As we are growing quickly, we are excited to bring a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to our Phoenix Arizona location.
The Role:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our MFUSED brand. In this role, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Must be able and willing to dive head first into all things MFUSED and work on a more independent basis. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
- Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies
- Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products
- Create website and social media content to drive brand awareness and attract new customers
- Build rapport with customers and vendors
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints as needed
- Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns
- Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
- Brainstorm ideas and participating in training and workshops
- Always maintain a positive image of the brand
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field a plus
- 1+ years in customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel (own vehicle required)

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and driven Human Resources Manager who embraces change. You will support our mission by working with our leadership team across the business to ensure that MFUSED is a great place to work.
Reporting directly to the HR & Compliance Director, and working closely with ownership, this position will be responsible for managing all of the human resource initiatives. Some essential duties and responsibilities of the HR Manager will include but are not limited to:
- Lead all talent and people programs, as well as initiatives

- Related HR Certifications are a plus

The Operations Manager will oversee plant operations from development and planning to execution. We require an experienced Lean leader to continue our use of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing practices (experience in the cannabis industry is not required). MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of department managers, aiding in their development as company leaders
- Collaborate with all other departments to ensure business continuity
· Manage overall operations regarding to labor, productivity, Cost, quality control and safety measures
· Develop Lean manufacturing strategy and implementation plan for all manufacturing, production and distribution assets to ensure all facility’s objectives are met in the areas of safety, quality, profitability, waste reduction and team excellence.
· Identify, plan, and lead the execution of Lean transformation events targeted towards improving the plant’s performance on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity (SQDIP) as well as establishing a solid foundation around 5S in the workplace with process, metrics, and ownership at all levels.
· Ensure safe and efficient operations in an injury free workplace
· Identify and analyze complex operational data from multiple disparate sources in order to synthesize actionable evidence of root cause or improvement opportunities.
· Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
- Collaborate on detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
- Assess and analyze department budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits
- Identify points of friction; work to find solutions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of hands on experience in Operations Management
- 2 years of experience applying Lean tools and training others

About the role:
We are seeking a Facilities Tech who will take on a role of helping the Facilities Manager with various maintenance and cleaning around the facility. Cannabis industry experience is good to have but not required. This position requires an ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and adhere strictly to standards required in handling cannabis products. Some of the main tasks you will be responsible for are:
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks including non-technical troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- General experience with power tools and industrial equipment - fork lifts, scissor lifts.
- Assist janitorial staff with facilities beautification, i.e. polishing/waxing floors, power-washing parking lot, etc.
- Conduct repairs to the facilities and premises as assigned including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling tiles, assembling furniture, office equipment, and kitchen equipment, installing, replacing, and repairing carpet, tiles, etc.
- Assist in lab with general tasks as assigned.

Duties of the Sales Associate
· Drive revenue growth through development and ongoing implementation of the Hemp Sales Strategy program for Canvas Therapeutics.
· Work with the VP of Sales to develop a detailed personal sales plan to be implemented by the Sales Associate, to drive sales consistent with Company stratgeies.
· Conduct in-person, telephone, email and related communication with potential clients; sales follow up, including actions necessary to maintain customer satisfaction; and related reporting.
· Identify and develop relationships, as applicable, with organizations and groups which influence the sale of CBD and Hemp products as well as those related to the targeted client base, to assure that Canvas maintains an appropriate level of understanding of the current market conditions.
· Work with the management team and SMJ Consulting to coordinate training for clients and other groups who are part of, or influence, retail/reseller organizations.
· Monitor sales to assure that the retail clients have adequate and appropriate inventory and that Canvas invoices are paid timely.
· Periodically provide input for social media, blogs, website content and other mechanisms to reach our client and consumer bases.
· Work with the management team to support or conduct promotional events and trade shows including identifying potential shows, evaluating cost and benefit as well as coordinating related events where approved.
· Maintain the Company’s designated CRM system in real time, and provide periodic reports as reasonably requested

Qualification Requirements
· Minimum two years experience in a direct sales role, preferably selling to pharmacies or medical facilities, or, alternatively, selling health supplements, health care products, medical devices or cannabis industry
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; interest in the cannabis industry ; demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients, colleagues and subordinates

About the role:
We are seeking a part time Accounting Clerk who will be assisting the Financial Controller with daily clerical tasks. Candidates do not need to have previous accounting experience, however previous clerical or admin experience is beneficial. This position requires an ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and adhere strictly to our SOP's. Some of the duties for this role are:
· Accurately perform daily reconciliation of cash management, petty cash, check/credit card transactions, and file with invoices.

