We are looking for a Full Time Inventory Specialist to join the High Profile team that can help assist in day to day inventory management and labeling & packaging orders.

In this role you will….
- Intake product received to the store into current inventory tracking software in a timely manner; train applicable employees on store SOP's for intake, packaging, labeling and inventory tracking.
- Ensure product matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed.
- Label and package incoming customer orders in a timely manner, in accordance with state compliance.
- Maintain a database with SKU/UPC numbers; ensure all reconciliation is regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC inventory.
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed.
- Ensure all product is labeled accurately and in a timely manner under company SOP's.
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory levels on hand.
- Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify Management when material has expired or is damaged.
- Organize and maintain backroom inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.
- Provide hands-on training of inventory tracking system and inventory procedures for new and current employees.
- Maintain compliance with local and state regulations, company policies and SOPs.
- Assist in other day to day functions of the store.
Skills and experience you have...
- 1+ years' experience in inventory management, High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Experience with POS systems, inventory tracking systems, required; METRC experience preferred.

We are looking for an Extraction Technician (Full Time) who can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures. This position is located on-site in Webberville, Michigan.
In this role you will….
- Preparation of biomass and equipment for extraction.
- Perform specific extraction processes and refine concentrate into desired consistency; perform distillations of extracts and solvents.
- Record data and movement within laboratory processing notebooks.
- Set up, troubleshoot and perform routine and preventative maintenance on instruments.

Position Summary
Garden Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day operations at Primitiv Groups cultivation facility. They are expected to care for the cannabis plants during their reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages. This includes propagating, rooting, transplanting, pruning and fertilizing immature and mature cannabis plants.
The position will be the weekday shift for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required. 1-3 years of experience in commercial agriculture, landscaping or commercial cannabis production is preferred. Garden Technicians must possess a driven, hardworking attitude, a positive disposition as this job is physically and mentally demanding. Some knowledge of computers and record keeping is required as the applicant is expected to use Primitiv Group’s seed-to-sale tracking program proficiently. Garden Technicians will be expected to work three days a week, weekends and some holidays. A background check is mandatory prior to employment.
Cultivation
Garden Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day tasks performed on the cannabis plants at the cultivation facility. These responsibilities include:
· Propagation of the female cannabis plants through asexual reproduction (cloning).
· Labeling and tracking plants through the seed-to-sale tracking program.
· Transplanting, pruning and fertilizing cannabis plants with oversight from the department managers.
· Demonstrating sufficient knowledge of the cannabis plant life cycle.
Cleaning and sanitizing the cultivation facility.
Special Considerations - MMFLA section 333.27501:
(b) While holding a license as a grower, not be a registered primary caregiver and not employ an individual who is simultaneously a registered primary caregiver.
Licensed MMFL Growers, Processors and Secure Transporters:

In this role you will...
- Supervise team of cultivation technicians in all aspects of production, harvest, and processing.
- Responsible for the health, nutrition management, integrated pest management, and maintenance of all plants.
- Supervise and conduct plant maintenance in all aspects of the growth cycle including: Mother, Vegetative, Flowering, Take-down and post-harvest
- Take instruction and assist with tasks delegated by the management team.
- Responsible for monitoring internal environmental control systems, R/O units, nutrition schedule and feeding pumps, security systems.
- Immediately addresses issues with plants, equipment, or environments and reports the status to the Cultivation Manager.

