WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Directly monitor remotely via CCTV all dispensary and cultivation locations nationally
- Identifying and monitoring potential geopolitical security risks to the firm’s staff,
facilities and operations nationally including monitoring social media feeds and
developing Jushi relevant threat assessments
- Monitoring CCTV/Alarms health and immediately investigate and follow Standard
- Operation Procedure regarding camera alarms, down alerts, connectivity issues and
view obstructions
- Perform and Monitor scheduled remote patrols throughout all locations
- Monitoring Security Operations Center email and alert systems 24/7 and immediately
engaging response to any and all alerts, alarms, notifications, incident reports,
investigation reports, and requests for surveillance clips and/or screenshots by
authorized parties.
- Report any observable safety concerns for all locations immediately to Security
- Operation Center Manager
- Engage with team and external organizations as to security, emergency preparedness,
emergency response, communications and training
- Executing cross-team collaboration, working closely with all company security and
management to ensure the safety and security of our associates, customers, buildings
and inventory at all times.
- Monitor and maintain notification tools used to inform and activate Crisis Management
- Teams and employees of emergency conditions and scenarios.
- Notify appropriate emergency personnel of any emergency activity, fire, unauthorized
entry.
- Direct and assist emergency personnel in the event of first responder contact
- Strictly follows all Standard Operation Procedure and Emergency Response protocols
- Immediately documents and communicates to necessary management parties of any
and all emergencies and incidents, power outages, weather conditions, criminal acts,
medical emergencies, fire and smoke issues and alarms, and any other incidents as they
arise.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field and/or relevant
certification/training
- Formal training and knowledge in the monitoring of central alarm, access control, and
closed-circuit television systems
- Experience with exacqVision, HIKVision and Avigilon video management systems or
other similar CCTV systems and software.
- Required- 2+ years experience in a Security Operation Center, Emergency Operation
- Center, Command and Control Center, Fusion Center, Casino Security Center, Big Box

This position will regularly inspect and monitor all security devices and report any discrepancies or defective devices to the General Manager and Security Director for immediate repair/replacement. In keeping with the responsibilities of this position, the Security / Check-In agent will have prior security/Intake experience. Security and Check-In agents will meet and greet all customers, checking and confirming their state-issued identification according to company policies, updating records, and assigning the customer to a Customer Consultant. This position will represent the first line of contact for customers and will play an important role in ensuring they feel comfortable, are greeted pleasantly, and provide appropriate answers to introductory questions. This position will also introduce new customers to the Company’s Opt-in Customer Loyalty Program, provide them with information, and assist them with registration as desired. Position Summary:
The Security & Transportation Agent is responsible for the overall security of the cultivation facility and carrying out transportation duties. Security & Transportation Agents are responsible for managing all access points onto the property and into the facility including arrival and departure of employees and visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises; respond to threats accordingly. Will be responsible for safe transportation of medical marijuana product between approved facilities and ensure compliance with all transportation procedures as well as recordkeeping and reporting required by the program rules and regulations.

- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and
- Investigate illegal or suspicious activities; Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
- Operate surveillance equipment to detect suspicious or illegal activities
- Ensure surveillance equipment and alarm systems are in good working order
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Ensure approved visitors are properly identified and recorded and properly escorted while on the premises, escort unapproved visitors from the property when necessary

- Responsible for maintaining full compliance with all applicable laws and rules of the medical marijuana program and Standard Wellness
- Perform vehicle and equipment inspections daily to ensure that transportation operations are seamless
- Works with the Security Manager to assess high-risk areas and assist in developing secure transportation routes to ensure safety of Standard Wellness agents as well as the receiving dispensary
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including deliveries, transfers, and returns, in accordance with standards set by the State and Standard Wellness

