Fulfillment Technician
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in Fulfillment with day-to-day operations. A Fulfillment Technician has the responsibility of packing the finish completed packaged cannabis extract and flower for retail sale.
Responsibilities include:
- Packing and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
- Being able to read a basic invoice, bonus if you're familiar with METRC.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of products, materials, and equipment used in fulfillment.
- Record keeping of all details pertinent to fulfillment.
- Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area clean.
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.
- Enforcing a culture of safety and attention to detail.
- Pay range: $16 - $18/hour

Qualifications:
- Must have MED Employee License
- 2+ years' experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
- Experience and background in the cannabis industry a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media.
- Strong number skills and basic math. Experience with inventory is desired.
- Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
- For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Our Operations Division, also referred to as Commonwealth Alternative Care is a market leader in the cultivation, processing, production, distribution and sale of a wide variety of cannabis products. The Wholesale Order Picker is primarily responsible for picking orders that are placed by our wholesale clients through our wholesale sales team. The order picker will also be responsible for verifying the quantities of orders and packaging them for shipment.
Re sponsibilities:
- Manage inventory of on-site product including performing daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Responsible for pulling products for customer orders.
- Mark the paperwork properly and communicate with the distribution team appropriately when making adjustments for product shortages.
- Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets, and computerized equipment.
- Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.
- Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Maintain warehouse storage areas in a clean and safe condition
- Prepare items for delivery including picking/packing to order and adhering to labeling requirements as indicated by state/local requirements.

The Role
As an Order Fulfillment Technician with Green Thumb, you are responsible for the final stage of the product's life-cycle in our manufacturing facility. Summary:
The Fulfillment Technician is member of our Logistics team that is responsible for order processing, packing, QA, counting and reconciliation., The Fulfillment Technician will report directly to the Inventory Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
The Fulfillment Technician tasks involve inventory and execution accuracy and compliance in all phases of the logistics cycle. These duties include but are not limited to:
Printing compliant labels for order processing
Picking and packing orders
Performing QA on orders for compliance and accuracy

Fulfillment Tech
Summary:
To assist the logistics manager, logistics lead & Fulfillment Lead with the packaging and preparations for transportation of cannabis infused products. This includes using MJ Freeway and Apex to pick and orders, label products.
Current Duties and Responsibilities:
- Print out Leaf Link orders, find associated batches and prep the packages for delivery.
- Double check that all MJ manifests for correct batch, lot numbers, and counts.
- Assure that all products are compliant according to PA state regulations.
- Organize and clean vault.
- Relay inventory discrepancies to the fulfillment lead.
- Create Data labels for use on the outside of the trays and to place on any that were missed in the packaging process.
- Create address labels for each dispensary to place on each unit allocated.
- Follow fulfillment SOP to assure that orders are completed in an efficient manner.
- Be flexible to fill certain positions, if need be, including packaging, harvest, and trim.
- Come in as early as needed and stay late to make sure that all deliveries are filled and ready to go out with the trucks the next day.

Summary/Objective

Essential Functions. Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for all functions, including but not limited to:
- Ensure proper packaging and timely receipt of all outgoing orders and packages from Panacea Life Sciences – Golden facility.
- Assist with requests for proposal to estimate shipping costs, figure out pallet dimensions, numbers, etc. Finds the best bid for transportation and demonstrate proficiency in logistics and transportation sourcing.
- Arrange for shipment pickups on a timely basis.
- Responsible for inventory management in areas of fulfillment including B124, C-wing and inventory in the trailers.
- Work cross functionally with all team members to ensure accurate inventory, troubleshoot process issues, and push general process improvement in the Fulfillment department.
- Perform all duties under compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Description:
The Receiving & Fulfillment Technician will be responsible for working with the Purchasing Department to check in and put away all incoming parts and materials. Close out PO’s and maintain the Kanban system. When not receiving this position will help to fulfill orders and prepare equipment for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Unloading incoming trucks and receiving all incoming material and parts based on the established process, checking for accuracy and quality, and putting away all items in their designated area.
- Receiving Process – pull open PO and Kanban card for parts that have arrived. Check off incoming material/parts to the PO by count and quality. Summary:
The Fulfillment Technician is member of our Logistics team that is responsible for order processing, packing, QA, counting and reconciliation., The Fulfillment Technician will report directly to the Inventory Supervisor.

- The Fulfillment Support Technician is responsible for coordinating with the Distribution & Fulfillment Manager to facilitate and oversee the completion of all tasks needed to facilitate the packing of orders for in house brands and other needs for the company . We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in Fulfillment with day-to-day operations. A Fulfillment Technician has the responsibility of packing the finish completed packaged cannabis extract and flower for retail sale.
Responsibilities include:

Position Summary
This role will be tasked and responsible for receiving order information from the Manager of Distribution to fulfill the retail orders for a minimum of at least 7 days. This position will work four ten-hour shifts to allow for maximum production and forecasting. Technicians will pull product from storage as needed for daily orders and create manifests for the proper destination within the METRC system.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced workers to join a successful OLCC licensed Recreational Cannabis farm located on the edge of Monmouth, OR.
The Garden Technician performs all daily tasks set forth by the Master Grower to maintain plant health and rotations throughout plant life cycles. The Grow Team is responsible for all major labor movements such as transplanting, harvesting, tagging, trellising, lowers, spray application, spray equipment maintenance, cloning, and cleaning in addition to non-technical general plant maintenance. The department also is responsible for all watering, nutrient mixes, integrated pest management applications, identifying signs of poor plant health, and maintaining sterilization protocols.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs daily tasks as directed by the Master Grower
- Understands basic plant anatomy to perform plant maintenance techniques appropriate for each plant stage to maintain optimal growing conditions

Sunderstorm is looking for an Order Fulfillment Technician to become a core member of our Order Fulfillment Department. This position is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires sitting and standing for long periods of time. The Order Fulfillment Assistant will work directly under our Inventory Manager; they will primarily assist at a clerical and administrative level, but may sometimes also package finished goods into delivery boxes in specific quantities for our retail clients (i.e. dispensaries). Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in fulfillment with day-to-day operations. A fulfillment technician has the responsibility of packing the finish completed packaged cannabis extract and flower for retail sale. This is a fulfillment position in a production environment at our facility based in Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Packing and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
- Being able to read a basic invoice, bonus if you're familiar with METRC.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of products, materials, and equipment used in fulfillment.
- Record keeping of all details pertinent to fulfillment.
- Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area clean.
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.
- Enforcing a culture of safety and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
- Experience and background in the cannabis industry a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media.
- Strong number skills and basic math. Experience with inventory is desired.
- Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
- Must be comfortable working in cold environments (33-60*) for extended periods of time.
- For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
- Ability to work a varying schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
