Joint Rolling Technician
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day-to-day operations. This person is responsible for completing all prep work for the Joint Team and assisting with rolling in their downtime. This is a manufacturing position in a product environment at our facility based in Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities include:
- Noodle Prep for both 1.0g Joints & Persy Doinks (Infused joints)
- Prepping rosin for Persy Doinks
- Material preparation for the team (Grinding of material)
- Sanitization of tools, workstations and joint production areas
- Creating stickers for labeling of bulk material
- Cutting down of joint papers to our specific measurements
- Hand-rolling joints when there is down time with prep
- Assisting with packaging if necessary
- Working collectively with other team members
- Any other task as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor
- Pay range: $17 - $18

Qualifications:
- 1 year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.

Must be able to spend a prolonged period of time in cold temperatures (around 40 degrees), most of the time alone, and expect a physically demanding work day.

Responsibilities include:
Transplanting rooted clones into coco
Topping and pruning vegetative plants
Taking cuttings from Mother plants and sticking cuttings into rockwool
Pruning Mother plants according to cultivar and cloning needs
Preparing grow media for clones and/or transplants
Mixing and applying biostimulants/pesticides via foliar sprays and drenches
Releases beneficial/predatory insects
Irrigating by hand according to plants size and needs
Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
Working at a fast pace under warm and humid conditions - vegetative rooms average 75+ degrees and 65% relative humidity
Cleaning tables, mopping floors, and filling footbaths with sanitation solution
Standing/squatting/bending with arms extended for long periods of time
Affixing Metrc tags to plant lots and individual plants
Scouting for and reporting any pests and pathogens (powdery mildew, botrytis)
Any other task assigned by the Veg Supervisor or Director of Cultivation

The ideal candidate has experience managing all procedures and personnel during harvest and post-harvest processing of cannabis flowers in a commercial setting. They must be familiar with large volume curing techniques, high quality precision trimming, and Metrc compliance. Knowledge of WPFF preparation and lean manufacturing principles desired. The Plant Processing Manager will report to the Director of Cultivation for all tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Delegation of all flower processing related tasks (harvest, buckdown, trimming, WPFF prep etc.) to be completed on time outlined in the annual cultivation schedule
Ensuring Metrc compliance; using the provided excel sheets to track corresponding Metrc plant tags during and after harvest, generating Metrc package tags post-processing
Daily data entry and recording of all plant material weights into corresponding harvest cycle spreadsheets
Training employees to perform all wet plant (WPFF) and dry flower processing tasks according to the SOP
Oversight of all flower processing related tasks, making sure employees are following SOPs, and issuing corrective action when employees do not follow SOPs
Management of both full-time and temporary employees: scheduling workflow, track working hours, inputting timesheets, ensuring meal/rest break compliance, and coordinating staffing needs with the Director of Cultivation and third party staffing companies
Curing of all product post-processing; using the timeframes outlined in the SOP in conjunction with sensory judgement to determine when a batch is ready for packaging
Coordinate with the manufacturing (extraction) and packaging departments to forecast time and volume of product ready for extraction and dry flower packaging.
Compile KPIs and daily/weekly productivity reporting
Perform labor projections and coordinate with temp staffing agencies
Track and order department-wide consumables and inventory
Any other task assigned by the Director of Cultivation
Qualifications:
Leadership experience managing a diverse team of 50 or more people
Greater than 1 year experience in a management role in a licensed commercial cannabis facility
Adept in Excel/Google Sheets, Metrc, and G-Suite software
The Processing Manager will need to be agile in delegation, as there are time constraints from when a plant is harvested to completion of processing for manufacturing. This position requires good leadership and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment.
The Processing Manager will be required to learn different cultivars/strains, and how to trim/cure each cultivar based on its individual characteristics. A large portion of the Processing Managers role will rely on smell, feel, and experience to determine if product is at the ideal time to be packaged.