The Inventory/Leaflink Specialist is responsible for vetting all Post-Harvest operational data to the facility Metrc specialist. Metrc input access should be restricted to Metrc personnel only, so the Leaflink/Inventory Specialist will
have view only access to Metrc and will serve as the liaison connecting the work completed within the Webberville Post-Harvest department to the Metrc Specialist and ultimately into the state monitoring system, ensuring it’s accuracy and accessibility. The Inventory/Leaflink Specialist is responsible for handling fullfillment of outgoing and incoming orders, maintaining the facility audit schedule and keeping inventory reports and Leaflink accurate to what inventory is available for sale.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with Compliance Officer
- Ensure compliance labels correspond with correct packages for product creation or relabeling
- Conduct monthly facility inventory audits following a staggered 30 day cycle that corresponds with each package’s last audit
- Be accountable for the location of each package in the facility, and update locations as appropriate in a timely manner
- Confirm and provide appropriate notations of all adjustments, as well as document how often adjustments are made and tracking a percentage rate of loss per month to a variety of reasons (waste, moisture loss, spoilage, internal samples, ect)
- Put together teammember biweekly internal sample bags and communicate individual sample dispersals to Metrc Specialist to adjust and track accordingly
- Handle order fulfillment and occasionally the creation of invoices on Leaflink in communication with Sales department
- Schedule transport for outgoing orders
- Provide all necessary data for license transfers to Metrc Specialist. Complete license transfers once approved and track their source package to ensure compliance tag information is correct.
- Complete all assigned production tasks while meeting goals and maintaining quality
- Manage day to day activity on Leaflink (Inventory, order fulfillment, etc)
- Manage day to day on Monday.com (Product creation, trimming schedule, sales, inventory, fulfillment schedule, etc)

- Preparation of biomass and equipment for extraction.

In this role you will….
- Support Director of Operations and all the department heads to ensure uninterrupted, product quality and employee safety during maintenance in the facility.
- Inspect and evaluate physical facilities, grounds and related equipment.
- Work with outside contractors to timely perform installations, repairs, troubleshoots, preventative maintenance on building, equipment, and building grounds appearance.

We are looking for a Full Time Cannabis Packaging Associate who can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures within our state-of-the-art cannabis production facility.
In this role you will….
- Prepare all packing materials including, bags, containers, and labels.
- Ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly; resolve and escalate any issues to management.
- Ensure METRC data is current and correct; escalate any issues to management.
- Assist with pulling tested inventory, in advance or on demand, based on incoming sales orders.
- Accurately weigh and package product using a variety of packaging materials based on sales orders.
- Update inventory logs daily and ensure inventory counts are always accurate.
- Ensure vault is maintained in an organized and efficient manner; Actively participate in audit processes.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to be responsible for planning, organizing, developing and executing the overall maintenance requirements of C3 Industries Production facility.
In this role you will….
- Support Facilities Manager, Director of Operations and all the department heads to ensure uninterrupted, product quality and employee safety during maintenance in the facility.
- Develop maintenance reliability strategies for building, facility and equipment; establish and execute the predictive and the preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage and ensure proper performance and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems within the building to ensure efficient operation.
- Provide for 24-hour coverage for the lighting and all HVAC and facility mechanical systems.
- Inspect and evaluate physical facilities, grounds and related equipment.
- Work with outside contractors to timely perform installations, repairs, troubleshoots, preventative maintenance on building, equipment, and building grounds appearance.
- Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment parts for all equipment and building in the facility; establish spare parts inventory and replenishment plan for building and key equipment.
- Partner with security team to ensure all safety and security systems are properly maintained.
- Ensure all custodial functions associated with cleaning and maintaining the facility, both inside and outside, to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local building safety and security requirements.
- Seasonal responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assurance that facility grounds (walkways, parking, entrances, exits, parking lot, loading docks, etc.) are free and clear of ice, snow, debris, etc. and are maintained.
- Monitor expenses and maintain the budget for maintenance-related projects/tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience you have...
- 5+ years of facility and equipment maintenance management, or construction related field.
- Formal technical training in plant/factory maintenance, facility management, engineering or equipment maintenance preferred.
- HVAC certification, and OSHA training certificate and the ability to obtain other necessary job-related certificate / licenses within 2 months after the need arises that is important to carry out the Maintenance Technician responsibilities is preferred.
- Certificates in electrical, electronics, or mechanical systems highly preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and Google based software applications.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Pro-active. Able to identify and mitigate risks ahead of time.
- Outstanding project management skills. Demonstrated ability to be able to complete projects on/ahead of time. Able to efficiently multi-tasking.