Under the supervision of the Director of Security, the Security Agent is responsible for enforcing and carrying out our Security Policies and Procedures for The Boston Garden (“TBG”) while recommending any suggestions to enhance and revise the policies as needed. The Security Agent will need to act as a member of a cohesive team working with other security personnel and the broader staff of the dispensary. The successful candidate must be adept at managing the often-competing demands of customer service and physical security within a busy, regulated, retail environment. In addition, the Security Agent will perform the following duties:
- Monitor the state-of-the-art security systems including alarms, video surveillance, and motion detectors.
- Ensure that only authorized individuals are permitted access to the TBG facility by verifying appropriate ID cards and other forms of identification.
- Ensure all visitors adhere to the correct sign in procedures and protocols.
- Ensure that all customers go through the appropriate intake and registration process.
- Investigate, communicate, and provide leadership in the event of an emergency such as an intrusion, fire, or other threat that jeopardizes customers, authorized visitors, and TBG agents;
- Respond and investigate security situations and alarm calls; clearly document the incident and details surrounding the incident in a written report for the Director of Security;
- Oversee the entrance to the facility and verify the credentials of each person seeking access to the TBG facility;
- Answer routine inquiries;
- Log entries, and maintain visitor log;
- Escort authorized visitors in restricted access areas; and
- Escort TBG agents from the facility during non-business hours and perform security checks at designated intervals.
- Ensure that all video surveillance is functioning appropriately to maintain secure premises and maintain all necessary compliance footage for the Cannabis Control Commission.
- Ensure the secure storage and transfer of cannabis and currency by authorized TBG agents or service providers.
- Ensure that appropriate TBG agents are maintaining correct records and accurate stock keeping of cannabis and currency.
Skills & Qualifications:

The Sanitation & Biosecurity Agent is responsible for all aspects of cleaning the facility. This position will be responsible for supporting and assisting Managers and Shift Leads to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Priorities include biosecurity, waste disposal, and workplace aesthetics.
Work Conditions for Sanitation & Biosecurity Agent: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairs while traveling throughout the building. Essential Responsibilities
- Follow all procedures according to local and state regulations and company policies

- Cleans Cultivation and Lab rooms, including floors and walls.
- Removal of gross contamination, organic material, and debris from the premises or respective structures, via mechanical means like sweeping (dry cleaning) and/or the use of water and soap or detergent (wet cleaning).
- Apply necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove dirt and debris.
- Disinfect surfaces to destroy or eliminate a specific species of infectious microorganism through physical (e.g., light) or chemical (e.g., disinfectant) means using a combination of methods.
- Assists with removal of cannabis waste/ compost while adhering to industry standards and waste disposal procedures set forth by regulatory agencies.
- Removes trash and recycling from building at least daily and as needed.
- Cleans and maintains bathrooms, including restocking dispensers, cleaning mirrors, cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and other fixtures.
- Experience working with hazardous materials and knowledge of proper waste disposal methods.
- Help with building maintenance including replacement of light bulbs.
- Carry out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment, including sweeping and mopping floors in all departments

SECURITY MONITORING AGENT
B/H is setting up a Security Operations Center (SOC) in the Scranton, PA area. The SOC is a 24x7x365 facility enabled to handle security needs and response for Jushi nationally. The SOC is responsible for the management and oversight of national situational awareness including social media monitoring, security operations monitoring and incident and crisis management coordination. For the SOC Monitoring Agent role we are seeking an experienced professional in surveillance systems and emergency response protocol.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Directly monitor remotely via CCTV all dispensary and cultivation locations nationally
- Identifying and monitoring potential geopolitical security risks to the firm’s staff, facilities and operations nationally including monitoring social media feeds and developing Jushi relevant threat assessments
- Monitoring CCTV/Alarms health and immediately investigate and follow Standard Operation Procedure regarding camera alarms, down alerts, connectivity issues and view obstructions
- Perform and Monitor scheduled remote patrols throughout all locations
- Monitoring Security Operations Center email and alert systems 24/7 and immediately engaging response to any and all alerts, alarms, notifications, incident reports, investigation reports, and requests for surveillance clips and/or screenshots by authorized parties.
- Report any observable safety concerns for all locations immediately to Security Operation Center Manager
- Engage with team and external organizations as to security, emergency preparedness, emergency response, communications and training

B/H is setting up a Security Operations Center (SOC) in the Scranton, PA area. The SOC is a 24x7x365 facility enabled to handle security needs and response for Jushi nationally. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Directly monitor remotely via CCTV all dispensary and cultivation locations nationally
- Identifying and monitoring potential geopolitical security risks to the firm’s staff, facilities and operations nationally including monitoring social media feeds and developing Jushi relevant threat assessments

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the facilities and its surrounding for any suspicious activity. Taking note of descriptions of suspicious persons or vehicles and/or involve law enforcement if necessary.

