Job Summary
We are seeking Processing Technicians who will be responsible for safely and effectively filling, packaging and labeling our cannabis products.
THIS WILL BE A SECOND SHIFT SCHEDULE
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Processing team with the weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann's broad cannabis product line
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs
- Follows the SOP's in regard to documenting your daily work on daily recap sheet
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of cannabis strains and batches, and/or weights of batches Aspires to learn the components of the plant
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry Carrying out all weighing and packaging operations in an efficient manner that also complies with all GMP's, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable required procedures
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed PharmaCann's specifications and patients' expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
o Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures o Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process
- Continually strive and work with the remainder of the Production Team to improve PharmaCann's processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory
- Train and pass test on Food safety certification
- Assists in the Formulation area with the filling and capping of all formulated products.
- Assist with food production
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provide coverage in the warehousing and cultivation departments, as business needs require

The Extraction Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively converting the cannabis materials into high quality, food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application by registered patients.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Perform his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
- Carry out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies State Regulations, FDA cGMP's, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's, and all applicable laboratory procedures
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on associated equipment as required to maintain efficient operations
- Package of PharmaCann's broad medical cannabis product line as needed
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Follow appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of dissimilar production components while following Current Good Manufacturing Practices
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance sampling, testing, and visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications and patients' expectations; such quality assurance work shall include, but not limited to:
- Record and monitor process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process
- Execute tests on required analytical equipment
- Work with 3rd party laboratories on sampling and lot control for their sample gathering and reporting
- Continually strive to improve PharmaCann's processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Support new product and process development work with our Process/Product Development team

Qualifications

Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to three (3) years of applicable medical cannabis or related extraction, formulating, and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality. This position is responsible for managing and directing the Extraction department with effective leadership and coordination to achieve the weekly objective, while simultaneously developing the department to continuously improve and progress. This role is responsible for managing and supervising the Extraction department team members, Extraction Machines, supplies, extraction, organizing, and preparing the production of the variety of extraction SKUs for the company. The Supervisor of Extraction role must lead and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. This role will support the Manager of Extractions to supervise and manage the Extraction department, while working in coordination with the other Processing and Packaging departments to achieve most effective extraction, processing, and refining of Extraction products.
Essential Duties
Leadership Procedures & Tasks
- Managing and delegating staff to achieve the daily and weekly objectives of the Extraction department to serve the company's mission to package and prepare for exportation of a variety of products.
- Ensure the proper execution for all aspects of the department including management of the employees, directing and management of the operation and production of all concentrate SKUs, accuracy and organization of company to-be extracted material and extracted concentrate, management and planning of the transferring of ready for testing concentrate, and maintenance and upkeep of the Extraction machinery.
- Supporting the Managers toward all departmental progression of Extraction and distribution, along with the contribution and participation towards the planning and organizing of producing all company related products.
- Managing, delegating, and training the inventory system to maintain complete compliance and consistent organization. This role is responsible for the training and development of the team member's ability to operate and report in the inventory systems, such as, CounterPoint, METRC, and Google spreadsheets.
- Assist with providing effective leadership to employees to ensure a complete understanding of and alignment to Delt's vision, mission and values to maintain a positive work environment and a high level of morale.
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met including facilitation of the immediate adjustment of practices to accommodate the dynamic changes that regularly occur. Ensure the organization and accuracy of concentrate batches of product being extracted and tested for shipment.

