About the Role:
The Account Advisor represents Central Coast Agriculture in the market and is a key member of the
Central Coast Agriculture family. This individual is passionate, innovative, and self-motivated with a business-oriented and a customer-focused mindset. The Account Advisor’s primary responsibilities are to visit and build strong relationships with the customer through effective consultative sales conversations, and ultimately, increase sales revenue. Face-to-face consultative selling built on trusting relationships drives maximum value to our customer as well as to the CCA organization.
What You'll Do
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account.
- Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better

- Build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base
business.
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose,
and selling opportunities.
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan.
- Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering
previous visit outcomes.
- Maintain deep knowledge of CCA products and correctly present and position
them in each account.
- Propose selling solutions to each customer and win the sale using consultative
selling skills.
- Manage customer issue resolution and seek additional opportunities to support
the customer’s needs.
- Adapt the selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles and individual
business needs.
- Be knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts staying current with what
competitors are offering and how CCA products are positioned relative to the
competition.
- Document and maintain account- and customer-specific information in the REPSLY
CRM application.
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and brand passion events as
required.
- Achieve internal CCA objectives as prioritized by management.
- Maintain professionalism and live CCA’s core values at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Able to maintain a valid and current driver’s license.
- 3+ years customer facing sales experience.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite and/or Google’s G suite.
- Must be 21 years of age (or older) at the time of hire.
- Proficiency of the English language, verbal and written format.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the Grower Accounting function in the prompt processing of services and payments provided to approximately 800 – 1,000 grower accounts held by Diamond Foods, LLC. Reports to Director of Accounting
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Grower Accounting Supervisor oversees the processing and accuracy of all payments to Diamonds contracted growers. The main function of this position is to interact positively with Diamonds growers and ensure that grower payments, services and general ledger accounting related to these activities are accurate and meet the company’s specified deadlines. Maintaining and enhancing the relationship of the Company with the growers is an essential daily role and responsibility of this position. Unusual problems are handled by the incumbent with the assistance of the Information Systems Project Manager and other Grower Services personnel. Finally, understanding the complete process flow from receiving, inspection, and evaluation of our grower’s product in detail is paramount to this position’s success.
In addition, this position is responsible for the accuracy and professional delivery of the services offered to the growers. These services include, but are not limited to: crop assignments, automatic deposits, acceleration and deferred set-up and payments, system maintenance changes applicable to upcoming payments and current or outstanding grower account issues, calendar year end tax statements, 1099 Interest, and month end reconciliations for the associated general ledger accounts.
The position monitors inputs from the Grower Services Administrator to the Walnut Processing System (WPS) for all grower accounts; ensures payment factors communicated by the VP Grower Services are input accurately for all grower payments; resolves issues and monitors grower payments, including all checks and statements. This position is very hands on.
This position performs bookkeeping functions for a related entity that included processing invoices, recording automatic payments, and reimbursement invoicing to Diamond, and bank reconciliations through QuickBooks. This function also includes preparing monthly/quarterly reports and documents for board of directors meeting and yearly audit responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
1. Prepare, process and mail all grower payments (delivery, progress, deferred & acceleration).
2. Monthly analysis of Grower Accounting general ledger accounts.
3. Maintain monthly interest rates and preparation of journal entries for accrued interest
4. Ensure Year-End statements and 1099 INTs are processed accurately.
5. Perform the bookkeeping function for Sequoia Walnut Growers Association.
6. Ensure timely and accurate processing of:
a. Systematic grower account information rollover supporting the current crop year.
b. Outside “Auditor Confirmation Letters” to selected growers.
c. Auditor reviews specific to Grower Accounting general ledger accounts.
d. Input of credits or deductions against grower accounts payable (wet load, underweight charges, association dues, etc.)
e. Prepare monthly reporting and/or payments to walnut industry organizations.f. Grower requests and special projects.
7. Lead Grower Accounting portion of ERP implementation
8. Continue to streamline duties by looking for internal efficiencies, while maintaining positive relationships with growers.
9. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications to include experience as an accounting assistant or in an accounts payable environment combined with at least three years’ experience in a manufacturing company. Personal leadership skills including excellent oral and written communications are a must. A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent desired. The ideal candidate will have an agribusiness community background or currently work for an agricultural related business.

