- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Dispensary Receptionists will commonly be the first individuals a patient or visitor comes into contact with at Keystone Canna Remedies, and are essential team members. They will help a patient or caregiver start and finish their experience at a Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary. More than just a secretary, Dispensary Receptionists will not only verify a patient or caregivers Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana registration, they will help build patient files, schedule visits for patients and caregivers, and help guide them through their KCR experience. Dispensary Receptionists will consistently contribute to a positive environment and professional atmosphere. These individuals will also help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance. Dispensary Receptionists will assist the dispensary team with any and all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within practical scope.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Dispensary Receptionist’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Working under direct supervision of the dispensary pharmacist(s)
- Greeting any visitors presenting to a Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary
- Scheduling patient initial consults and follow up visits; creation of a working patient calendar
- Assisting with input of new patient information into MJ Freeway and other KCR databases to create and maintain a comprehensive and secure patient medical record
- Accurately verifying patient / caregiver participation in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program upon arrival to a KCR dispensary
- Serve as a concierge for patients / visitors, helping directing “flow of traffic”
- Answer calls in a friendly and welcoming manner; appropriately and effectively triage calls
- Work with dispensary team members to provide best possible patient care and best possible patient experience
- Assist in the training of new and current staff members as delegated
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Practice all activities associated with education, dispensing and research of medical marijuana to the highest possible standards, and in accordance with rules and regulations established by the Pennsylvania Department of Health
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates will be at least 21 years of age.
High School diploma/GED Education required; post-secondly degree most desirable.

Job Description TITLE: Product Specialist Technician (PST) – Part Time
REPORTS TO: KCR Management Team
POSITION SUMMARY
Product Specialist Technicians are vital members of the Keystone Canna Remedies’ (KCR) team, and will serve as an important liaison between patients and KCR staff. These individuals will assist KCR’s Professional Staff in facilitating patient enrollment in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program. They will help in obtaining and documenting patient information during initial and follow up consultations by KCR’s Professional team. PST will have knowledge of the overall dispensary inventory and help assist KCR’s Professional Staff in selecting appropriate products and ancillary equipment for patients based on their individual needs and disease states. These essential individuals will also help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance, assuring appropriate movement and reconciliation of products and currency. PST’s will assist the dispensary team with any and all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within practical scope.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive:
- Work under direct supervision of KCR’s Professional staff

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Candidates will be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary degree most desirable.

Experience
- Prior experience working in a retail setting (especially in marijuana sales) desired.
Knowledge, Skills, Traits and Abilities:

POSITION SUMMARY
Product Specialist Technicians are vital members of the Keystone Canna Remedies’ (KCR) team, and will serve as an important liaison between patients and KCR staff. These individuals will assist KCR’s Professional Staff in facilitating patient enrollment in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program. They will help in obtaining and documenting patient information during initial and follow up consultations by KCR’s Professional team. PST will have knowledge of the overall dispensary inventory and help assist KCR’s Professional Staff in selecting appropriate products and ancillary equipment for patients based on their individual needs and disease states. These essential individuals will also help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance, assuring appropriate movement and reconciliation of products and currency. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

· Participate in outreach programs developed by Keystone Canna Remedies and industry partners as appropriate to help educate patients, caregivers, health care practitioners, community members, and interest groups on the current evidence and guidelines safe and effective utilization of medical marijuana
· Practice all activities associated with education, dispensing and research of medical marijuana to the highest possible standards, and in accordance with rules and regulations established by the Pennsylvania Department of Health