- Assist with developing and managing projects, including defining project scope, resources and achieving deliverables on time and within budget.
- Ensure effective and appropriate communication with team members to increase team unity and operative flow.
- Determine daily prioritization of all tasks by collaborating with the Leads of MIP Extraction and the Manager of MIP in an effort to maintain a smooth organization and productivity. • Facilitating appropriate adjustments in planning to any unforeseen changes. • Planning and managing schedules for cleaning of all equipment, supplies, machinery, and production areas.
- Responsible for prioritization, completion, and documentation of all tasks performed by the MIP Extraction department employees as instructed by the Manager of MIP.
- Executing all paperwork in order to keep the MIP Extraction Department staffed and up to date in the timecard software.
- Update and track all required information daily.
- Must plan and delegate constant supervision of team members to ensure all work is being done properly and efficiently, in accordance with our SOPs.
- Facilitating the work of the MIP Extraction department employees, by providing answers to questions, as well as providing them with the tools and resources they need to perform their tasks. • Clear understanding of workflow throughout the MIP Processing facility.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager of MIP, the Senior Manager of MIP and General Manager of Operation.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Plan and carry out, through the support of the Manager of Processing to guide and train Extraction department members to maintain proper organization of the Extraction areas.
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the Extraction machinery through participation, practice, training, guiding, and disciplining accordingly.
- Manage the communication and reporting of unsatisfactory starting material or concentrate product and Extraction concerns with leadership of Processing.
- Manage and support leadership with efficient productivity and teamwork when setting up machinery and equipment for operation and taking down and cleaning machinery when operation is
complete, along with supporting the start of shift through end of shift within the MIP Extraction areas.
- Ensuring that sufficient supplies for the Extraction department are ordered and available. Management and coordination of supplies with the Purchasing department.
- Direct and support associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
Compliance and Reporting
- Plan and carry out managing and guiding the department to follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Oversee and support the organizing and securing of all METRC tags, labeling on containers and shipments. Oversee and manage the proper reporting of all inventory to sustain compliance and company systems.
- Responsible for proper training of Data Technicians and employees of Extraction to understand how to perform roles compliantly.
- Manage, coach, and discipline any improper action of compliance regulations. • Development, management, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the Extraction Department.
- Update and track all required information in spreadsheets daily.
- Monitor and address situations which may cause improper labeling and Extraction procedures, and minimize concentrate/product loss throughout the Extraction process.
- Managing and coordinating the instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed and reported to the Manager of Processing.
- Working with the Analytics department to organize and manage packaged company products efficiently and accurately.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Extractions and Manager of Processing. • This person will be asked to manage and supervise the Extraction department.
Job Requirement
- This position is expected to manage and supervise the employees of the Extraction department to perform duties at a highly productive and efficient pace, consistently.

The Cultivation Controls Technician (CCT) is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of all systems related to the cultivation and curing of cannabis. These systems include but are not limited to lighting, temperature, humidity, irrigation, and CO2. The skillset required for this role is a hybrid of technical aptitude and knowledge of indoor cultivation practices. In addition to day-to-day operation, this individual will be responsible for carrying out and assisting in development of strategies aimed at constant improvement of crop performance and resource use efficiency. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily monitoring of all system data points to ensure proper operation of equipment and control system programming
- Immediate reporting of any abnormalities in system performance to supervisor and appropriate parties for repair/maintenance
- Assist in diagnosing the cause of malfunctions to support repair/maintenance process
- Implement new strategies in lighting, climate, irrigation, and CO2 as directed to achieve improvements to the cannabis cultivation process
- Regularly take field measurements to audit the performance and accuracy of automated control systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports on cannabis crop performance based on environmental inputs (temperature, humidity, CO2, lighting, air movement, fertilizer, and water).
- Collaborate with cultivation farm team on reviewing impact of systems on plant growth and pest management
- Participate in rotational on-call support for after-hours troubleshooting
- Support in the maintenance of equipment controlled by Damatex and Wadsworth Control Systems. Clean and maintain all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area.
- Perform daily walks throughout the cultivation facility to visually inspect equipment operation and plant health
- Test equipment in the field as needed
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
(This is not a primary responsibility for this position but may be required as needed)

The Data Specialist position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team and will help verify and ensure the accuracy of the data coming from the Cultivation Departments in Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, & Pennsylvania. The focus of the Data Specialist is to properly report production and cultivation information from the seed to sale system (METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway), ERP (Dynamics NAV), and our internal systems. The Data Specialist will also be responsible for assisting in any reporting duties completed by the Analytics Team. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate working knowledge of Dynamics NAV, seed to sales systems, Google Sheets, and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Compliance, and Processing management as well as team members within those departments. Essential Duties

The Processing Analytics Data Specialist position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team for the Processing Department in IL, MA, NY, OH, and PA. The focus of the Data Specialist is to properly report production and processing information from the seed to sale system (METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway), ERP (Dynamics NAV), and our internal systems. In addition, the Data Specialist is responsible for verifying the accuracy of data used to compile reports and will be assigned various reporting duties as needed. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate working knowledge of seed to sales systems, Dynamics NAV, Google Sheets, and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Compliance, and Processing management as well as team members within those departments. The Data Specialist is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Data Entry and Systems
- METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway/NAV data entry and adjustments for Processing Department products.
- Enter and edit data in internal Google Sheets and Excel Reports.
- Seed to sale system searches and product verification.
- Validate data provided from PROCESSING DEPARTMENT Production Teams.
Auditing
- Assist with digital audits of Processing Analytics teams' & Processing Production teams' work to ensure accuracy.
- Assists with physical audits at the end of year and any additional audits required throughout the year.
Reporting
- Run reports in METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway, and Dynamics NAV in relation to Processing production, on hand inventory, distribution rates and sales.
- Search internal systems on a wide range of data including but not limited to: plants, packages, labor statistics, testing results, yield statistics, etc.
- Accurately compile and scrub data to report on a wide range of activities in multiple departments as assigned.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Helps to ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Other Duties
- Coverage in other areas of Analytics.
- Occasional coverage/assistance for data entry.
- Helps maintain production counters and assists in the development of new data tools.
- Using data to identify new opportunities.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Processing Analytics Supervisor, also takes direction from the Analytics Manager(s).
- This person does not supervise others.
Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- One to three years of data entry experience is required.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel required.