- Preparation of biomass and equipment for extraction.
- Perform specific extraction processes and refine concentrate into desired consistency; perform distillations of extracts and solvents.

- Associates degree in Chemistry, Process Technology, or related field with 3+ years of laboratory experience would also be considered.
- Working knowledge of current safety protocols and experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn variety of systems.
- Distillation experience with spinning band or short path is a plus.
- Experience working with compressed gases and with high pressure.
- Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills.

We are looking for a Greenhouse Cultivation Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the technical functions of the greenhouse, head house, and controls equipment within C3 Industries' greenhouse facility. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to product quality & yields, management, and leadership of cultivation team. This position is located in Webberville, MI, and experience working with the Argus Control Systems is required.
In this role you will...
- Consistently report cultivation updates, production issues, pestilence, staffing updates, and harvest weights to VP of Cultivation, upper management, and cross functional facility teams.
- Proactively identify issues to maintain better functionality of the Argus system, mother and clone room mechanicals, facility hardware, RO system, boiler system, and control system.
- Collaborates with VP and Assistant Cultivation Manager to provide feedback regarding Argus fertigation programs for all stages of cannabis cultivation to continuously improve overall production and plant health.
- Maintain communication with Argus for product improvement and software updates.
- Coordinate with the facility maintenance team and Director of Operations to address maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with VP, Director of Operations, and Facility maintenance team on HIPPO software to ensure proper maintenance of all greenhouse mechanical systems.
- Develop and maintain current SOPs for the oversite, training, and function of the greenhouse and all components
- Coordinate weekly meetings with Supervisors, and VP to discuss fertilizer programs, irrigation schedules, mechanical issues, lighting schedules, staff training, and cultivation and team impacts.
- Collect, compile, analyze, and report on facility and yield data, deliver detailed reports and suggestions for improvement.
- Manage the performance of Cultivation team by coaching team members, providing feedback and discipline to employees and using support as appropriate.
- Maintain high employee morale and positive relationships, and coach team members to conduct themselves consistently with the company values, policies, and other standards of conduct.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and enforce company policies and SOPs.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures and ensure all quality standards are adhered to.
Skills and experience you have...
- 5+ years' experience as a facility manager overseeing large-scale greenhouse production; BS in horticulture or another relevant field preferred.
- 2+ years' experience working with Argus Control Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience leading a growing team that fosters a people-first, success-oriented, accountable environment.
- Experience establishing, tracking, and reporting on KPI's; ability to drive performance improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships across functions.

We are looking for a Full Time Sales Associate to join the High Profile - Webberville, MI team that will help guide customers through the process of understanding, selecting, and acquiring products that fit their needs, while providing world class customer service.
In this role you will….
- Greet customers upon arrival and perform initial check in by checking required ID's.
- Assist new customers with questions and state required forms; update customer information in point of sale (POS) system
- Ensure the presence of the waiting room, and sales floor is well maintained and stocked during down time.
- Educate customers on cannabis properties and selection of proper genetics according to their desired effect, relief for patients' aliments or per request.
- Fill online orders in a quick and efficient manner; greet and checkout curbside customers ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner; escalate to management when needed.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up on current cannabis trends.
- Accurately use and maintain Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy.
- Assist with intake of product, inventory counts and additional audits on a regular basis.
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.

Skills and experience you have...

- Previous experience as a Budtender preferred but not required.

- Oversee and optimize product harvest, curing and trimming process; direct department to ensure on-time production; manage and oversee scheduling of team to ensure appropriate and optimized staffing.
- Responsible for the implementation, oversight and optimization of hand and machine trimming processes; train team on correct operation of equipment.

