Our new and innovative Cannabis Industry Technology Startup Company is seeking motivated, detail-oriented, talented, and trustworthy candidates to join our team as our newest Cannabis Industry Sales Representative. Essentially, you will be interacting with cannabis companies and industry professionals ALL DAY, EVERY DAY...so you must have a great passion for the cannabis industry.
Please note that this role will start out as an uncapped Commission-Only 1099 Contractor position, which allows you to decide when (and if) you will work, and also allows you to control your earning potential...but our company's goal is to provide the opportunity for the right person to prove themselves in this role and then transition to a Full-Time Job With Benefits after 3-6 months, based upon performance, but this is not guaranteed as of now.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
-Prospect for leads and contact licensed cannabis companies via phone, email, and/or in-person.
-Contact leads that are provided to you by company management, and try to close B2B sales.
-Once interest is shown by potential clients, pass off transaction to company management so that the contracting process can take place and payments can be obtained (which allows your very generous commission-based compensation to be expeditiously sent to you after every single sale).
-Log every call, email, and interaction thoroughly and provide daily reports to management.
-Post to your personal and business Social Media Accounts, such as Instagram and Facebook, about our business and help promote the brands we work with...which will serve as another way to help you to generate more sales.
-Explain our company's products and product benefits, and act as a great professional representative for our new brand.
REQUIREMENTS: __**
-Must be 21 or older.
-Must be a Colorado Resident AND USA Citizen.
-Must have a VALID Colorado MED Employee Occupational License (or Key/Support Badge).
-Must have verifiable work experience in the cannabis industry (or contacts in the industry, if no experience), because preferably our ideal candidates will already have existing industry contacts they can call upon to help generate their first sales.
-Must have a positive attitude, love helping people, be passionate about the cannabis industry and cannabis itself, and you MUST be skilled at closing sales.
-Must be competent with Smart Phones, Social Media, Computers, and applications like Spreadsheets, possibly CRM, etc... If you are using your computer or phone right now to view this job, you have enough technology skills to do this because we'll train you on the specifics, so don't worry too much about this aspect. We just want you to be comfortable using any mode of communication in a professional sales setting.
-Must have a personal smart phone and computer, laptop, and/or tablet which you can use to conduct communications.
-While not required, we would prefer you to have some sort of college education...but-again-if you're talented and passionate and you're willing to learn, this is not a requirement at all and we definitely want you to apply regardless of your education level.