JOB DESCRIPTION*
Unarmed Flex Security Officer
The Flex Officer position requires a mostly open schedule to accommodate picking up shifts based on vacations, leave of absences, or call-offs. The primary function will be to provide operational support to the field. A Flex Officer must remain flexible in order to respond quickly to work any location or any shift in a pre-determined territory. Upon arrival to an assigned post, the Flex Officer is tasked with the same job duties as the normally scheduled Security Officer for that post.
- Will be assigned to train at multiple locations.
- Must be willing to drive up to 30 – 40 miles to any given job site.
- Guaranteed F/T weekly (rotating) schedules.
- Overtime should be expected and will be mandatory at times.
- Shifts of 8 – 12 hours.
- Able to accept last-minute assignments due to call-offs or No Call No Shows.

Armed Cannabis Security Officer
Represent yourself, Hammer Head Security and our Cannabis clients with complete professionalism.
Maintain a strong, visible point of control for both the interior and exterior of the facility at all times.
Establish and cultivate a safe and secure environment for Facility Staff, Management and their customers.
Fully comprehend and enforce all facility security policies/procedures for customers, vendors, staff and visitors.
Conduct routine and random foot patrols throughout the facility, inspect the physical condition of the facilities security measures and report any suspicious behavior or activity immediately.
Practice effective communication with Facility Staff and Management to control the flow of inbound/outbound foot traffic in a safe and efficient manner.

Proactively monitor CCTV stations to identify active areas of concern and engage appropriately

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for maintaining the high quality of live and harvested product while paying close attention to detail during the cultivation process.
What you will do:
- Clone, clean/sanitize cubes/pots, fill pots and transplant plants at different growth stages to prepare them for the flowering stage.
- Top, defoliate, trellis and prune plants based on instructions provided by management.
- Move plants from the vegetation to stage into designated flowering bays, space the pots according to the number of pots per bench, ensure irrigation stakes and emitters are placed correctly to ensure all plants are receiving adequate amounts of water.
- Weigh waste by specific bench and/or strain, dumps waste into blue waste barrels, and updates the waste tracking sheet.
- Harvest product; defoliated, hangs and organizes product by strain and batch.
- Periodically move/rotate barrels and/or boxes to keep a consistent drying/curing process.
- Manually and/or by cart transport waste stems to the dumping area.
- Clear spots and waste out of the greenhouse to prepare for new planting.
- Maintains and upkeeps of all equipment, tools, supplies and products throughout the work shift to make certain departments clean when customers, management, or regulatory agencies walk the property.

Key Responsibilities
- Greets all guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner; educates customers about Vibe By California's product of the day, brand values, and policies.
- Provides a safe and secure internal and external environment, implementing safety policies to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and company assets at all times
- Monitors Vibe By California property and immediate surrounding areas, (e.g., parking lot, property line, and internal access points, etc.)
- Performs and documents scheduled and random inspection patrols of physical premises
- Observes, cautions, instructs, corrects, investigates, and reports persons or incidents involving unusual suspicious or unwanted activity such as vandalism, property damage, or rule infractions
- Identifies potential security and safety risks, or undesirable conditions and reports such activities according to Vibe By California reporting protocols
- Responds to all emergencies including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, undesirable conduct, violations of company policies or civil law; assists until proper authorities arrive
- Conducts crowd control at the front door and in the dispensary area, forming lines and updating customers to help manage their service expectations during busy periods
- Determines admission or denial to any visitor or customer, questioning and removing persons as necessary; coordinates actions with Safety Manager, and/or Manager-on-Duty as needed
- Communicates with Store Manager, other Managers and Shift Supervisors, and dispensary staff to handle safety concerns
- Interfaces with local law enforcement and security agencies as situations require
- Documents any irregularity, incident, or emergency actions concerning safety and security, completing all required paperwork

