Essential Functions. Softgel Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for all functions, including but not limited to:
- Perform all duties under compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Utilize and ensure compliance with quality systems such as cleaning records, equipment logs, batch records, deviation reports, etc.
- Clean, sanitize, and operate production equipment according to SOPs
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to management
- Complete repetitive tasks over extended periods of time using fine motor skills while maintaining a high quality of output
- Document all activities accurately and thoroughly according to Good Documentation Practices
- Keep work areas clean and organized while multi-tasking on multiple processes
- Communicate: ideas/suggestions for and/or concerns with production processes to team leadership
- Assist with oversight of and communicate needs for raw material inventory to management
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area including safe sanitation and chemical handling
- Follow all required work safe practices including proper protective equipment
- Follow quality & prerequisite programs related to designated area
- Follow OSHA Employee safety standards. Report any facility or employee related safety issues to management immediately
- Time management skills and comfort working in fast paced environment

Essential Functions. Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for all functions, including but not limited to:
- Ensure proper packaging and timely receipt of all outgoing orders and packages from Panacea Life Sciences – Golden facility.
- Assist with requests for proposal to estimate shipping costs, figure out pallet dimensions, numbers, etc. Finds the best bid for transportation and demonstrate proficiency in logistics and transportation sourcing.
- Arrange for shipment pickups on a timely basis.
- Responsible for inventory management in areas of fulfillment including B124, C-wing and inventory in the trailers.
- Work cross functionally with all team members to ensure accurate inventory, troubleshoot process issues, and push general process improvement in the Fulfillment department.
- Perform all duties under compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices.

In addition, this position will be responsible for data entry of sales orders and data input into our retail software system (RangeMe).

- Assist the DOS with the management and day to day tasks for Panacea’s Ambassador sales program.
- Work directly with each ambassador to help drive new and repeat business

Summary/Objective
Panacea Life Sciences (PLS) is committed to delivering the highest quality, premium cannabinoid products on the market. Our business vision is to become the leading cannabinoid producer in the markets we serve by utilizing current good manufacturing practices (GMP), quality assurance with cannabinoid products free from pesticides and heavy metals and providing better patient and doctor access to cannabinoid education and sourcing better equipment or devices.
The Senior Sales Executive position is responsible for generating sales related activities in numerous vertical channels that currently exist and targeted vertical channels in the future. In addition, this role includes developing new business, new channels and expanding our independent sales ambassador program.
Essential Functions:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for the following sales functions, including but not limited to:
- Lead and manage all vertical sales channels and those relationship within the channels
- Monitors and analyzes sales results, including contract status, cancellations, etc., to develop an ongoing action plan for success.
- Communicates sales results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to management.
- Ability to effectively work and develop sales leads and referrals from recognized sources and approved methods.
- Ability to establish and develop both internal and external relationships, present sales proposals and build client accounts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to maximize business growth.
- Understands Panacea Life Science’s business and is an expert on products, business segments and selling process.
- Increase revenue from new and existing customers.
- Update and provide monthly sales revenue and forecast
- Develop and execute a sales plan for their specific geographic area to maintain a high level of effective sales call activity and increase productivity.
- Makes the appropriate time commitment to build the internal and external client relationships both during normal work hours and special events.
- An “expert” on products and solutions and is current on regulatory changes.
- Maintains working knowledge of applications and customer solutions.
- Prepares complete and accurate paperwork based on corporate policy and procedures.
- Reviews commission statements and ensures commission is paid accurately.
- Become proficient with all Panacea software tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:  
- Three (3) years in a sales role for the cannabis industry with a demonstrated record of sales and goal achievement. (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related degree (Required).
- Five (5) years plus of relevant sales experience (Required)
- Sales in white labeling and contract manufacturing (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization.
- Proven track record of providing accurate, reproducible results in a timely manner in a demanding environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Has a strong desire to develop new business and revenue streams.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work. This is a Regular Full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday within the 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM window. However, the position may require additional hours to complete the assigned work in a timely manner.
Travel. All work is required onsite at Golden facility. Some travel may be required from time to time for business purposes such as events, trade shows, buying shows etc.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SCIENTIST

Our business vision is to become the lowest cost, highest quality cannabinoid producer in the markets we serve by utilizing current good manufacturing practices, offering better quality assurance with cannabinoid products that are accurately formulated and free from contaminants, providing better patient and doctor access to cannabinoid education and sourcing better equipment or devices.
The Product Development Scientist position is involved in all aspects of product development and improvement which are (but not limited to) internal testing to assure the quality of Panacea products and intermediates, evaluating competitive products, assist in New Product Development by evaluating new and existing formulations, participate in the Quality Release functions, develop and support GMP processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This position requires advanced knowledge in the area of consumer product manufacturing, quality assurance and process development.
Essential Functions.
The Product Development Scientist is responsible for all functions within the Research and Development department, including but not limited to:
- Create and/or enhance products in the Cannabinoid industry to allow PLS to remain competitive long term.
- Create concept ideas, submit product proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management.
- Support Sales and Marketing departments with research to ensure that ideas and potential products are viable and competitive.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production and external partners for compliance and practicability.
- Support manufacturing and design activities by developing samples, procedures, and formulation documentation for products in development.
- Determining product requirements according to several various factors and uses in close cooperation with the Quality and Supply Chain departments as well external partners when necessary.
- Provides administrative reports to management in the areas of new product development and extraction.
- Assists with extraction and production departments as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science/engineering field.
- Experience working with routine laboratory equipment including but not limited to; analytical balances, pipettes, fume hoods, heated stir plates, high sheer equipment, etc.
- Consistently demonstrates good laboratory practices and techniques.
- Ability to work with multiple teams as well as manage workloads independently.
- Demonstrated safe working practices including habitual usage of PPE.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization.
- Excellent note taking and organizational skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products (specifically, Excel).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) to (3) years of relevant experience in Product Development/Research & Development in the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or cannabis/hemp industries.
- Familiarity with analytical methods used in manufacture of CBD (and related).
- Experience working with analytical chemical methods utilizing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
- GMP-run and/or ISO accredited business experience.
- Proven track record of providing accurate, reproducible results in a timely manner in a demanding environment.
- Experience with online project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
