What You'll Be Doing:
- Process and handling of large volume of cash count under controlled environment.
- Deposit cash/check receipts and monitor timely deposits of cash/check receipts of related entities.
- Record bank transactions, including customer payments.
- Maintain money deposit logs in accordance with established procedures and IRS Filing.
- Reconcile daily bank activities, NSF and deposit discrepancies.

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for aspects of the company’s budget, forecast, and planning processes and actively assist the CEO and CFO in corporate strategy and M&A. They will also provide financial analysis support to the business for investment decisions and daily operations. The position will be actively involved in the company’s Investor Relations activities and will support the CEO and CFO in creation of all investor and BOD materials. The role will work closely with the Business Intelligence and Reporting team to improve existing reporting capabilities and provide operating insights to the Canndescent leadership team. The Director of FP&A will need to develop close working relationships with all functional areas (primarily Marketing, Sales, and Operations) as well as Finance and Accounting. The role will be part of the core F&A leadership team composed of the CFO, Controller, and Director of Tax and Risk.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop the annual budget for the company
- Take a leadership role in developing company strategy, corporate development, and M&A
- Lead the monthly forecast process and suggest changes as needed as well as propose corrective actions to keep the company on track for achieving the annual budget
- Create the monthly management reporting package of financial results for the Executive team
- Work with the CEO and CFO in preparing BOD and investor presentations
- Partner with sales on developing month sales targets and reporting results

As a member of the distribution team you will be primarily responsible for order fulfillment, transfer of goods to both internal and external customers, and training the distribution employees.

As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will:
- Prepare reports for cycle count. Perform cycle counts. Coordinate others to perform cycle counts
- Execute inventory moves from facility to facility or bin location to bin location as required
- Coordinate and verify issues related to damaged, defective, or mis-shipment of goods to customers
- Intake, evaluation, documentation, and resolution of returned merchandise.
- Make recommendations to management on programs to improve inventory management and security
- Assist with Shipping and or Receiving as required

What you’ll be doing:
The cultivation Manager oversees the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of cannabis cultivation, including, but not limited to; irrigation, pest management, pruning, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, curing and sanitation under the supervision of the Director of Cultivation. This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. (Hours are subject to change) The employee may be asked to work weekends as needed.
Required Education and Experience
- Basic math skills.
- High school Diploma
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or horticultural, Technical Certification a plus
- Prior nursery, landscaping, and/or agricultural experience.
- ‪Experience in medical cannabis industry or other alternative healthcare organizations is highly desirable.

- Must be able to work in a safety aware environment.

What you’ll be doing:
As the Delivery Driver, you will ensure that our products arrive at our retailers on schedule, and that payment is collected when appropriate. You will be responsible for the transportation of product in Northern California, unloading, receiving and validating/counting/recording payments (sometimes cash) and potentially assisting with setting up product displays/posters/signs and building great relationships with the store managers.
As the Delivery Driver, you will:
- Safely delivers products to stores on a scheduled route to customers within California territories
- Load products into delivery vehicle and ensures products will arrive in pristine condition
- Drive the delivery vehicle to location, unload, and bring products into store
- Occasionally build displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners/ posters
- Build great relationships with the store managers and bud tenders
- Comprehend and maintain compliance with state regulations and quality control protocol

- Drive large delivery vehicle (Sprinter van)

What you’ll be doing:
As a Testing Coordinator I your responsibilities include supervision of lab representatives for BCC compliance testing. Filling out forms, and submission requests. You will use our inventory management software to accurately move inventory between licenses by completing sales orders, purchase orders, and bin to bin transfers. You will be tracking flower batches, recording data, and reporting test results. You will be required to work at all of our facilities in the local area, and may be expected to work at more than one facility in any given day. This position requires a flexible schedule, and the physical demands include moving boxes of product from shelves, counting, loading product on carts and trucks for transfer.
Job Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Physical and Logical Movement of inventory: Receiving and pushing inventory between or within company licenses.

What you’ll be doing:
As the Territory Sales Account Manager, you will develop relationships with retail dispensaries to expand Canndescent’s product offerings in the California market. You will have complete ownership over your accounts, develop aggressive pipeline of clients, and become a product and industry expert.

As the Territory Account Manager, you will:
- Build a marketing and sales territory plan to connect retailers and consumers with the Canndescent and Good brand message and drive sales that penetrate the market
- Proactively research the market to open doors and build relationships
- Sell and service up to 25+ dispensaries a week in target geographies
- Build and maintain an aggressive pipeline of prospective dispensaries and related partnerships
- Drive orders and execute merchandising strategies by establishing, replicating, and maintaining visual displays in dispensaries
- Responsible for educating Budtenders and floor staff on the company brand, messaging, and products
- Anticipate market trends
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly territory sales performance and market analysis
- Maintain CRM database on daily customer interactions and targets to coordinate with business goals
Your experience and skills include:
- A proven track record of defining and executing territorial management and expansion strategy
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
- Ability to research and quickly understand market trends, regulation laws, and compliance rules as it relates to the industry

What You'll Be Doing
As the METRC Technician III you will responsible for entering accurate track and trace records. You will follow detailed SOPs to ensure the accuracy of the cannabis inventory. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on production and process. You understand and can work with inventory tracking software, ERP systems, METRC tracking software, and 3rd party integration with track and trace software.
As the METRC Technician III, You Will
- Lead department duties as they relate to the METRC track and trace compliance, including data entry, records maintenance, and basic reporting
- Assist in weighing and cycle counting inventory
- Assist in identifying and solving physical or electronic inventory discrepancies
- Support management in additional duties as requested
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet all department KPI's
- Uphold all company SOPs
- Take part in overall facility cleanliness
Your Desired Experience and Skills Include
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ experience in medical cannabis industry or other healthcare organizations
- Ability to perform inventory control and audits
- Ability to adapt to frequently changing state and local regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills

As the Customer Service Representative you will:
- Schedule and conduct new customer onboarding
- Call our customers to assist with an ultimate customer experience
- Coordinate payment pick-ups (when necessary)
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete orders
- Scan documents, and print files when needed
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files via email, phone and Zendesk
- Be the voice of Canndescent with our customers
- Strategically interact with all departments to ensure customers are given the right and timely information
- Strategically work on collecting outstanding balances
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates required

- Mother plant and Veg plant maintenance
- Water room operations for all rooms
- Inform supervisor if growing environment is out of specification
- Communicate well with your supervisor and team to ensure an efficient and productive environment

- Be able to work weekends as needed
Your experience and skills include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- The ability pass a background check
- The ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds with repeated bending, stooping, pushing and pulling, and the ability to sit for long hours (8 to 10 hours driving delivery vehicle)
- Basic math skills, for calculating orders

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and packaging practices under the direction of the Cultivation Manager
- Transplanting, watering, pruning, cleaning feeding and fertilizing
- Maintaining all feeding, watering and pH logs, reporting any discrepancies or problems immediately
- Checking plants daily for evidence of mold or pests and report any findings
- Documenting daily cultivation activities and reporting concerns
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Cleaning, sterilizing and maintaining cultivation facility, including some janitorial tasks
Your experience and skills include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience cultivating in a commercial growing operation is desired
