Job purpose
The Systems Designer is responsible for developing systems and solutions for various grows and dispensaries. Through 3D modeling and technical analysis, the systems designer works towards automating the grow process, as well as designing optimal systems for each individual project.
Duties and responsibilities
- CAD Drafting –
- Create 3D models of irrigation rooms, grow rooms, dispensaries, etc.
- Create 2D drawings for piping layouts of irrigation systems from 3D renders
- Create floor plans for grows and dispensaries
- Technical Analysis –
- Determine specifications for various aspects of grows depending on the size, resources, and type of facility
- Source parts and machines to optimize the productivity of facilities based on the specifications of the facility
- Write clear analyses describing the needs of a particular facility based on its specifications
- On Site Work –
- Construction and maintenance of various systems on site at facilities.
- Utilize and monitor software used at various facilities which runs the facility’s irrigation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and create and edit the GUI for easier use
- Equipment Sourcing –
- Work with vendors to procure quotes on various systems and equipment
- All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (or 3 year’s professional experience, in lieu of degree)
- Strong CAD and Solidworks skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, accurate, and able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to work on-call hours and travel for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with greenhouse irrigation systems
- Collaborative nature and ability to work well with others
- Ability to complete projects on time and work on multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Apps, Dropbox, and Smartsheet
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
Working conditions
Travel is required to various sites located throughout the United States. Employee will be working at cannabis dispensaries and cultivation areas, as well as working in a general office environment. Site visits involve examining existing systems and equipment, troubleshooting systems, and install work.

Job purpose
The Inventory / Compliance Administrator will support the leadership teams in general administrative duties, compile, and input data prepare reports, coordinate departmental purchasing, pre-employment screening, various compliance administrative duties including, seed to sale tracking, plant and product inventory audits and compliance audits. Previous experience in METRC and MJ Freeway is a must. Knowledge of the Colorado MED regulations found within 1 CCR 212-3 for medical and adult use cannabis is highly desired.
The Inventory / Compliance Administrator will report to the Operations Manager and will be required to perform tasks to support the efforts of the HR, Compliance, and production departments and will assist in various production responsibilities including, cultivation, post-harvest, and packaging departmental tasks and supporting roles when needed.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, handle confidential and sensitive information pertaining to the employees and the company in compliance with company policy, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure seed-to-sale software is always up to date and compliant. Generate and process test lab samples
- Troubleshoot any software or out of compliance issues
- Execute live plant and product inventory audits on a regular frequency as set by regulatory requirements and company needs.
- Assist with transportation compliance, records, and logistics of product inventory
- Prepare reports and documents for the various department leadership and for the executive teams.
- Pre-employment applicant resume and phone screening.
- Schedule, organize and/or arrange meetings, appointments, and interviews.
- Maintain and organized file system both digitally and physically.
- Coordinate departmental purchasing orders.
- Answer phone calls, emails and inquiries pertaining to the business professionally and promptly
- Maintain up to date logs for various activities throughout the building.
- Coordinate departmental compliance needs.
- Maintain clean and organized work environment, ability to follow through on all Health and Safety requirements of the company and state guidelines.
Job Specifications
- Strong background in inventory and systems management
- Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail
- Strong ability to perform weighing, counting, and calculation of plants and physical inventory
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and electronic mail; including: proficient use of SharePoint, Email, Apps and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences
- Ability to work as part of a Team or individually; Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
- Ability to research/self study and understand in detail the various aspects of state and city compliance regulations regarding inventory and reporting
- Additional Requirements:
- Colorado driver’s license or State ID card
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED key badge
Must obtain and retain METRC Certification and training and complete this training every 6 months
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
- One year of previous cannabis inventory management experience preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess excellent reading, writing, and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Job purpose
Garden Technicians are responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks. This is a very physical job that requires hard work and dedication. Garden Technicians support propagation, vegetation, flower, harvest and post-processing operations, as well as perform routine maintenance and cleaning. Garden Technicians report directly to the Cultivation Operations Manager, and are overseen by the Flower Supervisor, Vegetation Supervisor or the Harvest and Post-Processing Supervisor, depending on the task or assignment.
Duties and responsibilities
Garden Technicians perform the day-to-day tasks at the Greenhouse Facility. These responsibilities include:
- Assisting Managers and Supervisors in all assigned daily operations
- Performing all assigned tasks in the garden, including, but not limited to, plant maintenance, transplanting, harvesting, trimming, post-processing, transporting plants and/or materials and cleaning.
- Following all Standard Operating Procedures when performing tasks
- Maintaining sanitization and disinfection of functional work areas
- Supporting and advocating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and quality
- Performing all other duties assigned by upper management
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Horticulture background and knowledge of plant health and plant diseases
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities; developing and implementing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, analyzing data, making sound recommendations, working with managers, supervisors and other employees
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis industry equipment and OSHA standards
Licenses and Certifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Colorado MED Employee Badge
Working conditions
- This job position operates in a greenhouse facility where conditions are often hot, humid and bright.
- Variable work environment temperatures affected by outside weather conditions.