Job Description
- Maintain an expert understanding of the Petalfast brands you’re scheduled to represent including product details, brand mission/values, and related general cannabis knowledge.
- Staff consumer-facing marketing activations such as in-store demos and events at retail.
- Increase brand awareness at retail through consumer education and engagement, driving in-store sales and building customer loyalty.
- Communicate to customers pricing promotion/deal, key selling points, product effects and use-cases, and proper dosing of cannabis products represented.
- Provide non-dosed samples and gift branded swag to interested customers. Encourage consumers to connect with brands through digital platforms (i.e. follow on social media, sign up for email newsletter).
- Create harmonious relationships with Petalfast’s retail partners and their staff to cultivate a strong affinity for Petalfast’s portfolio of brands
- Track all activity, stats, and consumer insights/feedback through detailed and constructive recap reports, submitted directly following shifts.
- Consistent and proactive communication with Petalfast Field Marketing Specialist to coordinate demo/event logistics, integrate best practices, and share your success stories and key learnings.
Skills, Education + Experience Required
- 2 years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or related fields. Familiar with basic event marketing, promotions, and sales tactics.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable with public speaking.
- Sales skills, including persuasion, overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation.
- Must be punctual, professional, reliable, highly detail oriented, self-motivated, and results driven.
- Must be outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers and retailer partners.
- Must have confidence and the ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of customers and retail staff.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the cannabis industry.

About the Job
We're looking for our newest Inventory Control Lead who is eager and excited to join our growing retail team. The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for leading in the day to day inventory management & product receipt for a fast paced, high-volume retail. All product inventory is counted and received, organized and maintained, on the sales floor and in the secured storage facility. All temperature sensitive perishable product is properly stored in a temperature-controlled environment. First in First out (FIFO) method is followed as well as properly transferred using the Inventory Management platform in the POS. Finished goods are staged, processed and made ready for sale within 48 hours of delivery (including weekends). Ensure all cannabis products meet or exceed state and local compliance and regulatory standards. Cycle counts are conducted every day from Sunday through Wednesday, ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained in California Cannabis Track-and-Trace system (METRC).
What You Will Do
- Oversee, schedule and assign tasks to Inventory Specialists
- Ensure proper care and First in First Out (FIFO) rotation of all inventory for retail sale
- Ensure all products are kept in their ideal state to preserve freshness and quality
- Ensure Metrc and POS platforms are accurately managed and maintained for accuracy of data
- Coordinate with Inventory Manager to expedite the sale of expiring products
- Conduct month end inventory audits and scan and upload final inventory counts to Finance
- Manage the product delivery process by checking all products against the Metrc generated manifest to ensure accuracy of the delivery
- Log and monitor all upcoming "best by" dates for incoming inventory so items can be tracked to ensure sell through before expiration
- Coordinate with the Inventory Manager to schedule a destruction of expiring products as well as notify the Store Management team
- Ensure all invoices and payables are properly scanned, logged, and communicated, ensuring clear communication within the accounting ecosystem
- Account for all inventory count discrepancies within manifests and delivery, and report them to the Inventory Manager/ASM/General Manager
- Responsible for receiving all product, checking in products (ERP and METRC), scanning manifests and COAs; scanning invoices as needed
- Work closely with Compliance Manager to ensure regulations are followed and address issues within 24 hours of occurrence
- Work with other store locations to trouble-shoot issues with inventory audits and receiving as needed
- Ensure new products are tagged and ready for sale within 48 hours of receiving
- Meet with Inventory Manager and Store Management team to regularly to ensure proper follow- up on all action items
- Accountable for proper disposal of cannabis waste both physically and systemically
- Manage/track all levels of inventory of the outlet(s) including cannabis, merchandise, shop supplies, promotional materials and all other non-cannabis items
- Abide by all policies and procedures of the company
- Walk the venue on a regular basis to ensure the facility is properly organized and maintained and address any issues promptly to Inventory Manager and/or General Manager
- Intimately understand state and local cannabis regulations to maintain compliance and regulatory standards.
- Inform employees of new products, and assist in the making shelf space for new products
- Account for all non-cannabis items
- Create/update logs for efficient systems within inventory

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.

The Cannabis Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering orders in a safe and compliant method according to CA Cannabis regulations. This job definitely requires attention to detail, a clean driving and criminal record, an age of at least 25 years old, and strong customer service/ interpersonal skills. Drivers will use company cars to execute deliveries. We are looking for motivated individuals who follow instructions closely and work efficiently. Drivers tend to make excellent tips with our customers.
Driver Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal cannabis compliantly and efficiently.
- Being courteous and polite when interacting with customers.
- Putting together express menu orders and delivering them in a timely manner.
- Following instructions carefully and paying close attention to labels and information. Drivers must utilize their phones, clarify patient information, and finish the order process with patients. This position requires familiarity with technology and the use of your smartphone.

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for maintaining the high quality of live and harvested product while paying close attention to detail during the cultivation process.

