POSITION SUMMARY
The Machine Operator ensures machinery is set up accurately, runs properly, operates safely and product produced conforms with company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL OPERATORS
· Sets up and operates machines according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts.
· Studies processes, work orders and other specifications to ensure the proper setup sequence is followed.
· Sets and adjusts necessary controls to regulate machines.
· Ensuring the machines are operating as efficiently as possible
· Ensures the correct packaging and labeling is applied to the specific product.
· Performing machine change overs
· Performs daily cleans on equipment and area
· Ensures all paperwork is fully documented and filled in accurately.
· Reports malfunctions, noises and problems to equipment techs and supervisor
· In process inspections of product before and after process to maintain highest quality standards
· Inspect the equipment for safe operating conditions at the beginning of each shift and report any safety conditions found.
· Must be willing and able to train back up operators as requested.
· Ability to learn new equipment and processes and help to develop more efficient process flows.
· Performs Quality Control Sampling as specified in each step of the process.
OPERATOR LEVEL 1 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Acts as training and relief operator to cover breaks, lunches and absences.
· Responsible for the cleaning of the equipment
OPERATOR LEVEL 2 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ability to properly operate and calibrate a single machine.
· Cleaning of equipment and light preventative maintenance tasks.
· The ability to perform QC tests on at least one piece of equipment
· Ability to train on specific piece of equipment
· Acts as relief operator once comfortable with multiple pieces of equipment
OPERATOR LEVEL 3 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Knowledge of operation and calibration of machinery.
· Performance of QC tests on each piece of equipment
· Trainer for Operator level 1&2 and relief operators
· Participate in writing new work instructions for new and modified equipment and processes
· Cleaning of equipment and light preventative maintenance tasks.
· Trajectory toward lowest level of Equipment Tech positions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.

· Ability to determine whether machinery is working properly based on specifications for production rates, reject rates and quality standards.
· At least one year of experience as a machine operator desired or related education and knowledge.

The Dispensary Manager is responsible for ensuring that store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. This position typically works standard store hours and may be required to work 45+ hours.

- Increasing sales and profitability by ensuring efficient operations, cost-saving measures and increasing productivity
- Managing and inspiring retail staff to deliver the highest level of customer service
· Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Monitoring sales floor for staffing, customer needs, service, atmosphere, and security

- This role requires regular and on-time attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- As an outdoor grow, temperatures can get over 100F and below freezing. Farm work is done in the rain, snow, and heat.
- OT may be required for periods of time based on field demand
- Standard schedule is Wednesday to Saturday and Sunday to Wednesday

We are looking for cultivators to work at our outdoor marijuana farms in Pueblo and Florence!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate plants from seed/clone to breakdown
- Fulfilling all duties following all MED, OSHA, Dept of Ag, and Company guidelines and policies
- Be ready to work in all weather to maintain plants, prepare the fields and buildings for planting, and learn Maggie’s way of cultivating
- Follow all other directions given by the Cultivation Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Possess an MED badge
- Ability to pass a background check
