Purpose
The Director of Marketing will develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference. This role will support all retail locations and Wholesale.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately

- Perform postmortem reports upon completion of each project to evaluate the success of each project and determine best practices
- Develop, maintain and use process tools including play books, project calendars and progress to deliver each project on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exemplifying Evaluate and reconcile all vendor statements and manage all inquiries
- Resolving any discrepancies in price and quantity
- Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
- Performs account/payment reconciliations
- Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
- Inspect paid and unpaid invoices including cleared payment inquiries and check voiding to maintain accurate files and records according to company standards

- Processing any credits received against payments
- Print and maintain A/P reports and vendor files
- Creates new vendors and managing vendor updates in account payable system(s)

The Project Manager – New Store Openings reports directly to the VP of Retail Operations and oversees the New Store Development for Cookies Retail stores. This position will follow an established methodology to ensure that project goals and objectives relating to new store openings are met, completed on time and within budget. Purpose
Cookies Retail is a preferred global retail partner of Cookies that will be opening and operating store across the US and beyond.
The Operations Manager will focus on delivering consistency and operational excellence in Cookies Retail.

- Maximize POS system technology to deliver a world class customer journey through employee training, available reporting and system capabilities.
- Develop and maintain SOP’s by State.
- Partner closely with Legal, State and local Compliance teams, and VP of Operations to ensure all regulations by State are adhered to.
- Liaise between Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology and Supply Chain Operations to ensure product and service are meeting and exceeding customer expectations; collaborate and influence relationships across departmental lines and the field to maximize sales.
- Work with Human Resources to create a scalable and standardized policies and procedures that support the growth of the direct retail business and continued safety of Cookie’s customer.
- Operate with strong business acumen and share accountability for overall profitability for all Cookie’s retail stores.

In collaboration with the General Manager, the Wellness Associate is responsible for assisting patients, dispensing and sales of medical cannabis, inventory management, and will assist the General Manager in the transfer of cannabis products and strains between the vault and the dispensary floor during operational hours. Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the General Manager to resolve patient complaints, concerns, and issues.
- Assist the General Manager with the overall cleanliness of the facility by cleaning workstations, restocking strain jars, and cleaning the interior and exterior of showcases.
- Assist the Pharmacist and the General Manager with daily and weekly inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain the highest level of patient and company confidentiality at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to a wide spectrum of patients in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Accurately and efficiently process patient transactions.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all company products.
- Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with company, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ask relevant questions to determine the best medicine for the patients’ concerns.
- Answer questions and provides general information and guidance for patients regarding policies and procedures as well as laws and regulations, communicating with sensitivity and respect.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and proper rotation.
- Operate POS system in efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will possess:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; College degree preferred.
- Proper licenses/certifications, if required.

The main objective of the inside sales specialist is to provide inside sales support for the specific geographic region (PA) to which they are assigned; this includes contacting customers and accepting and processing new orders. Most of the time, inside sales specialists work closely with outside sales representatives, supply chain representatives, and operations for product pricing and availability. Inside sales specialists work directly with customers on a daily basis and provide direct support to the sales department. They help ensure proper communication occurs within the sales team and often makes recommendations to help improve the entire sales process.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the inside sales specialist vary, but typical tasks include requesting and scheduling sample product orders, helping coordinate customer meetings with outside sales consultants, monitoring/maintaining the online sales/inventory platform and receiving and reviewing new orders. This position generally requires work during regular business hours, although schedules may vary depending on the time of year, job location, and position. The inside sales specialist is expected to gain knowledge of all operational processes to serve as an interphase between the outside sales team and the operations team. Inside sales specialists are required to gain extensive knowledge in the product field.

Key Responsibilities
- Help develop business leads, establishing relationships.

- Fulfill certain operational duties such as helping with inventory/labeling/short notice product preparation
- Participate as needed on behalf of Vireo at certain industry/sales events.
Job Qualifications
Required
Associate s Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of three years work experience in sales field focusing on wholesale retail operations
Excellent written and oral communication as well as interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
Previous experience in medical cannabis is welcome but not required
Physical Demands: Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is required. Sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment.
Good reasoning ability is required to solve a wide range of problems.
Work Environment: The job is performed indoors in a traditional Office/Laboratory setting. Exposure to chemicals and laboratory agents is expected. Protective safety clothing, goggles, gloves, facemasks, or hat are required as needed (Lab). Activities include extended periods of sitting or standing. Occasional travel and weekends may be required for assisting the PA Sales Manager at events.

Wrazel is looking for a full-time Social Media Intern to work out of our Newport Beach, CA headquarters. The social media intern will provide both administrative and general support for the Director of Marketing as well as help support other senior team members. This role will have the ability to get involved in digital projects and social media campaigns to help drive user signup and marketplace adoption on Wrazel.
In addition to project management, copywriting and general social media duties, you'll be called on to present forward-thinking social marketing ideas to acquire new users, and be able to collaborate with internal design, development, and management teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform, primarily LinkedIn, to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
