RESPONSIBILITIES

Trimmers are self-motivated and take pride in their work. They can problem solve, provide analysis, and perform required tasks while adhering to company safety, security, privacy policies and state/local regulations.
Trimming is a learned skill, which is why Cannabis Industry experience is not a requirement for applying to this position; but is highly preferred. This position is for hand trimming of dry cannabis flower.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Hand trimming of Cannabis flowers
· Manicure flower in a timely and efficient manner
· Remove crow’s feet and leaf while preserving product integrity
· Manipulate stem length for highest quality presentation
· Maintain an organized tray, sorting out smalls and removing waste and fan leaf from trim
· Capable of identifying disease and damage such as bud rot and pest damage
· Manage and maintain grow house protocols with a small team of highly effective employees
· Implement solid preventative measures against contaminants
· Ensure the stability and reputation of the cultivation facility by complying with legal requirements
· Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment
· Follow the directions of the Director of Operations and upper management to maintain plant health
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 6 months trimming experience (fast paced quality output)
· Must be 21+ years old
· Must be local to Durant, OK
· Horticulture or related degrees a plus
· Cannabis Industry experience highly preferred
· Greenhouse, Horticulture, Agriculture background and experience preferred
· Large scale or industrial cultivation a plus
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the OBNDD
· Must provide 2 professional references
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· Can tightly hand trim 1 – 2 pounds of finished flower per day
· Ability to focus on a physical task for long periods of time
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to listen carefully and follow directions
· Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in trimming

CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for performing manual labor to assist in the day to day activities of the cultivation division. This includes, but is not limited to, tending to the plants, harvesting, and facilities maintenance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in cloning, transplanting, watering, pruning, transporting, trellising, and pest management for all crop production stages, giving attention to each plant’s individual needs
- Monitor plants for changes in growth, health, etc.
- Practice proper sanitation techniques and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cultivation facility
- Perform track & trace functions and keep accurate records of plant movement and culling
- Assist with post-harvest duties such as harvesting, hanging, trimming, and operating machinery as needed
- Follow all state regulations, company guidelines and standard operating procedures
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No medical cannabis experience necessary
- Medical cannabis industry, agricultural, nursery/gardening, landscaping or alternative healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the OBNDD

The Infused Production Specialist is responsible for assisting with the production of various cannabis infused products which includes but is not limited to inventory management, adherence to compliance and safety requirements, and naturally, production of cannabis infused products! In this role, you will work with various instruments and equipment in a team, goal-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate will have 2 or more years’ experience in a production, lab, or food safety environment, an infectiously positive attitude, and is hungry for a new challenge!
Core Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate various instruments and equipment according to SOP’s
- Meet set production deadlines by working efficiently with a sense of urgency
- Document production by completing forms, reports, equipment logs, sanitation checklists and batch records
- Trouble shoot problems with equipment, devices and products
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (GMP) and GTI standard operating procedures (SOP)

Handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste per SOP and local requirements
- Assist management in processing and testing of products, processes and procedures

Qualifications
