Position Summary
Leiffa’s new Med/Rec Dispensary, located in Lakewood, CO is a rapidly growing dispensary seeking a full-time Dispensary Assistant Manager to join our team. Key Position Responsibilities
- Train and motivate the team in alignment with Leiffa’s vision and mission
- Oversee team members on a daily basis and ensure adherence to operational guidelines and standards
- Work with the Dispensary Manager to support with the coordination and execution of employee onboarding, initial, and ongoing training
- Assist with employee scheduling needs understanding the potential of needing to be on-call to respond to emergency situations such as scheduling issues and covering a vacant shift
- Manage METRC access for the team and handle adjustments as needed
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing package delivery at the dispensary
- Handle cash drop as needed
- Respond to patient concerns and complaints in a professional and effective manner
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure reconciliation of daily intake, and that all team members have what they need
- Welcome and support all patients in an efficient, professional, friendly, and informative manner with the goal of creating a positive, safe, clean, and caring experience that meets their needs
- Support the receptionist and team with incoming phone calls, providing information in an efficient and friendly manner as needed
- Check State IDs, medical cards, and maintain overall compliance with all MED, local, and federal cannabis laws and regulations
- Assist with inventory management as needed to ensure the dispensary remains adequately stocked
- Prepare and maintain product displays and signage, and assist with restocking and packaging products, labeling store merchandise, etc.

Minimum Position Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills

- General computer knowledge and skills
- In depth knowledge and understanding of METRC

Position Summary
Leiffa’s Grow, located in Denver, CO is a thriving cannabis company seeking an experienced trimmer to join our processing team for 30-40 hours a week. The right candidate for this role should have processing familiarity with experience trimming, bucking and defanning plant material in a commercial environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player, with an attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
This position is scheduled to work Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am-5:30pm. Paid tryouts are held, and if hired there is a 60-day probationary period to demonstrate productivity. Voluntary overtime and weekend work is available on occasion based on production needs.

Position Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the store’s day to day inventory tasks, which includes inventory counts, quality checks of incoming products, labeling and organization of inventory. They will also assist the Inventory Control Manager in verification of product counts and regulatory compliance standards upon deliveries. Ensure products are received within METRC and have appropriate labels before making goods available for sale.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure all incoming products meet state compliance standards
- Responsible for the labeling and tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks for all new product received.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist in investigating any discrepancies.
- Ensure all products entering inventory have gone through standard quality checks, for quantity verification, and label verification.
- Count, reconcile, and complete monthly inventory audits every month.
- Escalate any inventory and UID discrepancies to the Inventory Control Manager for quick resolution.
- Research inventory variances and adjustments as directed.
- Work with Inventory Control Manager to maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal.
- Maintain a list of all quality hold/quarantined product.
- Flower processing
- Restocking the sales floor
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Inventory experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
- METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
- Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Requires normal hearing range

The Lab Manager will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of the lab, including managing teams of extraction, packaging, refinement, and fulfillment employees
Responsibilities and Duties
- This position will supervise staff including assigning daily tasks, scheduling employees and managing attendance, performance management, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of all job functions in the lab

Job Overview
Joint Technicians will assist with all aspects of the hand infused joint rolling process. Including but not limited to, grinding joint material, rolling out rosin, and tubing/labeling joints.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work through all aspects of the hand-roll production process and gain skill in grinding, rolling, twisting and QC of all products
- Follow MED Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with Joint Team Members to produce the highest quality joints in a timely manner
- Accurately grind, screen, weigh, and label hand-rolled material
- Accurately manufacture, seal/twist, package, label, and count hand-rolled joints
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in packaging of products, filling out ledgers, and securely packing units of final products
- Review final hand-roll products to assist in production quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; clean and maintain equipment (as necessary), ensuring functional equipment and work area
- Use standards to assess the quality of products as they are being produced
- Maintain time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements
- All other duties as assigned

Leiffa’s Grow, located in Denver, CO is a thriving cannabis company seeking an experienced trimmer to join our processing team for 40 hours a week. The right candidate for this role should have processing familiarity with experience trimming, bucking and defanning plant material in a commercial environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player, with an attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
This position is scheduled to work Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am-5:30pm. Paid tryouts are held, and if hired there is a 60-day probationary period to demonstrate productivity. Voluntary overtime and weekend work is available on occasion based on production needs. Bonuses are also available based on the speed and quality of work accomplished.

This position is scheduled to work Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am-5:30pm. Paid tryouts are held, and if hired there is a 60-day probationary period to demonstrate productivity. Position Summary

The right candidate for this role should have processing familiarity with experience trimming, bucking and defanning plant material in a commercial environment. This position is scheduled to work Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am-5:30pm. Paid tryouts are held, and if hired there is a 60-day probationary period to demonstrate productivity. Voluntary overtime and weekend work is available on occasion based on production needs. Bonuses are also available based on the speed and quality of work accomplished.

- After the product is transferred, the product will be quality checked, counted, systematically received, organized, properly labeled, and split, and put away
- Ensure product is being picked, packed, and pulled according to FIFO standards
- Oversee METRC and other platforms are being accurately managed and maintained for accuracy of data
- Review and audit Inventory Logs to process weekly cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, and track aging products
- Supervise the Inventory Control Specialist to conduct daily duties as outlined
- Investigate and resolve any inventory UID discrepancies found during cycle counts
- Manage the organization of inventory by ensuring the product is in the correct location; conduct search to locate misclassified inventory
- Ensure all order rejections are properly managed and efficiently processed back into the inventory
- Work quickly to resolve all issues and reroute product back to the account if requested
- Conduct end of month inventory meetings to recap results
- Comply with company policies and procedures regarding inventory control
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure regulations are followed and address issues as needed
- Ensure samples and other R&D products are processed quickly and efficiently for Marketing or other events

Qualifications
- Ability to use the company information systems at advanced/expert levels – perform reporting, data analysis, making process and operating decisions using data

- 3- 5 years inventory management experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

- Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal to no supervision.

Job Overview
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the store’s day to day inventory tasks, which includes inventory counts, quality checks of incoming products, labeling and organization of inventory. - Escalate any inventory and UID discrepancies to the Inventory Control Manager for quick resolution.
- Research inventory variances and adjustments as directed.
- Work with Inventory Control Manager to maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal.
- Maintain a list of all quality hold/quarantined product.

- Respond to patient concerns and complaints in a professional and effective manner
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure reconciliation of daily intake, and that all team members have what they need
- Welcome and support all patients in an efficient, professional, friendly, and informative manner with the goal of creating a positive, safe, clean, and caring experience that meets their needs
- Support the receptionist and team with incoming phone calls, providing information in an efficient and friendly manner as needed
- Check State IDs, medical cards, and maintain overall compliance with all MED, local, and federal cannabis laws and regulations
- Assist with inventory management as needed to ensure the dispensary remains adequately stocked
- Prepare and maintain product displays and signage, and assist with restocking and packaging products, labeling store merchandise, etc.

Minimum Position Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Extensive knowledge of MED, local, and federal rules and regulations