We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to assist the Inventory and Sales team with daily tasks such as, order fulfillment, dispatching and reporting by utilizing data management to optimize functionality and efficiency in order completion.
In this role you will….
- Communicate with Inventory & Packaging Manager, and Sales team to understand timing of deliveries and shipments of internal and external products.
- Work closely with the inventory and packaging teams to ensure product is packaged, sorted and ready for departure within given timeframe; assist with packaging products regularly.
- Verify product and manifest accuracy as deliveries are prepped and processed from the inventory and packaging department.
- Ensure all orders are accurately dispatched, with the proper paperwork per state and local compliance; communicate product delivery schedules with sales team.
- Submit RFQ's to third party secure transport companies to ensure we are receiving the most economically beneficial price; build and maintain relationships with each company.
- Be direct point of contact for the third-party secure transport companies to ensure timely pick up & delivery of orders on a weekly basis.

- Ensure packages are distributed to proper departments in timely manner.

The Bakery Team Member will be focused on assisting in insuring the integrity and accuracy of edibles/bakery products and their record keeping. They will also ensure all pastry quality development steps are followed in manufacturing, continuous improvement projects are rigorously monitored, and finished goods exceed customers' expectations consistently. Projects include baking products that are suitable for adult consumption, weighing out, packaging, baking, cleaning and doing dishes. This candidate requires some bakery/pastry background with manufacturing experience a plus.
Essential Functions
- Bakery team members must follow the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- To be able to accurately and consistently follow all department standard operating procedures and to accurately and consistently follow recipes.
- Bakery team members must exhibit consistent processing technique, tracking and meeting of production goals.

Keep the bakery organized by placing things in their proper place and in the most space efficient ways possible.
- Team members must be able to stand for periods of time and participate in some heavy lifting.
- Producing products based on the manager’s daily work board noting quantities needed to be produced, rolled, baked or weighed out.
- Team member must be able to participate in packaging days which includes being trained in using the heat sealer, packaging and labeling products in drams and child safe bags.
- Team member must package product without degrading the quality.

- Assist in making improvements to procedures that results in greater efficiency and/or improved products.

Team member may be trained to have a basic knowledge of the “BioTrack” inventory system as it pertains to the department. This includes, printing labels and checking inventory.
- Team member must be able to competently enter strain, batch, package ID, weight increments and quantity information into inventory data base and/or logs once trained.
- Bakery team members are responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.
- Organize and help keep current all raw ingredients and their inventory.
- Organize and help keep current all cleaning fluids and their inventory.

- Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed an/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping grow staff with small tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the trim, laboratory or production department as needed.

We are looking for a Compliance Supervisor who can support and lead our team in ensuring we are compliant with all state and local laws.
In this role you will….
- Ensure facility and system set up is in line with state and local compliance; maintain facility system.
- Input and monitor all data in the state required cannabis tracking system (METRC).
- Analyze and report any discrepancies to managers and coordinate the correction of errors.
- Collaborate with cross functional leaders to create and maintain compliance checklists for each department.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure all departments activities are accurately reflected.
- Works closely with Sales team, Operations Manager, Post- Production Supervisor, and Cultivation Manager to ensure accuracy of reports, inventory and volume of product.
- Be primary point of contact for all external audits; follow up on any outstanding items to ensure accuracy.
- Submit all product for testing within outlined timeframe; maintain relationship with product testing company and any other representatives.
- Stay current with state and local laws pertaining to operations and ensure compliance with such laws; update compliance documentation and processes as regulations and laws change.
- Continuously educate all employees on state and local laws and ensure all processes and procedures align with those governance's.
- Implement training's for company employees and create training manuals that align with company SOPs.
- Identify issues, analyze current SOP's and provide suggestions and guidance to ensure the company maintains the highest level of compliance with local and state laws.
- Ensure material safety data sheet (MSDS) is current with materials being used in the facility and compliant with law changes.
- Regularly Correspond with METRC, LARA and MRA to seek guidance on law interpretation.
- Conduct METRC training's for any new users.
Skills and experience you have...
- 3+ years of experience in compliance or quality control.
- Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Microsoft efficient, with ability to learn new software's.
- Ability to read and understand laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

Excellent organization skills, ability to develop and implement operational best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationship with internal and external contacts.

