We're a flower-centric, farm-direct agency, representing 15-20 different producers in all categories of flower production. We also are the home of DOOBIES brand products.
Duties + Responsibilities
Our reps are the primary point of contact for our retail partners. To help our reps starting out, you'll be passed a handful of accounts that have already been developed and are actively purchasing, while we also have needs to expand our dealer base, requiring account development work as well.
Maintaining open lines of communication with the buyers is paramount. Relationships are critical in this industry, so it's beneficial if you have prior experience in cannabis.
As an outside sales rep, regular travel is required. Occasional overnight trips may occur depending on itinerary.
This is a commission based position.

JOB SUMMARY:
A Sales Representative is responsible for wholesale sales of our products and services. This position is responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining close relationships with dispensary purchasing managers. - Processes orders in Cannopy and communicates changes with the Wholesale Department.
- Meets and/or exceeds sales goals and grow territory.
- Assists to develop new sales strategies and tactics with the sales team.
- Hands out swag to dispensary staff during in-store visits
- Develops a thorough understanding of our brands and product lines
- Maintains knowledge of competitor brands and products
- Provides customer service for the resolution of discrepancies with clear communication to each affected department.
- Updates accounts daily in Salesforce by logging calls, emails, and any important notes.
- Communicates constantly with the Sales Coordinator and support team to delegate timely and detailed tasks.

JOB SUMMARY:
A Sales Representative is responsible for wholesale sales of our products and services. This position is responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining close relationships with dispensary purchasing managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate sales to prospects looking for Cannabis and Hemp License data
- Schedule and conduct online product demos using GoTo Meeting.
- Use FreshSales CRM to accurately record details of your sales activity.
- Be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to develop a professional working relationship with prospects and to effectively meet company objectives.
- Deliver sales orders within your territory.
- Attend internal meetings and trainings.
- Attend conferences or events on an ad-hoc basis.

Marijuanapackaging.com is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities will include calling on prospective and established accounts to maximize growth and profitability within a designated territory.
What you'll be doing (including but not limited to):
- Source new accounts through direct customer interaction, past relationships, cold calling, and social media while using our industry leads that get you in touch with the decision-makers
- Responsible for the attainment of sales goals through new account development and account retention
- Work closely with in-house design and development team to provide customers with creative and innovative packagingsolutions
- Develop, produce and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability to offer creative solution-based programs
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels & cross-function of clients including Purchasing, Packaging Development &Marketing
- Responsible for the appropriate and timely completion of all field reports such as weekly reports, expense reports as well as various administrative tasks as requested
- Ensure a positive customer experience by educating, cross-selling, upselling customers on services and products that would benefit their business
- Ability to travel to our headquarters in Vernon, CA for training.
What you will bring to the table:
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience
- Knowledge of Marijuana Industry-required
- B2B sales experience
- Proven sales track record of meeting & exceeding sales goals
- Strategic sales planning skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
- Excellent written and oral skills required
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
- Performance-driven demeanor
