- Give performance reviews for the Marihuana Sales Location Team. Reward and discipline team members fairly and appropriately according to the Sozo employee handbook
- Oversee the hiring, discipline, termination, or promotion of employees
- Check email multiple times daily
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Responsible for reporting employee infractions (reporting, inventory, tracking, cash) to company leadership, and to the MRA as appropriate
- Bear ultimate responsibility for the success of the team and the sales location, including cash and inventory
- Adhere to and create a culture of compliance for security protocols in opening and closing the facility
- Participation outside of the posted schedule may be required (e.g., meetings, emergencies, deliveries).

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience managing a retail store and team, marihuana sales location experience preferred, but not required

Agency Location: On Woodward in Pleasant Ridge, MI
Position Purpose: The Social Media / Accounts Manager will be responsible for social media publishing for multiple clients within our agency.
Detroit Design House is a boutique creative agency looking for a Marketing Account & Social Media Manager to join our team! We believe that social media is both art and science.

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement campaign-driven and long-term strategies and content for effective use of social media platforms, especially Instagram & Facebook
- Coordinate with members of the creative team including, graphic designers, photographers and videographers to ensure integration of social marketing activities with other strategies
- Curate and manage all published content (images, video, text) on clients branded social media platforms (e.g. Instagram & Facebook.)
- Develop and manage social media content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant posts
- Use social media management and scheduling tools.
- Monitor social media communities including, hospitality, cannabis, subscription box, nightlife, etc, across multiple platforms
- Communicate with clients each month.
- Stay up to date with social media best practices, trends and technologies
- Proactively share ideas about how we can continue to up our social media game

Job Requirements:
- Experience managing social media for an agency or company
- ·Highly skilled in social voice and engagement.
- Excellent knowledge of social media channels, including Instagram & Facebook, as well as social media marketing best practices
- Excellent understanding of social media trends and brand esthetics
- Experience creating and managing social media content calendars
- Experience creating and executing social media campaigns
- Understanding of social media analytics, measurement and reporting
- Must be highly detailed and pay special attention to delivering error-free work.
- · Multitasker with the ability to work in fast paced environment
- Email marketing experience
- Outstanding multitasking, time-management and communications skills
- Critical and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Great communicator who is a self starter but also can be a team player
- Ability to identify areas of weakness or potential problems and quickly implement problem-solving strategies to rectify the situation.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $38,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
