ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other assignments, projects, and duties may be required:
- Increases company-wide sales through constant customer communication via phone calls, scheduled meetings, in-store drop-ins, and emails.
- Sells wholesale brands and product lines to retail stores and concentrate processing services to licensed grows.
- Researches, strategizes, prospects, and closes new customer accounts.
- Maintains positive rapport by servicing current customers while aiming for growth in volume and brands/products carried.
- Defines and implements clear cut goals and pursuits within respective territory.
- Conducts Budtender Training Program to educate and engage dispensary staff on all brands, products, and their specific uses.
- Coordinates and executes in-store deals with dispensary managers and staff.
- Submits daily call logs and weekly sales reports to the Chief Revenue Officer..
- Processes orders in Cannopy and communicates changes with the Wholesale Department.
- Meets and/or exceeds sales goals and grow territory.
- Assists to develop new sales strategies and tactics with the sales team.
- Hands out swag to dispensary staff during in-store visits
- Develops a thorough understanding of our brands and product lines
- Maintains knowledge of competitor brands and products
- Provides customer service for the resolution of discrepancies with clear communication to each affected department.
- Updates accounts daily in Salesforce by logging calls, emails, and any important notes.
- Communicates constantly with the Sales Coordinator and support team to delegate timely and detailed tasks.

As a Refining Distillate Technician/Extractions, you support the production and operation of complex distillation and process laboratory equipment maintaining round-the-clock operations. Team members will actively work to maximize the efficiency of refinement equipment and techniques and uphold industry-leading standards of cleanliness and quality. Persons in the role will utilize quality control measures to ensure the highest quality product and systems output.
The ideal candidate is fully competent in operating volatile extraction equipment, with a complete understanding of the chemistry involved in volatile extraction. Experience and ability to operate wiped film distillate as well as roto vape equipment. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, anticipate issues before they arrive, proactively resolving problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to think critically and have decisive decision-making in the moment and under pressure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other assignments, projects, and duties may be required:
- Maintaining an organized and safe environment.
- Operating and maintaining distillation column, extraction equipment, solvent evaporators, etc.
- Follow, track and change house SOPs to assure adherence to safe and productive work practices.
- Cleaning and Maintenance of all laboratory equipment.
- Manage lab supply inventory.
- Promote a work environment that is positive, productive and compliant with all established policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency of product through quality control and testing procedures.
- Maintaining inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Sample preparation, collection, and reporting
EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma required
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience operating extraction equipment including distillate equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
