this role, you’ll need:

Two or more years of experience working in Law Enforcement, Corrections or Military
- Have the ability to monitor multiple screens and situations simultaneously, and be certified in CPR, First Aid and use of AED
- Possess state security and guard credentials and meet all requirements for carrying a loaded firearm in full compliance with state regulations
- Pass required background checks and affiliation processes; and requirements for State Cannabis Agent affiliation.

Justice Cannabis PA is seeking a part -time physician or pharmacist at its Bethlehem, PA dispensary. This medical professional will lead the patient care team to provide patients with the best possible service and support while supervising all activities at the dispensary, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best business practices. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail and superior leadership and management skills. They should also have experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-faceted operations.
Performance Responsibilities
- Consult with patients in the PA Medical Marijuana Program to educate and recommend quantities and forms of medical marijuana to treat qualifying conditions
- Supervise sales floor activity, Patient Care Advocates and point of sales transactions
- Aid in management of inventory including regular physical inventory counts, maintenance of appropriate inventory levels, coordination of purchase orders, supervision of deliveries and transport manifests, oversight of sales floor inventory, and supervision of all other activities with respect to inventory management
- Provide point of contact for registered physicians, health care providers and patients
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and JC’s standard operating procedures while maintaining all systems at the facility including security
- Cash management ability
- Assist with community outreach events
- Help with all facets of site operation
- Physical demands of the job frequently include sitting and/or standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 40 lbs
Education and Experience
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE PHARMACIST/PHYSICIAN LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING WITH PENNSYLVANIA LICENSING BOARD
- Must be able to work 29 hours or more depending on vacations or PTO
- Degree and PA State Board licensing as a physician or pharmacist
- Willingness to complete 4+ hour PA Department of Health approved training course
- Experience managing staff and inventory
- Knowledge of cannabis use for medical purposes preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, excel and cash management desirable
- Ability to pass required state and federal background check required

The Inventory Lead reports directly to the Inventory Manager and Finished Products Manager and is responsible for the correct labeling and packaging within the facility and ensuring all inventory systems are correct. The Inventory team member performs their duties in compliance with company policy, laws, and rules governed by the State of New Jersey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with other departments (maintenance, and facilities) to establish proper storage and handling of materials
- Adhere to company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Track incoming and outgoing products
- Provide inventory control reports as required
- Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
- Updating database with incoming and outgoing products
- Loading and unloading deliveries

- Properly label and sticker product, to ensure fulfillment of deliveries
- Able to work weekend and off hours