The ideal candidate is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers, and is able to trim a large volume per day while maintaining a high quality standard of work. The processing technician is expected to maintain trichome integrity, refrain from touching the flowers, and avoid cutting into or ‘shaping’ the flowers. The Processing Technician will be reporting to the Flower Processing Supervisor for all daily tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Harvesting whole plants for processing with care - following the SOP to maintain trichome integrity
- Running harvested plants to dry rooms
- Trim cannabis without touching or cutting into the flowers
- Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
- Scouting for and reporting any pests or pathogens(powdery mildew, botrytis)
- Any other task assigned by the Flower Processing Supervisor
Processing Technicians will be required to learn how to trim flowers specific to unique cultivars, and how to identify a variety of pests/pathogens. Joint Rolling Technician
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day-to-day operations. This person is responsible for completing all prep work for the Joint Team and assisting with rolling in their downtime. This is a manufacturing position in a product environment at our facility based in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities include:
- Noodle Prep for both 1.0g Joints & Persy Doinks (Infused joints)
- Prepping rosin for Persy Doinks
- Material preparation for the team (Grinding of material)
- Sanitization of tools, workstations and joint production areas
- Creating stickers for labeling of bulk material
- Cutting down of joint papers to our specific measurements
- Hand-rolling joints when there is down time with prep
- Assisting with packaging if necessary
- Working collectively with other team members
- Any other task as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor

The ideal candidate has experience managing all procedures and personnel during harvest and post-harvest processing of cannabis flowers in a commercial setting. The Plant Processing Manager will report to the Director of Cultivation for all tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Delegation of all flower processing related tasks (harvest, buckdown, trimming, WPFF prep etc.) to be completed on time outlined in the annual cultivation schedule
- Ensuring Metrc compliance; using the provided excel sheets to track corresponding Metrc plant tags during and after harvest, generating Metrc package tags post-processing
- Daily data entry and recording of all plant material weights into corresponding harvest cycle spreadsheets
- Training employees to perform all wet plant (WPFF) and dry flower processing tasks according to the SOP
- Oversight of all flower processing related tasks, making sure employees are following SOPs, and issuing corrective action when employees do not follow SOPs
- Management of both full-time and temporary employees: scheduling workflow, track working hours, inputting timesheets, ensuring meal/rest break compliance, and coordinating staffing needs with the Director of Cultivation and third party staffing companies
- Curing of all product post-processing; using the timeframes outlined in the SOP in conjunction with sensory judgement to determine when a batch is ready for packaging
- Coordinate with the manufacturing (extraction) and packaging departments to forecast time and volume of product ready for extraction and dry flower packaging.
- Compile KPIs and daily/weekly productivity reporting
- Perform labor projections and coordinate with temp staffing agencies
- Track and order department-wide consumables and inventory

Qualifications:
- Leadership experience managing a diverse team of 50 or more people
- Greater than 1 year experience in a management role in a licensed commercial cannabis facility

The Processing Manager will need to be agile in delegation, as there are time constraints from when a plant is harvested to completion of processing for manufacturing. This position requires good leadership and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment.
The Processing Manager will be required to learn different cultivars/strains, and how to trim/cure each cultivar based on its individual characteristics. A large portion of the Processing Managers role will rely on smell, feel, and experience to determine if product is at the ideal time to be packaged.

The Packaging Manager shall provide general leadership and direct supervision to Packaging crew. Ensure that quality standards are maintained, and productivity targets are met. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five (3) years’ experience in a packaging environment.
- Five (5) years supervisory experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following SOPs needed for maximum output from the kitchen
Helping improve the process daily - always ensuring safety, quality, compliance

While the Sales Director will play a critical role in driving growth as a sales leader, the Sales Director will drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives to both our retail customers and end consumers. The Sales Director will oversee and monitor Sales Representatives responsible including prospecting, new business acquisitions, existing business management, meeting weekly and monthly sales goals, in-store presentations, and participation in industry networking and events. The Sales Director will also need to engage in Sales Representative activities including acquiring and managing new business. - Hire, lead, manage and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
- Mentor and coach Sale Representative, and create an environment in which the team feels guided and supported to perform sales goals.

- Oversight and assist in the rollout of marketing efforts to retail and end user customers.