- Prior experience working within Dynamics NAV, Counter Point, or similar inventory tracking systems preferred.

The Senior Processing Manager is responsible for managing all of Pharmacann Infused products, kitchen,
packaging and extraction lab and its day-to-day activities at a specific site. All policies and standard
operating procedures must be always met. In addition, this role is responsible for training and

Purpose
This person provides security and safety to customers and employees. In order to adequately protect

Job Summary
We are seeking Processing Technicians who will be responsible for safely and effectively filling, packaging and labeling our cannabis products.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Processing team with the weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann's broad cannabis product line
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs
- Follows the SOP's in regard to documenting your daily work on daily recap sheet
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of cannabis strains and batches, and/or weights of batches Aspires to learn the components of the plant
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry Carrying out all weighing and packaging operations in an efficient manner that also complies with all GMP's, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable required procedures
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed PharmaCann's specifications and patients' expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
o Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures o Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process
- Continually strive and work with the remainder of the Production Team to improve PharmaCann's processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory
- Train and pass test on Food safety certification
- Assists in the Formulation area with the filling and capping of all formulated products.

Purpose
This position is responsible for leading the processing department team members with effective communication and direction to achieve the weekly objective at a highly productive and efficient pace. This role is responsible for leading, guiding, and training the processing department team members to package concentrate and edible products, supporting the leadership of the processing department to maintain an inventory backstock of SKUs to be available promptly to fulfill the exporting order schedule. The Lead of Processing role must lead and participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Processing Technician 3 will report to the Supervisor of Processing. This role will support the Supervisor of Processing to direct other processing department members to achieve objectives effectively.
Essential Duties
Leadership Procedures & Tasks
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure daily work, productivity, and quality goals are met. Conduct employee evaluations, coachings, and other documentation as necessary to maintain consistent and successful results.
- Ensure effective and appropriate communication with team members to increase team unity and operative flow.
- Bring any and all safety, security, and unsatisfactory cannabis product and equipment concerns forward through the proper channels including and not limited to the Supervisor of Processing, Senior Manager of Processing, Safety leadership, Compliance leadership, Security leadership, and/or General Manager of Operations.
- Supporting the Supervisor of Processing to guide and train Processing department members to package concentrate and edible products into a variety of SKUs based on weekly exporting analysis, operating, guiding, and maintenance of the Processing department machinery, including, the Processing Machine, scales, and tools.
- Support the Supervisor of Processing with all packaging requests to serve the company.
- Responsible for prioritization, completion, and documentation of all tasks performed by the team members as instructed by the Supervisor of Processing.
- Must keep constant supervision of Processing department team members to ensure all work is being done properly and efficiently, in accordance with our SOPs.
- This role will be responsible for leading prompt production of packaging of all SKUs planned to achieve for daily and weekly objectives, fulfilled with accuracy and consistent organization to maintain compliance and company standards. This role will support the Supervisor of Processing with duties surrounding the packaging of the variety of SKUs for the Processor facility.
- Ensure product is packaged properly, ran through Processing Machine efficiently, resolving product and equipment concerns as necessary, packaging product according to desired specifications, and properly store it for the next phase of Processing or distribution.
- Facilitating the work of the Processing department employees, by providing answers to questions, as well as providing them with the tools and resources they need to perform their tasks.
- Maintain thorough, consistent, and professional communication with other Processing and Production sub-departments as necessary to achieve company objectives.
- Support the Supervisor of Processing with training, coaching, supervision, and disciplining appropriately within the department. Be prepared to communicate, document, and report towards employees' performance, behavior, and attendance.
- Be prepared to change technique, training, and instruction based on variables, R&D experimental results, and concentrate consistency attributes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following GMP certified procedures.
- Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity.
- Be prepared to execute tasks within the Processing department, along with assisting towards company and facility objectives.
- Work and train in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Train employees to meet and exceed daily quotas.

