Shift Lead Position Summary:

Our Budtenders work with Maggie’s customers/patients in a retail setting to sell flower, edibles, concentrates, and other marijuana related items. This position will provide exceptional customer service and utilize knowledge of marijuana strains and products to help patients purchase the right cannabis products for their individual needs. The Budtender position reports to the Store Manager.

Job Summary
Lead Budtenders are responsible for customer experience which includes helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service. Embarc is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated team player to be one of our Budtenders in our new cannabis dispensary. We are looking for both full-time and part-time associates! WHAT IS THE JOB?
We are seeking a retail associate whose responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions and suggest products. This role will promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Additionally, the budtender should stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Check-in customers on POS system
- Assess customers’ needs, provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Cross sell products.
- Partner with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive, trusting relationships with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.

Budtender
This is a full/part time position responsible for customer satisfaction, compliant sales and overall store cleanliness.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions appropriately in person, phone and social media
- Adhere to all company policies and MED rules and regulations
- Remain knowledgeable of all current products carried through Learn Brands and peer to peer training
- Maintain store visual standards through stocking, cleaning and sanitation
- Complete customer sales accurately through POS following company policies and MED rules and regulations
- Maintain store inventory through accurate sales, product handling and waste
- Accurate cash handling
- Work as part of a team to ensure every customers’ satisfaction, sales goals and timelines are met
- Able to work on your feet for 8 - 12 hours per day
- Adhere to break and lunch schedule for optimal customer experience
- Adhere to personal hygiene policy
- All other job duties as assigned

We have a wide variety of both full-time and part-time positions available including mornings, days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
Responsibilities :
Ganja Guys Cannabis Sales Associates should be highly knowledgable & provide guidance and information to customers regarding cannabis products, product characteristics, specials, and pricing.
Daily Duties Include :
*FOH Sales *Opening & Closing *Accurate cash handling *Inventory Control *Cleaning and Sanitizing *Providing excellent customer service
