The Role
As the Inventory Agent, you will perform detailed receiving, auditing, replenishing and destruction procedures as outlined by company policy and state regulation. In addition, the Inventory Agent will partner with the management team on ordering products, quality control, and maintain the physical organization of all product in a manner that will provide optimal efficiency and accountability within the dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently receive all inbound product shipments.
- Enter all incoming product into the METRC and Treez POS System
- Physically move product to locations throughout the facility, including the vault, back room, and sales floor.
- Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas.
- Perform and reconcile inventory cycle counts.
- Perform and reconcile various inventory and compliance related audits.
- Ensure sales floor is consistently replenished and properly stocked.
- Fulfills online pick-up and delivery orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare for and participate in all periodic physical inventory audits, as scheduled by the company.
- Provide efficient written and verbal communication of inventory issues to management and the store team in a timely manner.
- Utilize several software packages, including Microsoft Office, Treez POS Systems, and METRC.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
- Consistently remains compliant with all legal and/or company regulations for the industry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- At least 1 year of inventory experience in a retail environment.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness

SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the current location and will assist in the build-out of a new location(s). The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is expected to create and sustain a welcoming culture to ensure a superior retail experience for every customer and an empowering work environment.
The candidate must be well-versed in making data-driven decisions, have a track record of leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage the store proactively, and ensure operational standards are consistently met or exceeded.
The Assistant General Manager partners with staff and on occasion external businesses to fulfill all retail operations, including, but not limited to, customer experience, inventory control, store appearance, displays, staff training and development, special projects, and ad hoc analyses as requested and required.
The Assistant General Manager may manage and supervise up to 25 employees by location. The position reports to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the highest level of customer service experience and overall store condition (including visual merchandising standards).
Ensure customer satisfaction through providing a best-in-class customer service experience.
Oversee the training, supervision, and evaluation of employees.
Support the General Manager in the development and implementation of operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the Company’s mission, goals, and objectives.
Work with the General Manager to establish action plans to meet sales, service, and profit goals and lead team members to achieve them.
Ensure compliance with state, county, and local cannabis ordinances.
Provide education for team members and customers regarding cannabis products.
Conduct annual performance reviews and generate development plans for select employees.
Manage, supervise, and direct the activities of the dispensary provisioning center and team while inspiring the staff to deliver stellar customer service, including reinforcement of a proactive and consultative selling culture.
Ensure cash management policies and procedures are followed.
Manage product inventory and controls.

Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling.
Serve as a liaison to the local community during events and as required.

- Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
- Takes initiative to stay informed regarding new or existing products and is knowledgeable about their ingredients and benefits.
- While serving customers, recommend additional and complimentary products and/or strains based on the information provided by the customer or item already selected for purchase.
- Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system. Green Koi uses Treez and accepts cash and debit cards.
- Have accurate cash handling skills.
- Ensures that Green Koi is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Ensures that the correct price, product, tax and/or discounts are applied correctly to each product.
- Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
- Contributes to the provisioning centers overall goals, standards and team effort.
- Having experience with METRC is of great value.
Budtender Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience working as a Budtender.
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