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Candidates will be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary degree most desirable.
Experience:
Prior experience working in a retail setting (especially in marijuana sales) desired.
Degrees, Licensure and/or Certification:
Post-secondary or collegiate degree favorable;
Pass background check, including check with FBI;
Candidate has never been found guilty of felony offense or concerning misdemeanor offense (i.e. theft, diversion of drugs).
Knowledge, Skills, Traits and Abilities:
Keystone Canna Remedies’ PST’s will be friendly, compassionate, able to work successfully with patients and caregivers and positively represent Keystone Canna Remedies as well as the medical marijuana industry. TITLE: Part Time Dispensary Pharmacist
REPORTS TO: KCR Executive Team
POSITION SUMMARY
KCR’s Dispensary Pharmacist will assist in providing the best possible experience for patients of the medical marijuana program in Pennsylvania. Pharmacy professionals shall be devoted to the safe, accurate and efficient dispensing of high-quality medical marijuana to qualifying patients, as well as providing patients and caregivers with correct and intelligible medication information. DispensaryPharmacists will help provide leadership and direction to dispensary staff members and be proficient with other dispensary activities as deemed appropriate. KCR’s Pharmacists will be consistently aware of the dispensary environment and work to preserve a clean, comfortable, and professional patient experience. Pharmacy professionals will maintain the highest ethical pharmacy practice including awareness of and consistent compliance with all state laws and regulations as well as all company policies.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Dispensary Pharmacist’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing a working availability with KCR’s executive team for assistance during times of increased patient volume and company necessity
- Counseling patients on safe, accurate, and effective use of their dispensed medical marijuana
- Assuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medical marijuana products and ancillary equipment
- Maintaining the highest level of quality and safety throughout the dispensaries and the company
- Maintaining all compliance elements with the highest degree of professionalism consistent with Pennsylvania state laws and regulations
- Maintaining KCR’s company procedures, policies and compliance with State regulations to eliminate diversion of drugs and other merchandise
- Overseeing and preserving workflow processes that assure an excellent patient experience and achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction
- Maintaining practices and procedures that are sensitive and appropriate to KCR’s budget
- Achieving and maintaining an appropriate degree of competency with respect to the medical marijuana industry
- Working with the dispensary pharmacy team to develop and implement medication therapy management services to maximize utilization of medical marijuana and prescription medication to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborating with KCR’s staff and other associated groups to inform and educate both healthcare providers and Pennsylvania citizens about medical marijuana and its applications including assisting the Pennsylvania Department of Health with its education, outreach and stakeholder management efforts including but not limited to physicians, patients, caregivers, law enforcement and advocacy groups
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy; residency training favorable.
Experience:
At least 2 years of pharmacy practice, including clinical pharmacy, retail pharmacy, and direct patient care. At least 1 year of staffing post residency for those who have completed an ASHP-accreditedPGY1 Residency. Experience with medication reconciliation, medication therapy management and disease state management essential.
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification:
PharmD preferred; Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with significant experience also acceptable.Residency training favorable. Active license with PA Board of Pharmacy (in good standing with NO disciplinary action) mandatory. Must pass any and all state and federal background checks.CPR/BLS and ACLS training desired. PA Medical Marijuana 4-hour course completed prior to start date.
Knowledge, Skills, Traits and Abilities:
KCR’s Dispensary Pharmacists will have a strong knowledge of: methods and procedures used in the practice of pharmacy, including chemistry, pharmaceutical calculations and prescription compounding; federal and state laws pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of prescription medication and specifically Pennsylvania law pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of medical marijuana; guidelines for the safe handling, storage and utilization of medical marijuana and associated medical equipment and adjuncts; necessary equipment for proper administering of medical marijuana and pharmacy / dispensary function, and means to obtain and maintain such equipment; software systems utilized for the management of patient data and dispensary inventory.
KCR’s Dispensary Pharmacists will have strong communication skills, be friendly and compassionate toward patients and staff, and be able to positively represent KCR and the PA medical marijuana industry as a whole. He/she will be able to both effectively manage and participate in dispensary-related tasks. These individuals will be able to work independently, as well as with a team, and have a high level of organizational skills. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Computer competency and internet navigation skills are also necessary. Pharmacists will be familiar with and understand how to navigate common published drug resources and references, including online resources. Dispensary Pharmacists will have a positive attitude and a consistently high degree of professionalism. They will abide by the highest level of ethical and moral conduct and serve as role models for the dispensary team and all KCR employees. Also, due to the nature of medical practice within dispensary sites, it is also favorable that the individuals serving as Pharmacists be trained and certified in Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

Dispensary Receptionists will commonly be the first individuals a patient or visitor comes into contact with at Keystone Canna Remedies, and are essential team members. They will help a patient or caregiver start and finish their experience at a Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary. More than just a secretary, Dispensary Receptionists will not only verify a patient or caregivers Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana registration, they will help build patient files, schedule visits for patients and caregivers, and help guide them through their KCR experience. Dispensary Receptionists will consistently contribute to a positive environment and professional atmosphere. These individuals will also help the dispensary team establish and maintain the highest level of security and compliance. Dispensary Receptionists will assist the Director of Pharmacy and dispensary team with any and all additional tasks as deemed appropriate and within practical scope.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Dispensary Receptionist’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Working under direct supervision of the dispensary pharmacist(s)
- Greeting any visitors presenting to a Keystone Canna Remedies dispensary

PST’s should have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical math is favorable. PST’s will serve as a consistent role model of professionalism, with high regard for ethical and moral behavior. They should also have baseline computer competency, including keyboarding and internet navigation.
Familiarity with applicable Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana rules / regulations is essential.
CPR/BLS training - current certification accepted, or training completed within 6 months of hire.
PA Medical Marijuana course completed within 30 days of hire.
Longitudinal education regarding advancements and policy in the medical cannabis industry to establish and maintain competency for best possible patient care.