- Maintain customer databases and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Monitor the status of deliveries and stay in regular communication with Sales reps and dispensary clients, account management, and warehouse fulfillment staff to ensure deadlines are met.
- Complete monthly market surveys, review of market data analytics, and provide monthly updates to executive team.
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting to executive team.
- Work with production to develop weekly menu’s.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years prior cannabis sales experience with account management required
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong people management skills
- Proven track record of developing a strategic sales strategy, building new business, and meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software
- Responsibility & accountability (you must take ownership of your team, accounts, and all issues related to them)
- Excellent attention to detail (this role will require important data entry, so accuracy is critical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

ROLE OVERVIEW:
710 Labs is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Coordinator to become a part of our Marketing Team and grow within our company. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team to develop and execute our presence at dispensaries nationwide, ensuring our brand is correctly represented in all instances. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for deliverables including, but not limited to, product displays, digital assets, visual merchandising, branded elements, producing takeover events, producing tentpole events, etc.
The Trade Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with marketing departmental needs, including keeping all creative sales assets up to date and organized. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain meticulous meeting notes, holding various teams accountable for follow up and deadlines. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will also be leading the planning and execution of creative requests as it relates to sales efforts, including running Creative Review meetings, delivering recap notes summarizing all deliverables and next steps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track status of all trade marketing deliverables, including visual merchandising, sales kits, digital assets, product displays, event related merch
- Lead planning and execution of takeover events and other events in coordination with Sales and Marketing Teams. This includes scheduling, creative production, staff assignments, logistics, partner communications, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Role Overview

A hybrid Supervisor and Brand Ambassador is what we are looking for. Some one to teach and educate the masses and lead our group of hash loving Brand Ambassadors.
The Field Marketing Supervisor is a liason between marketing and sales. Helping sales facilitate any and all marketing initiatives and reporting data back to Marketing. Also responsible for managing all sales merchandise and usage across all channels.
Supervising the Brand Ambassadors, supporting in events, and maintaining all reports associated with consumer facing events.
The Field Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for reporting and scheduling for all other Brand ambassadors in the state. Weekly and monthly reports along with analysis is required for this position.
This key position works closely with Marketing and Sales teams. Cleaning/resetting displays as needed
Taking inventory of display assets in use
Reporting issues with display assets
Expectations
Conduct/participate in at least 5 events per week
Visit 10 dispensaries per week
Average at least 5 new sign ups per event per week
Consistently complete reports on merchandising visits and events
Manage all merch tracking and disbursement for Brand Ambassadors
Weekly reports on progress of Brand Ambassadors
Scheduling all Brand Ambassador events throughout the state
Role Requirements
Strong knowledge of cannabis, specifically concentrates and the hash community is required.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in Fulfillment with day-to-day operations. A Fulfillment Technician has the responsibility of packing the finish completed packaged cannabis extract and flower for retail sale.
Responsibilities include:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Loading van with product

Essential Functions:

The National Head of Sales will manage our sales teams who are dedicated to serve our retail clients throughout the states of California, Colorado, Florida and Michigan. This executive will play a critical role in driving growth as a sales leader and will drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives to both our retail customers and end consumers. Packaging Technician
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Packaging Manager with day-to-day operations. A packaging technician has the responsibility of preparing bulk cannabis extract and flower for retail sale. This is a manufacturing position in a production environment at our facility based in Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and cleaning of boxes, jars, lids, and equipment for packaging.
Filling gram jars of water hash, live rosin, butane hash oil, sauce, etc.
Cleaning of equipment and packaging facility.
Maintaining strict inventory records of product, materials, and equipment.
Record keeping of all details pertinent to packaging and inventory.
Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area in pristine condition.
Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.
Enforcing a culture of safety and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
Experience and background in the cannabis industry a plus.
Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media.
Strong number skills and basic math. Experience with inventory is desired.
Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.

