The candidate would be involved in:

- Tagging plants to ensure proper state traceability.
- Pruning plants: removing leaves/limbs during the vegetative stage and removing leaves during the flower stage of the growth cycle.

Position Summary
Garden Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day operations at Primitiv Groups cultivation facility. They are expected to care for the cannabis plants during their reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages. This includes propagating, rooting, transplanting, pruning and fertilizing immature and mature cannabis plants.
The position will be the weekday shift for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required. 1-3 years of experience in commercial agriculture, landscaping or commercial cannabis production is preferred. Garden Technicians must possess a driven, hardworking attitude, a positive disposition as this job is physically and mentally demanding. Some knowledge of computers and record keeping is required as the applicant is expected to use Primitiv Group’s seed-to-sale tracking program proficiently. Garden Technicians will be expected to work three days a week, weekends and some holidays. A background check is mandatory prior to employment.
Cultivation
Garden Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day tasks performed on the cannabis plants at the cultivation facility. These responsibilities include:
· Propagation of the female cannabis plants through asexual reproduction (cloning).
· Labeling and tracking plants through the seed-to-sale tracking program.
· Transplanting, pruning and fertilizing cannabis plants with oversight from the department managers.
· Demonstrating sufficient knowledge of the cannabis plant life cycle.
Cleaning and sanitizing the cultivation facility.

Pay Schedule: Pay is administered weekly on Fridays, for the prior pay period(Monday - Sunday).

Work Schedule: Each week select the time slots you are available to work. The next weeks schedule (Mon.-Fri.) is set the Friday in advance.

We are setting DC Residents up with state-of-the-art craft cannabis home gardens; besides consulting on the set-up of the home garden, we focus on teaching the no-till method. Currently, we are focused on consulting on cannabis and herbs, but are preparing to consult on tomatoes, peppers and other types of produce.
Job Description
The person in the Lead Technician role for Treehous, LLC is responsible for completing the route they are assigned each workday. Completing the route includes independently navigating to multiple job sites and completing assigned tasks for both Townhome Landscapes and Capital Grow Consulting.
Townhome Landscapes tasks are centered around the routine maintenance of clients properties. The Lead Technician will also be expected to perform site map analysis for one-time work, interface with community members, sell Townhome
Landscapes service, .
Capital Grow Consulting tasks are centered around the delivery and installation of garden kits, and other products ordered off of www.capitalgrow.net. The Lead
Technician is also responsible for entering clients residence, taking trimmings from clients plants for XY (Sex) Testing, and delivering them to the XY Test center.
Assigned route the key to the Washington DC Service Map.

As a Lead Technician, you will report to the Head of Operations. You will ordinarily work alone, but may be asked to manage a crew member. Expect to consistently work 4-5 full days a week, totaling 35-40+ hours of work. This is a year-round position.
We offer one time services: design creation, sod installation, hardscaping services, flower bed maintenance and more. You will likely have the opportunity to prove yourself working on these jobs.

We are looking for experienced workers to join a successful OLCC licensed Recreational Cannabis farm located on the edge of Monmouth, OR.
The Garden Technician performs all daily tasks set forth by the Master Grower to maintain plant health and rotations throughout plant life cycles. The Grow Team is responsible for all major labor movements such as transplanting, harvesting, tagging, trellising, lowers, spray application, spray equipment maintenance, cloning, and cleaning in addition to non-technical general plant maintenance. The department also is responsible for all watering, nutrient mixes, integrated pest management applications, identifying signs of poor plant health, and maintaining sterilization protocols.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs daily tasks as directed by the Master Grower
- Understands basic plant anatomy to perform plant maintenance techniques appropriate for each plant stage to maintain optimal growing conditions
- Has basic knowledge of plant health signs/symptoms
- Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment and properly following all sterilization protocols
- Cut clones and propagate plants, as assigned
- Performs all transplants, plant spacing, and plant movements throughout the facility

Duties and responsibilities

The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. We are looking for someone with cultivation experience, a mechanical inclination, and a "pay-it-forward" start-up mentality. We have developed a highly efficient cultivation system and are looking to identify a qualified person who can help us continue to implement this system as we expand our operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
These include, but are not limited to, the following (other duties may be assigned):
- General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-fanning plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste
- Completes regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease under the training of the Cultivation Manager.
- Ensure the cultivation facility is consistently stocked with appropriate supplies at all times.
- Ensures all equipment and systems (mechanical, lighting, fertigation/plumbing, etc) are properly maintained
- Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance
- Mop up spills, leaks and making sure safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces, and other occupational hazards as soon as they are noticed.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at appropriate times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures, and chemicals. Complete training will be provided upon hiring.
