The Lead Budtender will partner with the General Manager to lead the team. The individual in this role must lead by example be being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, positivity, and energy. - Monitor the METRC account daily to ensure accurate records
- Establish par levels for inventories items
- Define inventory counting requirements (items that need to be counted and when)
- Supervise Inventory to ensure inventory is organized, accurate and accounted for 24/7
- Decide the appropriate item mix for retail floor while following FIFO process (eliminate products not moving as needed)
- All other responsibilities to maintain a compliant, efficient, and profitable operation
Job Requirements
- At least 2+ years of retail experience
- At least 2+ years of leadership experience in similar role
- Must be able to communicate written and verbally in English

About The Role:
The Maintenance Technician is an essential role to the success of the Salida Campus Production Facility and the Long Play portfolio of brands. This position will be responsible for safely performing maintenance, repairs, light construction functions for a 150,000sqft cannabis grow operation, sanitation tasks throughout production and manufacturing, as well as facilities infrastructure.
Position Summary:
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills, anticipatory thinking, calculating, multi-tasking, attention to details, time management, conflict resolution, and teamwork. This position is predominantly in an indoor, warehouse, offices, or greenhouse/agricultural environment, and is physical in nature.

The Retail General Manager is primarily responsible for the management, maintenance, and supervision of day-to-day retail operations activity of the dispensary. Retail General Manager

You will be growing herbs, micro greens and leafy greens in our indoor Ocean Shipping Container Farms. Pure Greens LLC., is a subsidiary of Southwest Mobile Storage Inc., which has been providing portable storage and portable office solutions in the Phoenix area since 1995. Please note: THIS IS NOT IN THE CANNABIS INDUSTRY.
Duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the operation of plants at our farms.
- Cleaning of channels and trays.
- Maintenance of the grow area in the units.
- Planting and transplanting seedlings.
- Harvesting and packaging crops.
- Placing orders, checking inventory and other duties that will help the operation
run smoothly.
- Create and log all operations on the farms.
- Report to your Manager and correspond to emails.
The position also requires you selling at Farmers Markets on Saturdays in Old Town Scottsdale. You will be working together with our grower.
Requirements:

- At least 3-year experience with growing in NFT/flood tray systems.