Responsibilities:
- Recording Vendor Bills (Accounts Payable) in conjunction with proper document storage
- Entering and Reconciling Company Credit Card Transactions with proper document storage
- Processing and Entering Customer Payments (Accounts Receivable)
- Preparing Bank Deposits along with proper document storage
- Resolving any Customer Billing Issues and Reconciliation with client and internal sales staff

- Assist with the Month-End and Year-End processes by providing but not limited to; relevant journal entries, general ledger reconciliations and tax preparations as well as reviewing and investigating anomalies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, in Finance or Accounting is preferred, recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1 year of Finance or Accounting experience is preferred
- Must have an investigative mindset
- Good analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data
- Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and time management/organizational skills

- 5-10 years of experience managing a large scale production facility

The ideal candidate is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers, and is able to trim a large volume per day while maintaining a high quality standard of work. The processing technician is expected to maintain trichome integrity, refrain from touching the flowers, and avoid cutting into or ‘shaping’ the flowers. The Processing Technician will be reporting to the Flower Processing Supervisor for all daily tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Harvesting whole plants for processing with care - following the SOP to maintain trichome integrity
- Running harvested plants to dry rooms
- Trim cannabis without touching or cutting into the flowers
- Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
- Scouting for and reporting any pests or pathogens(powdery mildew, botrytis)
- Any other task assigned by the Flower Processing Supervisor
Processing Technicians will be required to learn how to trim flowers specific to unique cultivars, and how to identify a variety of pests/pathogens. This is a labor-intensive task that requires a sense of urgency while maintaining quality - expectations are 1.5-2lbs/day of finished flower processed depending on cultivar.

Role Overview
The ERP Data Analyst is responsible for managing the data and ERP systems throughout our operation, and refining/organizing that data to make it available and actionable for the broader team. This key position will work closely with onsite leadership to implement the ERP system company-wide and provide training and best practices as needed.

Nursery Lead
The ideal candidate is detail oriented with prior experience in cannabis propagation and must be familiar with cloning techniques, watering plants by hand, and Mother plant care. Job Description:
The Distribution Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical processes within 710 Labs inventory and fulfillment operations. This includes maintaining and improving processes that support accurate product inventories and on-time fulfillment of products to customers. The distribution manager will interface directly with upstream supply (packaging operations) and downstream (logistics and sales) and must have strong, transparent communications with both the distribution team and other departments to facilitate effective operations and customer satisfaction.
The Distribution Manager will be expected to drive process solutions, manage and develop their team, and drive day-to-day execution of distribution processes. The manager will be the main point of contact for senior management and the sales team regarding orders and related issues and must have a sense of urgency to address issues and continually improve processes to eliminate errors.
Additionally, the Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing all processes related to product inventory, ensuring minimal loss within accepted standards and having an accurate inventory count at all times. The manager and their team will complete frequent audits to confirm efficacy and accuracy of the processes in place and will have fully accountability for all products flowing through the department.
The Distribution Manager must be adept and functioning in a fast paced environment with a sensitive product that requires well-developed process and people management skills and attention to detail.
Role Objectives:
Effectively leading a team in executing all inventory, order fulfillment, order management, and customer issue related tasks.
Manage, create, and improve processes and procedures to support effective inventory management and order fulfillment.
Maintain the highest levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
Partner and effectively communicate with sales management and representatives on status of inventory availability, backorders, pendings suspended orders, and packing status and drive resolution of any distribution related customer issues.
Partner with accounting and management in researching and verifying order shortages, shipping errors, chargebacks and shipping charges.
Proactively manage all supplies necessary for order fulfillment and management operations and alert the Administrator if anything is needed.
Uphold a highly organized department with all product and supplies properly stored and maintained to support effective inventory and fulfillment processes.
Ensure all products are compliant, including leading efforts to facilitate compliance testing and resolving any testing issues, and ensuring all products leave the facility meeting our high quality standards.
Lead efforts to develop the fulfillment and inventory team by identifying areas of opportunity and delivering training and supporting individual development to support the team’s growth to best serve our customers.
Serve as subject matter expert for team on warehouse management software and fulfillment and inventory aspects of ERP system and actively work to improve functionality of ERP processes related to area of ownership.
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution functions and proactively manage the team to deliver results that drive business performance and deliver planned objectives.
Experience and Required Skills:
5 years in a fulfillment or inventory management production environment.
Minimum 2 years in a management role. Must have ability to develop individuals and establish positive team dynamics.
Highly detail oriented and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong communicator who is transparent and effective delivering feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate leadership.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, and capable of learning new software.
Able to forge strong relationships with employees and other leaders to facilitate a positive and proactive work environment.
Experience in improving business processes via continuous improvement processes and incorporation of available systems technologies. Background in Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing is desired but not a requirement.