What you will do:
- Clone, clean/sanitize cubes/pots, fill pots and transplant plants at different growth stages to prepare them for the flowering stage.
- Top, defoliate, trellis and prune plants based on instructions provided by management.
- Move plants from the vegetation to stage into designated flowering bays, space the pots according to the number of pots per bench, ensure irrigation stakes and emitters are placed correctly to ensure all plants are receiving adequate amounts of water.
- Weighs waste by specific bench and/or strain, dumps waste into blue waste barrels, and updates the waste tracking sheet.
- Harvests product; defoliated, hangs and organizes product by strain and batch.
- Periodically moves/rotates barrels and/or boxes to keep a consistent drying/curing process.
- Manually and/or by cart transport waste stems to the dumping area.
- Clear spots and waste out of the greenhouse to prepare for new planting.
- Maintains and upkeeps of all equipment, tools, supplies and products throughout the work shift to make certain departments clean when customers, management, or regulatory agencies walk the property.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
- Must be able to detect product issues, such as spider mite, powdery mildew, and/or botrytis.
- Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to stock or bring product down from storage or racks and maintain the cultivation process.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.
- Work is performed inside facilities exposed to temperatures ranging above a constant 75°F.

Key Responsibilities

Armed Cannabis Security Officer
Represent yourself, Hammer Head Security and our Cannabis clients with complete professionalism.
Maintain a strong, visible point of control for both the interior and exterior of the facility at all times.
Establish and cultivate a safe and secure environment for Facility Staff, Management and their customers.
Fully comprehend and enforce all facility security policies/procedures for customers, vendors, staff and visitors.
Conduct routine and random foot patrols throughout the facility, inspect the physical condition of the facilities security measures and report any suspicious behavior or activity immediately.
Practice effective communication with Facility Staff and Management to control the flow of inbound/outbound foot traffic in a safe and efficient manner.

Proactively monitor CCTV stations to identify active areas of concern and engage appropriately

The Program Manager III is under the Business Operations/Policy Workgroup and is responsible for the oversight of the department’s special planning and land use programs. A large part of this position is responsible for the overall administration of the City’s Public Facility Fees Program. The incumbent is responsible for drafting, implementing, administering, and assisting with policy projects (examples include Urban Agriculture and Food Truck ordinance projects), supervising staff, managing the administration of the City’s PFF Program and Cannabis Regulatory program, developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), managing contracts, monitoring fee waiver programs, and miscellaneous grant administration. Assignments require a high degree of critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication and outreach (both internal and external).
The incumbent will support the Assistant Director of Community Development in developing and administering department goals and objectives related to policy programs such as; public facilities fees, cannabis and other special policy programs as needed. In addition, they will assist in the following: planning, coordinating and creating department budget reports and documents; appear before various Boards, Commissions, Committees and numerous civic organizations representing the Department; assists in creating, interpreting, and implementing program policy and procedure manuals. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in departmental customer service improvements and skilled in staff development efforts such as coaching, training, onboarding, etc.
The incumbent will work a City of Stockton 9/80 schedule: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Thursday; 8:00am - 5:00pm Fridays, with every other Friday off.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION - FIELD SUPERVISOR
A Field Supervisor (FS) supports operations for remotely managed accounts by performing on-site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensuring site coverage at all contracted times. FS will work closely with Ownership and Operations Management on a daily basis to monitor SP performance, address daily operational issues, provide disciplinary actions, conduct on site trainings, enforce company standards, communicate policy changes, and conduct post inspections to ensure professional image and quality services at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for conducting at minimum 10 total site inspections at different worksites on a weekly basis to ensure SP are performing at a high level and following SOPs.
- Work closely with members of the operational team to counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with SPs to deliver high quality service; constantly evaluating service quality and initiating any necessary disciplinary action or on site training in a timely manner.
- Provides support during client start-ups; provides input to Operation Team for assessments, security planning; and contributes to and reviews Post Orders and communicates requirements and changes to affected personnel.
- Communicates and coordinates with Operations Management regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, documentation, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services; meets with Operations Team to discuss customer service, initiatives, personnel matters, and related issues.
- Participates in and coordinates with Management the training, development and retention of high caliber staff; ensures that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
- Responsible for conducting on-the-job training, in coordination with Operations Team of all new employees assigned to any post, or when changes to post orders are made – this may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client specific needs;
- Identify any personnel problems occurring at posts and forward any such issues to Operations Team for action plan. May also be responsible for writing a report of the situation or assisting with an investigation.
- Responsible for counseling or administering disciplinary actions that have been initiated by the Operations Team.
- Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate communication to Operations Team;
- In the event of an abandoned or open post, Field Supervisor is responsible for assisting Operations Team in identifying available qualified personnel to fill the post as quickly as possible and may be needed to “stand post” on an as-needed basis until staff can be arranged.
- Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all current BSIS licenses and ensuring a working knowledge of all posts within his or her regional area of responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements.

- Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Experience in scheduling, security operations or other functions of security industry a plus;
- Ability to write effective and concise reports in neat, legible handwriting is required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software a considerable plus;

- Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player required.

We have an immediate opening for 4 part time Budtenders at our Stockton retail location, Stockton Business Strategies. Budtenders are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all while supporting the day to day operations of a retail dispensary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide and promote exceptional customer service and offer positive resolutions to challenges and complaints from customers
- Generate sales through customer interaction and suggestive selling
- Prevent asset loss through proper zoning and floor awareness
- Effectively perform register transactions without errors or shortages
- Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards
- Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers in a welcoming and friendly manner.

The Role
We planted our first vineyard back in 1981 with a mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends. Since then, we've expanded both our knowledge of viticulture in this unique region as well as our partnerships with some of the finest Growers in Paso Robles. The Grower Relations Admin Assistant, under the direction of the Director of Grower Relations, is responsible for administration and execution of all contracts for sourcing premium wine grapes to fulfill the many varying program needs. The role is critical in guaranteeing JUSTIN's success by planning and ensuring our software systems accurately represent our harvest plans, grapes received and associated payments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage grape contracts, growers and payments for all brands using JD Edwards (JDE) software system
- Code and process invoices and purchase order requests
- Generate contracts from work orders and represent department as liaison with the Legal Department
- Manage harvest related tasks: weigh tag distribution, grower payments
- Manage state assessment reports annually
- Be a supportive resource for our Growers; assist with planning our annual grower events and tastings
- Assist the vineyard department with administrative needs as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with JDE software is a plus but not required. We are looking for someone with a patient, welcoming personality who can manage a multitude of needs for the department. The Opportunity
Our facility in Stockton is preparing to commence cannabis retail delivery. In Q4, this facility will also be launching cultivation and distribution. We are looking for the Facilities General Manager who will ultimately be responsible for overseeing all of these activities. However, you will initially be hands on as the Delivery Manager while you start to implement the larger pieces involved in this role. This is a very hands on role and will involve recruiting, marketing and inventory management as well as general management responsibilities.

Reports to: VP of Operations & Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
- Determine staffing requirements; interview, hire and train new employees with HR assistance.
- Works with senior management team to implement budgets, operating plans, purchasing and cash handling procedures.
- Leads, directs, and manages day to day operations of the delivery facility.
- Provides direct management of other managers and associates in the delivery operation.
- Ensures timely ordering of all products to keep shelves fully stocked.
- Maintains exceptional customer and associate satisfaction and strives for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adequate training is provided to all existing and new employees.
- Strategically manage departments in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
- Ensure functionality of all systems including surveillance and security alarm systems.
- Collaborates with VP of Marketing to increase revenues and attract new members.
- Identify local competitors, conduct ongoing local surveys and market analysis.
- Reviews performance of all managers and associates, authorizing both promotions and dismissals.

- Follows and implements the laws, rules, and procedures from the Bureau of Cannabis Control, the City of Stockton, and Juva.
- Ensures strict compliance to guidelines set forth by California's track and trace reporting system
- Ensures a safe and inviting working environment.
- Manage weekly staffing levels and schedules.
- Fosters a positive relationship with area neighbors and the city of Stockton and engages in community involvement.
- Maintains a favorable relationship with Stockton PD and area politicians.
- Ensure that operations are consistent with Juva’s human resource, IT, corporate policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are up to local, State and Federal codes.
Experience
- 5-7 years’ experience managing teams of over 50
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Proven leadership and people management experience in a distribution or a process driven environment.
- Strong computer skills – particularly with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP and/or equivalent experience with inventory information management systems
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proven ability to lead and provide mentorship to teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated track record in team building and driving operational efficiencies
- Outstanding people skills, organizational skills and a passionate leadership style
