The Logistics and Transport Associate will handle a broad range of logistics duties, which are vital to the organization including assisting in order fulfillment planning and shipment of adult use & medical marijuana products from our facility to our in-house dispensaries and wholesale customers across New Jersey and assisting with the receipt, handling and storage of dedicated team supplies and materials.

- Partners with the Inventory Manager/Wholesale Team to confidentially facilitate on time, safe and compliant transport of medical marijuana products from our facility to operational dispensaries across the state.
- Assists the Wholesale Manager/L&T Manager in ensuring that all delivery routes and manifests are accurate and sent NJ CRC (per the regulations).
- Oversees and processes the physical receipt, handling, shipping and storage of supplies and materials for the satellite locations. Ensures that the supplies and materials received correspond exactly with documented orders / packing slips. Assists with the organization of supplies and materials on-site.
- Ensures accurate labeling of product, notating tamper seals, expiration dates, and SKU’s at time of delivery, indicating any issues immediately
- Responsible for the transporting of materials using the company vehicle; routine maintenance checks performed in compliance with travel logs and transport SOPs
- Collaborates with Inventory Manager, Security, and Compliance to ensure that returns/overages are accounted for and rectified in accordance with CRC regulations.
Administrative Duties:
- Partners with the Inventory Manager to provide input for SOPs relating to order fulfillment logistics, transport, receiving and storage.
- Works closely with the Compliance team to ensure that all logistics and transport regulations are consistently met.

Basic Duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Logistics and Transport Manager (LTM) is responsible for managing logistics and receiving activities to and from the cultivation and processing facility.
- Develops compliant SOPs for logistics and transport for the company.
- Manages the physical receiving, shipping, and storing of supplies and materials across all departments.
- Ensures the safe and timely delivery of products and materials to and from places of operation, including ensuring product returns are documented, received, and tracked appropriately. Effectively communicates and collaborates with the Director of Operations to ensure same.
- Plans delivery routes utilizing proper staffing and coordination of company vehicles for deliveries of medical and adult use marijuana products to dispensaries and wholesale vendors, according to NJ CRC regulations
- Communicates with NJ CRC regarding the transport of medical and adult use marijuana product(s).
- Completes initial verification of Sales Orders to ensure order is aligned with delivery schedule, and hands-off Sales Orders to the Order Fulfilment Team.
- Oversees entry of all transferred manifests for internal dispensary transfers and wholesale orders
- Collaborates with Security and ensures that all products that are sold are loaded within the company vehicle, are accurate and packages are correctly labeled with the correct information
- Efficiently coordinates transfer of inventory to the facility from wholesale vendors
Administrative Duties
- Directly responsible for the supervision, training, coaching, and performance management of the Logistics and Transport Associate (LTA)
- Ensures all necessary information is disseminated and understood by the LTA
- Effectively engages with including delegating duties to LTA and provides direct support, as needed.
- Maintains strict confidentiality when addressing all personnel issues and collaborates with Human Resources in a timely manner regarding same.

Duties and Responsibilities (Including the following, other duties may be assigned):
The main responsibilities of the Cultivation Manager are to effectively lead, manage and coordinate all cultivation processes and the cultivation team to ensure growing and preparing the highest quality, premium marijuana for distribution and sale at NJ CCF and other New Jersey dispensaries.
Leadership:
Effectively leads, develops and manages a high performing cultivation team to deliver high quality, premium products based on efficient and effective workflows and a KPI approach to help drive continuous improvement. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing technical guidance and training to consistently execute and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive ongoing operational excellence.
- Manage staff scheduling, the bi-weekly payroll and PTO.
- Performs annual performance reviews for every team member on the Cultivation team.
Operational Duties:
Manages the cultivation environment by keeping all cultivation systems in great working order and keeping in inventory the necessary horticultural supplies to optimize the health and productivity (yield) of each crop.
- Monitors a variety of system maintenance programs such as HVAC interfaces, gas exchange monitors, lighting controllers and irrigation timers, ensuring efficient and effective environmental performance
- Promptly identifies and addresses any issues with lighting, gas exchange, hydrology or irrigation and temperature and humidity; partnering with Facilities / Maintenance.
- Partners with the Facilities / Maintenance team to keep all systems in good working order and schedules repairs in a timely fashion.

