Description:
This is an opportunity to work for one of the leading Cannabis distribution brands in the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Outside Sales Representative will also identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. Responsibilities and Duties
- Accumulate new leads/prospects and turn them into customers.
- Manage book of business (dispensary accounts, delivery services, health and wellness etc), make productive contact with existing clients and grow business through Sales Process.
- Connect through multiple touchpoints - Owners, Managers, Buyers and Retail Associates (budtenders).
- Build rapport to drive business.
- Schedule trainings and in-store events/ budtender educational seminars.
- Collaborate with management team to expand the company’s presence.
- Provide impeccable customer service to existing accounts.
- Leverage company tools: CRM, email & Apps to make business more efficient and effective.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years outside sales experience. Cannabis Preferred.
- Must be willing to travel by your own transportation around (Orange County/ Long Beach) territory.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Full Job Description
The Goodfellas Group is growing rapidly and seeking a qualified, organized, energetic, self-motivated and knowledgeable candidate to fill a full-time position for a Southern California Territory Sales Representative in the Santa Ana area. Appreciation for cannabis/CBD culture preferred.
The ideal candidate has dispensary, cultivation, or other cannabis industry experience and will visit key accounts in their assigned territory to grow sales and achieve sales objectives. This position is responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling product solutions to existing customers and acquiring new business.
This position is for full-time + salary + commission position.

Description:
- Work with your key retail accounts to grow sales across all categories
- Actively pursue new accounts in your territory/territories
- You will travel within your managed territories visiting accounts while evaluating brand performance and collecting market share information
- Responsible for creating direct sales through contact with buyers
- Continually monitor account sales, inventory, opportunities, develop a promotional schedule
- Correspond closely with accounts on a daily basis through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails
- Obtain, review and create monthly/seasonal pre-book sales orders for all categories
- Work closely with retailers to process A/O and fill-in orders growing sales within your territory
- Prepare detailed sales info, brand position and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings
- Generate quality leads by means of web research, attending expos, events, and networking
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license is mandatory.
- Engaging, persuasive and approachable personality

- Passion for meeting new people and promoting products in a competitive environment
- Experience with customer-facing, fact-based selling strategies (Outside Sales)

- Appreciation and enthusiasm for cannabis culture preferred
- Previous sales experience a MUST
- Existing relationships with owners and decision-makers of licensed dispensaries and/or connections to buyers in the industry are preferred
- Must be 21+
- Must be able to pass a background check