We are looking for a Harvest and Trim Technician that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures.
In this role you will….
- Assist the manager and cultivation team with all aspects of the harvest process, including:
- Harvest/Take-down
- Wet weigh and input into METRC
- Buck and sort
- Engage in all aspects of the dry trim process.
- Maintain appropriate bio-security measures
- Clean and sanitize work space per Company SOPs.
- Inventory management in conjunction with other staff.
Skills and experience you have...
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Previous post-production experience strongly desired.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
- Ability to complete works in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity.
- Ability to sit or stand for long period of time and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.

We are looking for an Extraction Technician that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures.
In this role you will….
- Preparation of biomass and equipment for extraction.
- Perform specific extraction processes and refine concentrate into desired consistency; perform distillations of extracts and solvents.
- Record data and movement within laboratory processing notebooks.
- Set up, troubleshoot and perform routine and preventative maintenance on instruments.
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Take inventory of all materials including materials, supplies, consumables, spare parts for equipment etc.
- Monitor supply of goods for extraction needs, and coordinate with Lab Manager to ensure ordering is taking place.
- Work cohesively with laboratory supervisors and Chief Chemist to develop and revise SOP's.
- Actively participate in internal and external inspection and audits.
- Obtains training and certification to utilize all extraction equipment, and actively research new equipment and methods for extraction.
- Execution of laboratory operations in accordance with all written SOP's and in accordance to local and state regulations.
Skills and experience you have...
- Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of Laboratory experience.
- Associates degree in Chemistry, Process Technology, or related field with 3+ years of laboratory experience would also be considered.
- Working knowledge of current safety protocols and experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn variety of systems.
- Distillation experience with spinning band or short path is a plus.
- Experience working with compressed gases and with high pressure.
- Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills.
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/ or holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check.

This role will serve as primary support for the CEO in an administrative support capacity. The perfect candidate will be extremely organized, well-spoken, communicate effectively in written form, proficient in the MS Office Suite, and comfortable with communication technology.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver education content including manual, workshops and tools reflecting brand points of difference, cannabis science, skincare science and sales/education goals
- Develop curriculum and cadence of education content, customized to audience (e.g., internal field team, customers, influencers); create plan to upskill internal teams and external partners
- Develop and execute creative educational tools to ensure education is delivered in inspirational, memorable and repeatable way
- Create and manage education platforms for seasonal schools/account trainings that teach selling skills, including link selling, clienteling and CRM. Roll out platforms to field partners.
- Proactively assess education needs and partner with marketing and key accounts to design and deliver educational vehicles and tools (e.g., onboarding/new hires, seasonal workshops, eventing, train the trainer, video)
- Partner with Sephora to drive training initiatives that are line with Sephora vision
- Act as project manager for educational tour and events, including founder masterclasses and national/train the trainer trainings

- Partner with sales directors to develop talent and capabilities through field/store visits, regular management meetings/BBRs and one-on-ones to help others strive for excellence and reach their highest level of contribution; actively communicate and coach against feedback including Sephora brand surveys.
Skills & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in education and/or field sales within consumer goods; beauty, wellness and luxury experience preferred and strong relationships within Sephora a must.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Able to lead, inspire and motivate a large, geographically dispersed education team and establish a clear education vision – build top talent for competitive advantage.
- Significant travel required – 50%.
- Excellent education and sales leadership experience with proven results in driving sales growth.
- Experience and confidence in delivering trainings in multiple forums – one-on-one, small group, large group, train the trainer, video, round robin and multi-door cluster trainings.