Harvest Technician (Wet & Dry)
The ideal candidate is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers, and is able to trim a large volume per day while maintaining a high quality standard of work. The processing technician is expected to maintain trichome integrity, refrain from touching the flowers, and avoid cutting into or ‘shaping’ the flowers. The Processing Technician will be reporting to the Flower Processing Supervisor for all daily tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Harvesting whole plants for processing with care - following the SOP to maintain trichome integrity
- Running harvested plants to dry rooms
- Trim cannabis without touching or cutting into the flowers
- Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
- Scouting for and reporting any pests or pathogens(powdery mildew, botrytis)
- Any other task assigned by the Processing Manager
- Processing Technicians will be required to learn how to trim flowers specific to unique cultivars, and how to identify a variety of pests/pathogens. This is a labor-intensive task that requires a sense of urgency while maintaining quality - expectations are 1.5-2lbs/day of finished flower processed depending on cultivar.
Pay range: $16 - $18

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role will serve an important financial management role with the organization, interfacing with senior management, collaborating with all departments, and leading the accounting team to create a more effective, efficient, and productive financial reporting process. This position will provide leadership over all general accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet daily and monthly reconciliation, and cash flow forecasting in accordance with internal controls, regulations and standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the accounting team members ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all GL activity including accounts payable, accounts receivable and sales
- Cash Flow Management including weekly cash flow forecasting ensuring the company has the necessary liquidity
- Analyze accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and prepare supporting reconciliation schedules as part of month end close
- Month close reporting and financial statement preparation, including variance analysis
- Supporting and supervising accounting staff effort in daily / monthly transaction processing
- Contribute to developing and supporting policies, procedures and maintaining internal controls as well as prepare supporting documents for ad hoc / annual external audits
- Ensure timely filings of 8300’s
- Preparation of federal, state and local tax filings

- 5+ years of related public / private work experience
- Advanced computer skills in Excel

Responsibilities include:
Delegation of all flower processing related tasks (harvest, buckdown, trimming, WPFF prep etc.) to be completed on time outlined in the annual cultivation schedule
Ensuring Metrc compliance; using the provided excel sheets to track corresponding Metrc plant tags during and after harvest, generating Metrc package tags post-processing
Daily data entry and recording of all plant material weights into corresponding harvest cycle spreadsheets
Training employees to perform all wet plant (WPFF) and dry flower processing tasks according to the SOP
Oversight of all flower processing related tasks, making sure employees are following SOPs, and issuing corrective action when employees do not follow SOPs
Management of both full-time and temporary employees: scheduling workflow, track working hours, inputting timesheets, ensuring meal/rest break compliance, and coordinating staffing needs with the Director of Cultivation and third party staffing companies
Curing of all product post-processing; using the timeframes outlined in the SOP in conjunction with sensory judgement to determine when a batch is ready for packaging
Coordinate with the manufacturing (extraction) and packaging departments to forecast time and volume of product ready for extraction and dry flower packaging.
Compile KPIs and daily/weekly productivity reporting
Perform labor projections and coordinate with temp staffing agencies
Track and order department-wide consumables and inventory
Any other task assigned by the Director of Cultivation
Qualifications:
Leadership experience managing a diverse team of 50 or more people
Greater than 1 year experience in a management role in a licensed commercial cannabis facility
Adept in Excel/Google Sheets, Metrc, and G-Suite software
The Processing Manager will need to be agile in delegation, as there are time constraints from when a plant is harvested to completion of processing for manufacturing. This position requires good leadership and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment.
The Processing Manager will be required to learn different cultivars/strains, and how to trim/cure each cultivar based on its individual characteristics. A large portion of the Processing Managers role will rely on smell, feel, and experience to determine if product is at the ideal time to be packaged.