- Supporting the Supervisor of Processing to guide and train Processing department members to maintain proper organization of the Processing areas. Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the Processing areas.
- Monitor and report any noticeable unsatisfactory concentrate, or edible, product to the Supervisor of Processing and/or Senior Manager of Processing.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area. Ensure proper maintenance of Processing Machine and equipment in the department.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily. Responsible for proper training of Data Technicians and employees packaging to understand how to perform roles compliantly.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all packaging tags and labels.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Processing.
- This person will be asked to direct, guide, train, supervise and discipline members of the Procssing department.
Job Requirement
- This position is expected to perform duties at a highly productive and efficient pace, consistently.
- To apply for a new position, employees must have served within this position for at least six months before submitting the Grow Transfer Request form to the direct supervisor.

The Extraction Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively converting the cannabis materials into high quality, food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application by registered patients.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Perform his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
- Carry out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies State Regulations, FDA cGMP's, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's, and all applicable laboratory procedures
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on associated equipment as required to maintain efficient operations
- Package of PharmaCann's broad medical cannabis product line as needed
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Follow appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of dissimilar production components while following Current Good Manufacturing Practices
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance sampling, testing, and visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications and patients' expectations; such quality assurance work shall include, but not limited to:
- Record and monitor process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process
- Execute tests on required analytical equipment
- Work with 3rd party laboratories on sampling and lot control for their sample gathering and reporting
- Continually strive to improve PharmaCann's processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Support new product and process development work with our Process/Product Development team
- Monitor and manage lab and processing equipment supplies and inventory
- Ability to author and execute manufacturing batch records and SOPs
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
Age: State law requires that applicants be 21 years old to work for cultivation center
Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to three (3) years of applicable medical cannabis or related extraction, formulating, and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality. Experience with closed loop hydrocarbon, CO2, and ethanol extraction and distillation preferred
Competencies/Additional Requirements Include:

Job Description
The Packaging Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Proper setup and operation of filling, solid dose manufacturing, packaging and labeling equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist in monitoring and managing processing equipment supplies and inventory
- Execute all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures
- Perform in-process and post-process sample acquisitions according to protocols or batch records
- Support new product lines and process development as needed
- Be willing and able to be cross-trained to work alongside other PharmaCann team members with manufacturing, harvesting, drying and weighing of PharmaCann's broad medical cannabis product line as needed

Job Summary
This position will require local travel within the State. Couriers are responsible for safely, securely, and lawfully transporting cannabis to dispensaries and samples to laboratories, as well as ensuring strict adherence to state law and all delivery and manifest protocols and controls. Couriers will work alongside a partner to provide security for the staff and product from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations. Couriers also may provide back-up for other departments.

Asset Protection personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PharmaCann employees, vendors, and facilities. Asset Protection Associates will ensure strict adherence to all security and Asset Protection protocols Standard Operating Procedures, state and local regulations, and company required controls.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Vigilantly performs all entry/exit control protocols
- Adheres to strict check-in procedures per state regulations
- Ensures the safety and security of all associates and vendors while on-premises
- Monitors electronic surveillance and security alarm systems
- Performs Asset Protection tasks and manages access control systems
- Carries out inspections to verify the integrity of security during and after business hours
- Patrols internal and external areas
- Assists with internal and external investigations as needed with the highest level of integrity confidentiality (including theft and fraud)
- Perform Asset Protection related audits and inventory control functions
- Assists in ensuring all operational policies and procedures are adhered to appropriately

Qualifications

Job Description
We are seeking Processing Technicians who will be responsible for safely and effectively filling, packaging and labeling our cannabis products.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Processing team with the weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann's broad cannabis product line
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs
- Follows the SOP's in regard to documenting your daily work on daily recap sheet
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of cannabis strains and batches, and/or weights of batches
- Aspires to learn the components of the plant
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
- Carrying out all weighing and packaging operations in an efficient manner that also complies with all GMP's, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable required procedures
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed PharmaCann's specifications and patients' expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process
- Continually strive and work with the remainder of the Production Team to improve PharmaCann's processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory
- Train and pass test on Food safety certification
- Assists in the Formulation area with the filling and capping of all formulated products.
- Assist with food production
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provide coverage in the warehousing and cultivation departments, as business needs require

Qualifications

The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.

- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management

Asset Protection personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PharmaCann/Verilife patients, customers, employees, vendors, and facilities. Asset Protection Associates will ensure strict adherence to all security and Asset Protection protocols Standard Operating Procedures, state and local regulations, and company required controls. Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company’s cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
- Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools used on a daily basis
- Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems.
- Meets all required activity performance counts
- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner.
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 0-1 years of experience; must be 21 years old
- Attention to detail; shows initiative to learn; is punctual and dependable; is cooperative; has a team-oriented work ethic; this is an entry level position

Job Description
We are seeking Processing Technicians to perform cannabis harvesting, drying, trimming, and packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center. Each Processing Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively harvesting, drying, trimming, converting the cannabis materials into high quality products.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Learns and performs proper techniques for harvesting, drying and curing Cannabis
- Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Processing team with the harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann’s broad medical cannabis product line when required.
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs.
- Follows the SOP’s in regards to documenting your daily work on daily recap sheet.
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of batches and/or weights of batches.
- Performs in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds PharmaCann quality standards.
- Aspires to learn the components of the plant.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on analytical chemist experienced in QC analyzing organic compounds and mixtures at our Dwight, IL cultivating and processing center. This position will play a key role in the production of medical cannabis extracts, tinctures, and related products registered patients will use to treat their medical and physical symptoms. The Analytical Chemist will be responsible for ensuring effective and safe processing of medical cannabis into safe, high quality medical cannabis oils and other related products for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application by registered patients.
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
- Analyzing cannabis material, cannabis extracts, and associated finished formulations for active ingredient levels and ensuring our finished products meet company specifications.
- Support PharmaCann’s extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and manufacturing processes and ensure our procedures comply with FDA GMP’s, OSHA regulations, and applicable laboratory procedures.
- Working closely with 3rd Party test laboratories to correlate PharmaCann’s results to their test results and coordinate required analyses by 3rd party laboratories as required by state statutes.
- Supporting greenhouse and production operation analytical testing needs by preparing and testing plant, extract, and samples for cannabinoid profiling, potency, and other required analyses.
- Work closely with PharmaCann’s processing and fill line technicians by analyzing both in-process and finished products to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Conducting quality control analytical testing to ensure PharmaCann produces the highest quality processed medical cannabis products.
- Analytical work on HPLC, GC and other required analytical instrumentation.
- Continuous Improvement by optimizing product methods to help R&D toward process improvements.
- Building the capability of the analytical laboratory by adding new instrumentation and equipment.
- Working with PharmaCann R&D to test new proprietary medical cannabis products and filling processes to meet business needs.
- Managing lab equipment supplies and inventory.
- Oversee and audit Process Technician quality control testing and results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- B.S. Chemistry degree or equivalent required.
- Three to seven years of applicable medical cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
- Must possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills involving organic solvents and materials.
- Proven experience in a medical cannabis, food, pharmaceutical environment with a high attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent communication skills with the ability to operate in a safe, detailed and accurate manner.
- Ability to operate in startup and emerging environment and be flexible to take on new and added responsibilities per the business’ growth needs.
- Must possess good data logging, database, and material tracking skills to facilitate PharmaCann’s strict compliance with state regulatory requirements for product tracking and tracing. Knowledge of Class 1, Division 1 operating environments and cGMP is highly desirable.

The Extraction Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively converting the cannabis materials into high quality, food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Perform his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
- Carry out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies State Regulations, FDA cGMP’s, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP’s, and all applicable laboratory procedures
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on associated equipment as required to maintain efficient operations
- Package of PharmaCann’s broad medical cannabis product line as needed
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Follow appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of dissimilar production components while following Current Good Manufacturing Practices

Job Description
The Extraction Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively converting the cannabis materials into high quality, food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Perform his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
- Carry out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies State Regulations, FDA cGMP’s, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP’s, and all applicable laboratory procedures
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on associated equipment as required to maintain efficient operations

Qualifications

Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to three (3) years of applicable medical cannabis or related extraction, formulating, and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality. Experience with closed loop CO2 and ethanol extraction and distillation preferred

Job Description
This position will require local travel within the State. Couriers are responsible for safely, securely, and lawfully transporting cannabis to dispensaries and samples to laboratories, as well as ensuring strict adherence to state law and to all delivery and manifest protocols and controls. Couriers will work alongside a partner to provide security for the staff and product from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations. Couriers also may provide back-up for other departments.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Must be able work alongside a partner in a cooperative team environment to provide secure product delivery from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations.
- Assist with packaging deliveries and checking against the order form
- Must be sure product is properly secured prior to delivery
- Accurately file and maintain manifests and cash transaction logs after each delivery
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product delivery
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Provide backup for warehousing and other departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
- State Law requires 21 years of age or older
- Confident navigating by using maps and GPS
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and get in and out of an automobile several times a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, carry product, totes and push carts.

