- Executes and manages strategies, processes, procedures, and standards for all inventory management related systems with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

- Receives, opens, counts, and unpacks cartons or crates of products, checking invoices and manifests against items physically received.
- Examines all incoming product shipments and required documents to ensure quality and compliance with state requirements.
- Enter laboratory test results, product information and other required information into the inventory management software system in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
- Coordinates all invoice reconciliation with Accounts Payable team.
- Executes and maintains a clean and orderly inventory storage and distribution system.
- Communicates new product offering specifics with the management team and dispensary staff. * Manages, coaches, guides and develops inventory team to achieve higher standards of execution with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting any observed issues within the dispatch areas related to safety, equipment, interpersonal, product quality, etc.
- Auditing, inspecting, and verifying the quality of work completed within dispatch areas.
- Gathering data needed to monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost within the dispatch areas.
- Maintaining compliance by monitoring regulations placed by the DCC and facilitating the implementation/maintaining implementation of procedures.
- Facilitation of RCA/CAPA exercises as needed to remedy issues that occur within the dispatch areas.
- Working with the Distribution & Fulfillment Manager to manage and complete time cards for all drivers.

Role & Responsibilities:
- The Driver is responsible for coordinating with the Dispatch Supervisor to deliver orders, pickup cash payments, pickup material, and facilitate other deliveries/pickups to maintain current/future business needs . as well as opening/closing dispensary as needed.
- Provide education, guidance, mentoring, and feedback to dispensary team members as requested/required.

The Syndicate Lancaster is seeking a METRC Technician for our facility in Lancaster, CA. The ideal candidate will come with an experienced background in cannabis compliance and a working knowledge of METRC. This position will involve a lot of data entry and office work to ensure compliance across all logs, records, or spreadsheets in anticipation of audits at any given time.
Your role:
As the METRC Technician you will be responsible for entering accurate track and trace records. You will be responsible for all Tags and Manifests and proper following of company SOPβs. You must understand and work with inventory tracking software, METRC tracking software and 3rd party integration with track and trace software.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead department duties as they relate to the METRC track and trace compliance, including data entry, records maintenance, and basic reporting
- Assist in weighing and cycle counting inventory
- Assist in identifying and solving physical or electronic inventory discrepancies
- Be aware there may be need of adding future compliance responsibilities.
- Be Clean and Organized
- Following department SOPs and state guidelines regarding the cannabis inventory.
Skills & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 yearsβ experience in medical cannabis industry or other healthcare organizations
- Ability to perform inventory control and audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid and effective communication skills
- Able to work well independently and on a team
- Must have basic computer skills and understanding of METRC
- Reliability/Punctuality