· Assist in financial reporting, tax audits, and general ledger preparation for month-end.
· Point of contact for uAttend and serve as secondary admin for payroll time corrections.
· Mange and oversee Expensify account for reimbursements.
· Ad hoc projects and assignments as defined by manager
· Adhere to and comply with the company standards and procedures
Qualifications we are looking for:

About the role:
We are seeking an Accounting and Customer Service Admin who will take on a dual role assisting both the Financial Controller with daily clerical tasks, and the Distribution Manager with customer service-related tasks. Candidates do not need to have previous accounting experience, however previous clerical or admin experience is beneficial. This position requires an ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and adhere strictly to standards required in handling cannabis products. Some of the main tasks you will be responsible for are:
· Accurately perform daily reconciliation of cash management, petty cash, check/credit card transactions, and file with invoices.
· Ensure all AP & AR invoices are entered into QuickBooks along with electronic documentation. Resolve issues or queries; escalate as needed
· Track and document product returns. Collaborate with Sales and Fulfillment to sure-up warranty related issues/questions.
· Manage battery tracker/OEM battery purchases. Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment to maintain counts.
· Assist in financial reporting, tax audits, and general ledger preparation for month-end.
· Point of contact for uAttend and serve as secondary admin for payroll time corrections.
· Mange and oversee Expensify account for reimbursements.
· Ad hoc projects and assignments as defined by manager
· Coordinate returns activities with warehouse management and distribution center
· Unpack and inspect returned merchandise
· Review RMA forms and merchandise to determine disposition
· Utilize warehouse systems including User Interface or handwritten log as applicable
· Communicate vendor and processing issues to Supervisor, Manager, or Lead
· Verify accuracy per SOP, and record/communicate discrepancies
· Ensure customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges.
· Maintain and manage a database of all product returns and exchanges.
· Adhere to and comply with the company standards and procedures in handling returns.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 1 year of administrative experience is ideal
- Ability to utilize Microsoft office products effectively
- Ability to work independently without frequent oversight
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate with word processing, spreadsheet, email and other internet applications.

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and driven Human Resources Manager who embraces change. You will support our mission by working with our leadership team across the business to ensure that MFUSED is a great place to work.
Reporting directly to the HR & Compliance Director, and working closely with ownership, this position will be responsible for managing all of the human resource initiatives. Some essential duties and responsibilities of the HR Manager will include but are not limited to:

The Role:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our MFUSED brand. In this role, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

The Custodian will report to our Facilities Manager to ensure our high traffic warehouse and offices are in top shape. The Operations Manager will oversee plant operations from development and planning to execution. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of department managers, aiding in their development as company leaders

· Manage overall operations regarding to labor, productivity, Cost, quality control and safety measures
· Develop Lean manufacturing strategy and implementation plan for all manufacturing, production and distribution assets to ensure all facility’s objectives are met in the areas of safety, quality, profitability, waste reduction and team excellence.
· Identify, plan, and lead the execution of Lean transformation events targeted towards improving the plant’s performance on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity (SQDIP) as well as establishing a solid foundation around 5S in the workplace with process, metrics, and ownership at all levels.
· Ensure safe and efficient operations in an injury free workplace
· Identify and analyze complex operational data from multiple disparate sources in order to synthesize actionable evidence of root cause or improvement opportunities.
· Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
- Collaborate on detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
- Assess and analyze department budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits
- Identify points of friction; work to find solutions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of hands on experience in Operations Management
- 2 years of experience applying Lean tools and training others
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Managements, business or a related field, or a combination of sufficient work experience and education

The Facilities Maintenance Tech will report to our Facilities and Safety Manager to ensure our warehouse and offices are in top shape. The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can help us build our Human Resources Department from the ground up. This position will report directly to the Human Resource Manager and will help create agency wide policies for our growing company. The Role:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our MFUSED brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels.