- Pass a comprehensive background check that includes a criminal history
- At least 5 years prior or equivalent experience as a driver
- Maintain a current driver’s license and good driving record

Job Description
We are seeking Processing Technicians to perform cannabis harvesting, drying, trimming, and packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center. Each Processing Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively harvesting, drying, trimming, converting the cannabis materials into high quality products.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Learns and performs proper techniques for harvesting, drying and curing Cannabis
- Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Processing team with the harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann’s broad medical cannabis product line when required.
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs.
- Follows the SOP’s in regards to documenting your daily work on daily recap sheet.
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of batches and/or weights of batches.
- Performs in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds PharmaCann quality standards.
- Aspires to learn the components of the plant.

- Monitor relevant data for performance and trends using statistical methods.

The essential function of this position is to work with the head grower to learn about all areas and functions of the greenhouse.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Shadow and work directly with the Head Grower.
- Discuss and implement climate strategies and adjustments.
- Picking, packing, sorting, twisting, pruning, clipping, de-leafing, truss support, lowering, winding and suckering, quality checks, plant crop removal, and greenhouse sanitation.
- Measure daily basis of the EC, pH and drain numbers.

Job Description
We are seeking Processing Technicians to perform cannabis harvesting, drying, trimming, and packaging operations at our cultivation and processing center. Each Processing Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively harvesting, drying, trimming, converting the cannabis materials into high quality products.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Learns and performs proper techniques for harvesting, drying and curing Cannabis
- Cross-trains on and working alongside with the Processing team with the harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann’s broad medical cannabis product line when required.
- Cleans any/all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs.
- Follows the SOP’s in regards to documenting your daily work on daily recap sheet.
- Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of batches and/or weights of batches.
- Performs in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds PharmaCann quality standards.
- Aspires to learn the components of the plant.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
- Carrying out all harvesting, drying, trimming, weighing and packaging operations in an efficient manner that also complies with all GMP’s, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP’s and all applicable required procedures.
- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.
- Following appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of cannabis strains and batches.
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed PharmaCann’s specifications and patients’ expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann’s process
- Continually strive and work with the remainder of the Production Team to improve PharmaCann’s processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring processing supplies and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum.
- State law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over.
- The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.

Manager- Digital Influence | MCI Group | Events
This position serves as a member of the Marketing Team within the Strategic Events, Meetings & Incentives (SEM&I) Business Unit of MCI USA. The Manager, Digital Influence will lead the strategic direction, driving reach, and brand awareness specific to MCI’s Owned Assets, including Cannabis Business Events (a partnership with the National Cannabis Industry Association), Campus Party Techfest USA, and Lift&Co Expo, as well as for SEM&I client events where marketing is part of the scope of work.
This position will lead and direct the MCI USA Owned Assets events strategy for digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media and content to generate reach and engagement, build community and participation, and positive awareness towards the brand stories and events, and ultimately drive exhibit sales and attendee registrations.
Responsibilities and Functions:

Develop and execute comprehensive and strategic multi-channel marketing plans for MCI USA Owned Asset and SEMI events—for both attendee acquisition and sponsorship sales

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support brand goals and achieve success against relevant KPIs

Identify and cultivate relationships with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers, continually monitoring performance and optimizing partner lists / focus

Develop content ideas, manage and sign off influencer produced content

Keep abreast of emerging trends, competitor activity, technologies and new influencers/ relevant industry experts, and integrate into strategy where relevant

Collaborate with staff in multiple departments to develop and implement communication strategies and shape messaging across event initiatives and media to reach a variety of audiences

Develop and maintain industry and public relations strategies

Identify marketing goals and KPIs and develop strategy that supports overall brand and business objectives

Drive and manage events’ online reputation and search engine optimization

Support the on-going evolution and development of MCI Owned Asset brands

Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company’s cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
- Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools used on a daily basis
- Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems.
- Meets all required activity performance counts
- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner.
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 0-1 years of experience; must be 21 years old
- Attention to detail; shows initiative to learn; is punctual and dependable; is cooperative; has a team-oriented work ethic; this is an entry level position
- Production greenhouse experience a plus
