Position Summary
Garden Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day operations at Primitiv Groups cultivation facility. They are expected to care for the cannabis plants during their reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages. Requirements

Some knowledge of computers and record keeping is required as the applicant is expected to use Primitiv Group’s seed-to-sale tracking program proficiently. Cultivation
Garden Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day tasks performed on the cannabis plants at the cultivation facility. These responsibilities include:
· Propagation of the female cannabis plants through asexual reproduction (cloning).
· Labeling and tracking plants through the seed-to-sale tracking program.
· Transplanting, pruning and fertilizing cannabis plants with oversight from the department managers.

Leiffa’s Grow, located in Boulder, CO is a thriving cannabis company seeking a full-time, entry-level garden tech to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate is a coachable self-starter and team player, with an attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow. This position starts at $17/hour.

Key Position Responsibilities
- Support Garden Managers with all garden needs and identify and report potential issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and receive constructive feedback
- Maintain the garden which may include, but is not limited to activities such as: trimming, harvesting, watering, filing/mixing soil, spraying and pruning plants
- Must be able to work quickly in an ever evolving environment
- Gain and maintain knowledge of MED’s laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Must meet production goals and standards set forth by management in accordance with state compliance
- Must shower and wear clean clothes to work so as to not track pests or other elements from clothing and shoes into the facility (willing to wear scrubs if needed)
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Position Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Current MED support or key badge required
- Must live in Colorado
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Colorado ID
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Capability to arrive on time every day and work as scheduled to maintain a 40 hour work week

The Vegetation Technician will grow medical cannabis crops from planting to harvesting. The technician will use a hands-on approach and will gain valuable knowledge of cannabis genetics with the help of the leads and managers, to grow young plants for medicinal cannabis.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee cannabis crops and facilities
- Develop vegetation plans and will be assigned vegetation tasks
- Organize and document the daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation of plants
- Ensure that growth requirements of cannabis plants are consistently met (lighting, soil PH, nutrients, etc.)
- Help cultivate young plants from seed to flower
- Assist in cloning of plants
- Diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew or other infestations
- Ensure legal compliance of vegetation procedures
- Work alongside the vegetation to raise adequate crops for medical cannabis harvesting
- Maintain a clean workspace for all plants and grow rooms
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Job Description
The person in the Lead Technician role for Treehous, LLC is responsible for completing the route they are assigned each workday. Completing the route includes independently navigating to multiple job sites and completing assigned tasks for both Townhome Landscapes and Capital Grow Consulting.
Townhome Landscapes tasks are centered around the routine maintenance of clients properties. The Lead Technician will also be expected to perform site map analysis for one-time work, interface with community members, sell Townhome
Landscapes service, .
Capital Grow Consulting tasks are centered around the delivery and installation of garden kits, and other products ordered off of www.capitalgrow.net. The Lead
Technician is also responsible for entering clients residence, taking trimmings from clients plants for XY (Sex) Testing, and delivering them to the XY Test center.

- Safely operate all associated equipment such as pressure washer, push carts, pruners, etc.
- Identify and report to management any grow-house equipment or machinery that is not working properly
- Cut clones and propagate plants, as assigned
- Performs all transplants, plant spacing, and plant movements throughout the facility
- Washes nursery containers for reuse
- Inspect crops for any signs that might affect plant health including pest identification, nutrient imbalances, under/overwatering, and notify management or supervisors of any issues.
- Understand and implement daily watering techniques appropriate for each plant stage, maintaining optimal moisture levels and target nutrient concentrations in the growing media for each plant individually
- Prunes lower branches off plants without compromising plant health or yield
- Accurately measure and mix appropriate formulas for all plant stages and formula rotations as directed by Production management
- Operate multiple plumbing configurations and accessory equipment used in daily operations.
- Execute all spray applications, including using appropriate formula mixes and timing, as assigned

The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
These include, but are not limited to, the following (other duties may be assigned):
- General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-fanning plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste
- Completes regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease under the training of the Cultivation Manager.
- Ensure the cultivation facility is consistently stocked with appropriate supplies at all times.
- Ensures all equipment and systems (mechanical, lighting, fertigation/plumbing, etc) are properly maintained
- Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance

- Performs daily tasks as directed by the Garden management or Lead
- Understands basic plant anatomy to perform plant maintenance techniques appropriate for each plant stage to maintain optimal growing conditions
- Prunes lower branches off plants without compromising plant health or yield
- Responsible for harvesting plants in preparation for drying and processing
- Performs all transplants, plant spacing, and plant movements throughout the facility
- Washes nursery containers for reuse
- Can maintain a fast work pace while performing strenuous activities
- Execute all spray applications, including using appropriate formula mixes and timing
- Maintain spray equipment
- Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment and properly following all sterilization protocols
- Safely operate all associated equipment such as pressure washer, push carts, pruners, etc.
- Identify and report to management any grow-house equipment or machinery that is not working properly
- Has basic knowledge of plant health signs/symptoms
- Understand compliance sensitive activities and act in alignment to maintain compliance at all times
- Familiarity and compliance with sections of WAC Chapter 314-55 applicable to job role

Working Conditions
- Zen Business Solutions offices are generally open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. This position may be required to work weekends or other shifts. The normal work week is 40 hours. Your supervisor will explain your positional schedule.
- Most work is conducted in a warehouse-type environment in cooler temperatures.

Nevada State approved cultivation and production company is looking for a gardener. Must be 21 years or older with Nevada agent card. Duties include: watering plants, mixing nutrients, defoliation, cloning, trellising, transplanting, cleaning and general labor. Must be able to follow instructions and lift 40lbs. Experience in cannabis commercial cultivation is a MUST!