KEYSTONE CANNA REMEDIES (KCR)
TITLE: Part-Time Dispensary Medical Professional (Pharm D., RPh, PA, CRNP)
REPORTS TO: KCR Executive Team
POSITION SUMMARY
KCR’s Dispensary Medical Professional will assist in providing the best possible experience for patients of the medical marijuana program in Pennsylvania. Medical Professionals shall be devoted to the safe, accurate and efficient dispensing of high-quality medical marijuana to qualifying patients, as well as providing patients and caregivers with correct and intelligible medication information. Dispensary Medical Professionals will help provide leadership and direction to dispensary staff members and be proficient with other dispensary activities as deemed appropriate. KCR’s Medical Professionals will be consistently aware of the dispensary environment and work to preserve a clean, comfortable, and professional patient experience. Medical Professionals will maintain the highest ethical pharmacy practice including awareness of and consistent compliance with all state laws and regulations as well as all company policies.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Part-Time Dispensary Medical Professional duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing a working availability with KCR’s executive team for assistance during times of increased patient volume and company necessity
- Counseling patients on safe, accurate, and effective use of their dispensed medical marijuana
- Assuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medical marijuana products and ancillary equipment
- Maintaining the highest level of quality and safety throughout the dispensaries and the company
- Maintaining all compliance elements with the highest degree of professionalism consistent with Pennsylvania state laws and regulations
- Maintaining KCR’s company procedures, policies and compliance with State regulations to eliminate diversion of drugs and other merchandise
- Overseeing and preserving workflow processes that assure an excellent patient experience and achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction
- Maintaining practices and procedures that are sensitive and appropriate to KCR’s budget
- Achieving and maintaining an appropriate degree of competency with respect to the medical marijuana industry
- Working with the dispensary medical professional team to develop and implement medication therapy management services to maximize utilization of medical marijuana and prescription medication to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborating with KCR’s staff and other associated groups to inform and educate both healthcare providers and Pennsylvania citizens about medical marijuana and its applications including assisting the Pennsylvania Department of Health with its education, outreach and stakeholder management efforts including but not limited to physicians, patients, caregivers, law enforcement and advocacy groups
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy
OR
Master's degree graduate of an AMA-accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program required.
At least 2 years of clinical practice experience. Experience with medication reconciliation, medication therapy management and disease state management essential.
Licensure, and/or Certification:
Licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Pharmacist (Pharm. D. or RPh) Physician Assistant (P.A.) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (C.R.N.P.) (in good standing with No disciplinary action).
CPR/BLS and ACLS training desired.
Must pass any and all state and federal background checks.
PA Medical Marijuana 4-hour course completed prior to start date.
Knowledge, Skills, Traits and Abilities:
KCR’s Dispensary Medical Professionals will have a strong knowledge of: methods and procedures used in the practice of pharmacy, including chemistry, pharmaceutical calculations and prescription compounding; federal and state laws pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of prescription medication and specifically Pennsylvania law pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of medical marijuana; guidelines for the safe handling, storage and utilization of medical marijuana and associated medical equipment and adjuncts; necessary equipment for proper administering of medical marijuana and pharmacy / dispensary function, and means to obtain and maintain such equipment; software systems utilized for the management of patient data and dispensary inventory.
KCR’s Dispensary Medical Professionals will have strong communication skills, be friendly and compassionate toward patients and staff, and be able to positively represent KCR and the PA medical marijuana industry as a whole. He/she will be able to both effectively manage and participate in dispensary-related tasks. These individuals will be able to work independently, as well as with a team, and have a high level of organizational skills. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Computer competency and internet navigation skills are also necessary. Pharmacists will be familiar with and understand how to navigate common published drug resources and references, including online resources. Dispensary Pharmacists will have a positive attitude and a consistently high degree of professionalism. They will abide by the highest level of ethical and moral conduct and serve as role models for the dispensary team and all KCR employees. Also, due to the nature of medical practice within dispensary sites, it is also favorable that the individuals serving as Pharmacists be trained and certified in Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