The Nursery Manager will be required to learn how different cultivars/strains grow, and how to identify a variety of pests/pathogens. This is a complex position that requires good organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all genetics are kept alive and in good health, bi-weekly inventory checks on all genetics and tracking of location within the nursery. Update veg inventory in provided spreadsheets or management software once inventory checks are completed
- Develop and maintain schedule of when to regenerate new cutting stock of all cultivars to secure safekeeping of genetic library
- Collaborate with Nursery Supervisor to diagnose and treat any plant health related issues in the nursery
- Troubleshoot all vegetative plant health issues including propagation, present and execute a gameplan for remediation
- Monitor both mother plants and the propagation room to ensure cutting stock aligns with annual cultivation schedule. Develop and present a contingency plan if cutting stock falls short of what's outlined in the annual cultivation schedule
- Develop and maintain a schedule of micropropagation in tissue culture that will backup all genetics - initiation of shoot tissue, initial subculture, and re-subculture to maintain redundancy of all cultivars in the companies genetic library
- Oversee and execute transfer of tissue culture ex-plants from shoot initiation formula to root initiation formula, transfer of rooted ex-plants to rockwool(or other media), and acclimatization of rooted ex-plants into the production cultivation environment
- Oversee and execute all seed germination, ensure maximum viability of seedings
- Administering and developing training programs for all nursery employees, writing/updating SOP’s and tracking KPI’s
- Any other task assigned by the Director of Cultivation
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of experience directly managing a team of 4 or more employees in a production facility
- Bachelor's degree in plant science, business, or management, or 4+ years equivalent experience as a Manager in a commercial cannabis facility
- Minimum of 2 years experience overseeing the commercial propagation of cannabis in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with a wide variety of different cannabis cultivars, how they grow, and what techniques to apply in veg, pruning, generating cutting stock, and propagation according to an individual cultivar’s needs
- Must be adept in Metrc regulatory database, Excel spreadsheets, developing and tracking KPI’s, inventory management, labor forecasting, and efficient task delegation

The sanitation technician is an important cultivation team member providing a clean foundation free of pests and pathogens for us to grow. This is a labor intensive role, physically demanding, and fast paced in a cultivation environment. This position has many opportunities to learn more about cultivation and maintenance, and will be assisting both the cultivation and maintenance teams as needed in various tasks. The Sanitation Technician will report directly to the Cultivation Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
- Work in a fast paced environment on your feet all day, standing, squatting, bending, and lifting more than 25lbs
- Use a variety of industrial chemicals to clean and sanitize cultivation spaces including grow room floors, walls, ceilings, and hallways between and connecting rooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area, adhering to OSHA, BCC, and DPA regulatory guidelines for chemical and pesticide storage and disposal.
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, including a Tyvek suit and full face respirator, when handling various sanitation/cultivation chemicals and pesticides.
- Remove green waste and used grow media(coco coir) from cultivation sites, load into baler, and dispose of into a dumpster.
- Operate a large industrial baler, compressing green waste and grow media into bales for disposal.
- Clean up spills and leaks, ensure safety signs are visible to employees for wet floors, oily surfaces, and other occupational hazards.
- Must understand and consistently follow all cultivation sanitation SOPs, adhering to the cultivation schedule to complete cleaning grow rooms on time.
- Must be comfortable working in hot and humid environments for extended periods of time.
- Participate, as needed, in various cultivation tasks ( including pruning, defoliating, applying trellis net, etc.), harvest tasks, and light maintenance duties.
- Performs any other tasks delegated by the Cultivation Supervisor.