The Cultivation Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of cannabis crop cultivation at the cultivation and processing facility. Duties and Responsibilities (Including the following, other duties may be assigned):
The main responsibilities of the Cultivation Manager are to effectively lead, manage and coordinate all cultivation processes and the cultivation team to ensure growing and preparing the highest quality, premium marijuana for distribution and sale at NJ CCF and other New Jersey dispensaries.
Leadership:
Effectively leads, develops and manages a high performing cultivation team to deliver high quality, premium products based on efficient and effective workflows and a KPI approach to help drive continuous improvement. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing technical guidance and training to consistently execute and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive ongoing operational excellence.
- Manage staff scheduling, the bi-weekly payroll and PTO.
- Performs annual performance reviews for every team member on the Cultivation team.
Operational Duties:
Manages the cultivation environment by keeping all cultivation systems in great working order and keeping in inventory the necessary horticultural supplies to optimize the health and productivity (yield) of each crop.
- Monitors a variety of system maintenance programs such as HVAC interfaces, gas exchange monitors, lighting controllers and irrigation timers, ensuring efficient and effective environmental performance
- Promptly identifies and addresses any issues with lighting, gas exchange, hydrology or irrigation and temperature and humidity; partnering with Facilities / Maintenance.
- Partners with the Facilities / Maintenance team to keep all systems in good working order and schedules repairs in a timely fashion.
- Manages supply levels and department requisitions and ensure the timely availability of all relevant horticultural supplies.
Administrative Duties:
Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols associated with the cultivation of crops within the facility, relating to, but not limited to the following:
- Propagation and the maintenance of healthy and available mother plants
- Crop care and routine manicuring (e.g., pruning, trellis netting)
- Plant nutrition and irrigation
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program
Additionally:
- Develops and executes a cultivation strategy and crop management protocols to deliver premium cultivation to help achieve the company's financial performance objectives (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Issues a weekly summary report of progress vs KPIs to the management team.
- Develops and issues a monthly report evaluating inventory and supplies (to avoid any operational disruption)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director of Production (DP) is a key leadership role for managing and driving the day-to-day production activities of the Egg Harbor facility, enabling the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance objectives based on a linked-to-budget monthly production plan (w/management oversight and approval). Proven leadership skills with demonstrated operational knowledge and expertise to commercialize the business via strategic decision making, sound judgment and people management skills. Key areas of responsibility include demand planning, production scheduling, processing, supply chain planning, budget management, quality control and enabling the efficient distribution of medical marijuana products on behalf of NJ CCF.
General Operations and Duties
- Executes business strategy approved by the General Manager and Senior Vice President. Promotes and executes a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manages all facets of production, supply chain management and reporting including but not limited to: production output, labor output, inventory levels and usage, finished goods and production KPIs (analyzed to help drive continuous improvement).
- Supervises cost controls and manages expenditures based on the approved operating budget.
- Maintains awareness of current regulations – per CRC - and regarding workplace safety (i.e. OSHA). Works with Human Resources to ensure compliance in terms of any potential workplace injury reporting.
Production Operations
- Responsible for the overall management, coordination, integration and execution of all production functions reflecting compliance with regs, SOPs and tracked / monitored via relevant KPIs. Committed to improving processes for each function via regular SOP updates.
- Ensures the company's ability to produce, prepare and package the highest quality medical and adult-use marijuana products for retail and wholesale sales - effectively, efficiently and in compliance with CRC policies and procedures.
- Supervises short and long term production planning (informed by retail and wholesale sales' trends and feedback)
- Works closely with the Production management team to prepare production forecasts designed to minimally achieve/ideally exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue budgets. Material planning includes materials, equipment, and any additional resources.
Packaging Operations
- Responsible for the overall management, coordination and execution of Processing, Packaging and Quality control.
- Ensures that the company provides safe, reliable products to dispensaries and for wholesale.
- Executes and tracks metrics to drive and achieve packaging efficiencies.
- Tracks and analyzes weekly reports to ensure consistent quality and quantities for packaging.
- Leads development of best-practices and key metrics for QC and efficiency.
RD & Quality Control
- Establishes ongoing testing protocols and standards, working closely with the Operations management team
- Supervises the selection and development of genetics for the highest quality medicine with optimal yield and proprietary strains' creation.
Inventory Management and Distribution
- Ensures proper inventory controls are being followed.

Production Facilities

Job Summary:
The QC Laboratory Technician will complete tasks as assigned by the Manufacturing Director to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the laboratory areas. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and able to follow established SOPs to ensure product integrity and quality control in a highly regulated environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict inventory records of all plant materials, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain immaculate production and laboratory environments adhering to SOPs and manufacturing standards
- Clean and sterilize laboratory glassware and tools maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform laboratory intake procedures, which include the use of analytical balances and our seed-to-sale product management system.
- Prepare samples which includes routine use of chemicals, pipettes, and centrifuge equipment
- Prepare reagent solutions upon authorization
- Conduct potency analytical testing of extracted cannabis product throughout the various stages of product development; Tests include but are not limited to: HLC potency assay and purity; ICP-MS heavy metals analysis; analysis of terpenes.
- Perform method development testing and the corresponding documentation
- Prepare protocols and executing method validations as needed for new products
- Responsible for operation, calibration, and maintaining lab equipment
- Verify / performance qualify (PQ) equipment at appropriate intervals, consistent with manufacturers' recommendations, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of equipment performance
- Maintain instrumentation (equipment) logbooks for all laboratory equipment requiring calibration or IQ/OQ/PQ (installation qualification/operation qualification/performance qualification)
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure all products are of consistent strength, high quality, purity, and meet NJ DOH (New Jersey Department of Health) regulation standards
- Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked, properly equipped, and well organized
- Maintain laboratory records with respect to current procedures, test data, and calibration records
- Ability to multitask while maintaining production and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), cGMP (good manufacturing practices), cGLP (good lab practices) NJ DOH (New Jersey Department of Health), and N.J.A.C 8:64 (the New Jersey administrative codes for the medical marijuana program) regulations

Job Description
The Dispensary Agent is responsible for interacting with, educating, and advising patients face-to-face and by phone, record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management as well as interacting with local service providers. The Dispensary Agent will be cross trained in all order fulfillment activities which includes preparing orders, entering product information, calling patients and fulfilling product requests and admitting/checking in patients. The Dispensary Agent is also responsible for upholding the mission and values of the company and ensuring that his/her team delivers patient service and care excellence at all times.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Greet patients and caregivers in person or on the phone and control their entry into dispensary; checking eligibility and validity of Medical Marijuana (MMJ) card; oversees member intake and renewal procedures
- Assist potential patients with registering or reregistering into MMJ program.
- Maintain member records in compliance with State law and Company policy
- Answer questions about the law and the Company from members and others
- Assist patients/caregivers in selecting medicine; advises and educates them about safe dosage and other aspects of this medicine
- Assist Dispensary Manager, and Supervisors with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
- Other duties may be assigned by the Dispensary Manager and Supervisors according to Company needs

Education Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry – hospitality and retail backgrounds preferred
- Computer & equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
- Familiarity with history and varieties of medical marijuana preferred but not required
Other Requirements
- Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet
- Must pass a background check (state mandated)