Transplanting rooted clones into coco
Topping and pruning vegetative plants
Taking cuttings from Mother plants and sticking cuttings into rockwool
Pruning Mother plants according to cultivar and cloning needs
Preparing grow media for clones and/or transplants
Mixing and applying biostimulants/pesticides via foliar sprays and drenches
Releases beneficial/predatory insects
Irrigating by hand according to plants size and needs
Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
Working at a fast pace under warm and humid conditions - vegetative rooms average 75+ degrees and 65% relative humidity
Cleaning tables, mopping floors, and filling footbaths with sanitation solution
Standing/squatting/bending with arms extended for long periods of time
Affixing Metrc tags to plant lots and individual plants

Role Overview
710 Labs is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can partner with leadership to increase revenue from digital channels. This role will be a mix of strategy and execution. This key position within the Marketing team requires a natural collaborator who can partner with internal teams including wholesale sales, delivery, and non-cannabis merchandise and accessories ecommerce.
You'll collaborate with in-house, freelance, and agency resources to ensure that key business priorities are reflected in our websites, CRM, third party sites, and other key channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none. This position reports to the CMO.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ownership of key digital channels: CRM (email + SMS), Website, 3rd party sites (Google, Weedmaps, Proper, Jane, etc.), including being the in-house owner of these technology platforms and managing related vendors.
- Partner with the Head of Content and other key stakeholders in the content planning process, sharing ideas that need to be communicated in digital channels and briefing specific website and CRM communications.
- Partner with the CMO, the Head of D2C and other key stakeholders to review and select new technology partners and lead the development of platforms and features as needed.

- Daily management of the accounting team members ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Packaging Technician
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Packaging Manager with day-to-day operations. A packaging technician has the responsibility of preparing bulk cannabis extract and flower for retail sale. This is a manufacturing position in a production environment at our facility based in Oakland, CA.
Please note that the schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cleaning of boxes, jars, lids, and equipment for packaging.
- Filling gram jars of water hash, live rosin, butane hash oil, sauce, etc.

The ideal candidate is very experienced with processing cannabis flowers, and is able to trim a large volume per day while maintaining a high quality standard of work. The processing technician is expected to maintain trichome integrity, refrain from touching the flowers, and avoid cutting into or ‘shaping’ the flowers. The Processing Technician will be reporting to the Flower Processing Supervisor for all daily tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Harvesting whole plants for processing with care - following the SOP to maintain trichome integrity
- Running harvested plants to dry rooms
- Trim cannabis without touching or cutting into the flowers
- Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
- Scouting for and reporting any pests or pathogens(powdery mildew, botrytis)
- Any other task assigned by the Flower Processing Supervisor
Processing Technicians will be required to learn how to trim flowers specific to unique cultivars, and how to identify a variety of pests/pathogens. This is a labor-intensive task that requires a sense of urgency while maintaining quality - expectations are 1.5-2lbs/day of finished flower processed depending on cultivar.
Qualifications
- For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length.
- Must be able to adapt to fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
Check hydration of the plant
Remove the flowers from the netting material
Partner with teammate to carefully remove the plants
Cut plants one row at a time
Protect the integrity of the product by keeping it free of contaminants ·
Tag each plant
Weigh the plants·
Properly log the activities, weight, etc.·
Partner with team members to complete trim
Adhere to 710 specific trim techniques·
Wear PPE and exercise proper sanitation protocols·
Carefully hang plants above trim tables
Remove trellis from plants·
Separate green waste from flower
Throw out bags of green waste as needed·
Switch between trimming techniques based on the planned extraction method·
Work with teammates to trim plants in a fast and efficient manner
Identify potential plant maladies (bud rot, fungus, gnats, etc.)
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is detail oriented with prior experience in cannabis propagation and must be familiar with cloning techniques, watering plants by hand, and Mother plant care. The Nursery Technician will be reporting to the Nursery Lead/Manager for daily tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Transplanting rooted clones into coco
Topping and pruning vegetative plants
Taking cuttings from Mother plants and sticking cuttings into rockwool
Pruning Mother plants according to cultivar and cloning needs
Preparing grow media for clones and/or transplants
Mixing and applying biostimulants/pesticides via foliar sprays and drenches
Releases beneficial/predatory insects
Irrigating by hand according to plants size and needs
Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
Working at a fast pace under warm and humid conditions - vegetative rooms average 75+ degrees and 65% relative humidity
Cleaning tables, mopping floors, and filling footbaths with sanitation solution
Standing/squatting/bending with arms extended for long periods of time
Affixing Metrc tags to plant lots and individual plants
Scouting for and reporting any pests and pathogens (powdery mildew, botrytis)
Any other task assigned by the Veg Supervisor or Director of Cultivation
Nursery Technicians will be required to learn how different cultivars/strains grow, and how to identify a variety of pests/pathogens. This is a labor-intensive position that requires good critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing tasks.

Fulfillment Technician
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in Fulfillment with day-to-day operations. A Fulfillment Technician has the responsibility of packing the finish completed packaged cannabis extract and flower for retail sale.
Responsibilities include:
- Packing and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
- Being able to read a basic invoice, bonus if you're familiar with METRC.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of products, materials, and equipment used in fulfillment.
- Record keeping of all details pertinent to fulfillment.
- Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area clean.
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.

Driver
This role is a full-time position at 40 hours/week. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be flexible is necessary for this position. When making deliveries the driver is the face of the company so it’s important that this person can represent themselves and the company well through communication and actions.
Responsibilities include:
- Loading van with orders
- Building or following route made for daily deliveries
- Driving van to dispensaries
- Delivering the product to dispensaries
- Collecting payment and signatures from store managers
- Filling out forms properly after each delivery
- Assisting with fulfillment duties when not on road.
- Pay range: $18 - $20
- Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, paid time off, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Must have MED Employee License
- Over 25 years of age (this is for insurance reasons)
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and meet the requirements of the Company’s Motor Vehicle Policy

- Preparation and cleaning of boxes, jars, lids, and equipment for packaging.
- Filling gram jars of water hash, live rosin, butane hash oil, sauce, etc.
- Cleaning of equipment and packaging facility.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of product, materials, and equipment.
- Record keeping of all details pertinent to packaging and inventory.
- Storing of supplies and equipment, disposal of waste, and keeping work area in pristine condition.
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose, repair, and replace items and systems around the facility
Respond to and fulfill maintenance requests
Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure a quick resolution for assigned tasks
Work directly with team members to diagnose, assess and repair issues
Actively participate in specialty maintenance projects and property upkeep
Ensure the property’s curb appeal is maintained - keep property free of weeds and litter, disposing of trash and recycling, neatly packing and storing surplus equipment
Operate a forklift to receive deliveries and deliver inventory to different departments
Routine HVAC maintenance including cleaning, servicing air handlers, dehumidifiers, etc
Supply and material pickups including picking up PVC pipe, hardware, light bulbs, etc
Use a variety of industrial chemicals to clean and sanitize cultivation equipment
Maintain a clean and organized storage area, adhering to OSHA standards
Any ad hoc task as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
MED Badge required
Experience with HVAC systems
Must be OSHA forklift certified
The ability and desire to be a team-player with a can-do attitude, under the direction of the management team
The ability to prioritize and manage your daily workload to ensure successful completion in a timely manner
An eye for detail and the ability to articulate needs effectively
Pay range: $20-$22 hourly

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.
Work in a fast paced environment on your feet all day, standing, squatting, bending, and lifting
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, including a Tyvek suit and full face respirator, when handling various sanitation/cultivation chemicals

The ideal candidate is someone with not only a keen eye for detail but passion for this ever growing industry. You must also be able to adapt and problem solve to help fit Manufacturing needs.
The RSO Technician is expected to help run and maintain the rotary evaporator, while providing support to the rest of the team with daily tasks and sanitation needs. This is a physically demanding position and the RSO Technician will be expected to maintain a fast pace while ensuring accuracy and quality at all times.
Responsibilities include:

- Assemble, operate, reset, and clean rotary evaporator

- Follow very specific guidelines in manufacturing RSO product

- Organization and Operation of Sanitation station, Closing needs for the department

- Organization of RSO paperwork and follow proper compliance protocol
Preferred qualifications:

- Rotary Evaporator experience 1 year

- Word/Excel proficient

- Can lift 50lbs

- General Knowledge of cannabis extraction