B/H is setting up a Security Operations Center (SOC) in the Scranton, PA area. The SOC is a 24x7x365 facility enabled to handle security needs and response for Jushi nationally. The SOC is responsible for the management and oversight of national situational awareness including social media monitoring, security operations monitoring and incident and crisis management coordination. For the SOC Monitoring Agent role we are seeking an experienced professional in surveillance systems and emergency response protocol.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Directly monitor remotely via CCTV all dispensary and cultivation locations nationally
- Identifying and monitoring potential geopolitical security risks to the firm’s staff, facilities and operations nationally including monitoring social media feeds and developing Jushi relevant threat assessments
- Monitoring CCTV/Alarms health and immediately investigate and follow Standard Operation Procedure regarding camera alarms, down alerts, connectivity issues and view obstructions
- Perform and Monitor scheduled remote patrols throughout all locations
- Monitoring Security Operations Center email and alert systems 24/7 and immediately engaging response to any and all alerts, alarms, notifications, incident reports, investigation reports, and requests for surveillance clips and/or screenshots by authorized parties.
- Report any observable safety concerns for all locations immediately to Security Operation Center Manager
- Engage with team and external organizations as to security, emergency preparedness, emergency response, communications and training
- Executing cross-team collaboration, working closely with all company security and management to ensure the safety and security of our associates, customers, buildings and inventory at all times.
- Monitor and maintain notification tools used to inform and activate Crisis Management Teams and employees of emergency conditions and scenarios.
- Notify appropriate emergency personnel of any emergency activity, fire, unauthorized entry.
- Direct and assist emergency personnel in the event of first responder contact
- Strictly follows all Standard Operation Procedure and Emergency Response protocols

- Required- 2+ years experience in a Security Operation Center, Emergency Operation Center, Command and Control Center, Fusion Center, Casino Security Center, Big Box Asset Protection teams, or similar security and intelligence center operation in a corporate environment

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the facilities and its surrounding for any suspicious activity. Taking note of descriptions of suspicious persons or vehicles and/or involve law enforcement if necessary.
- Monitor immediate area of the exterior of the facility for loitering and address the activity appropriately.
- Ensure that all persons at the facility have the appropriate and required ID credentials mandated by law and of the policies of the facility.
- Assist any customers with entering or exiting the facility if requested or needed.
- Monitor product and cash deliveries as they occur.
- Partner with other staff team members on their concerns of any suspicious behaviors or other risk concerns.
- Monitor the area you are assigned, for any theft concerns.
- Monitor for and assist with any person who may become agitated with any staff member or other customer. Attempt to verbally calm the situation to the best of your ability. As a last resort contact law enforcement.
- When needed or requested walk staff members or customers to their vehicles for safety concerns.

Security Agent
The Security Agent is a full-time position at Franklin (Sussex County) NJ Cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, processing and sale is highly regulated and must operate in a safe and secure environment, fully compliant with all regulatory requirements. In addition to the criteria listed below, security personnel are required to pass a comprehensive background check to qualify for a Registered Marijuana Establishment Agent Card issued by the Cannabis Control Commission. Industry-specific and company policy training will be provided. This position reports to the Director of Security.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain internal and perimeter security
- Inspect and patrol premises regularly
- Monitor all access and egress points on the property

Requirements and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma is required. A degree from a two or four-year college or university; or comparable life experience, is strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in security or a similar role
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the MA Cannabis Control Commission

B/H is setting up a Security Operations Center (SOC) in the Scranton, PA area. The SOC is a 24x7x365 facility enabled to handle security needs and response for Jushi nationally. The SOC is responsible for the management and oversight of national situational awareness including social media monitoring, security operations monitoring and incident and crisis management coordination. For the SOC Monitoring Agent role we are seeking an experienced professional in surveillance systems and emergency response protocol.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly monitor remotely via CCTV all dispensary and cultivation locations nationally
- Identifying and monitoring potential geopolitical security risks to the firm’s staff, facilities and operations nationally including monitoring social media feeds and developing Jushi relevant threat assessments
- Monitoring CCTV/Alarms health and immediately investigate and follow Standard Operation Procedure regarding camera alarms, down alerts, connectivity issues and view obstructions
- Perform and Monitor scheduled remote patrols throughout all locations
- Monitoring Security Operations Center email and alert systems 24/7 and immediately engaging response to any and all alerts, alarms, notifications, incident reports, investigation reports, and requests for surveillance clips and/or screenshots by authorized parties.
- Report any observable safety concerns for all locations immediately to Security Operation Center Manager
- Engage with team and external organizations as to security, emergency preparedness, emergency response, communications and training
- Executing cross-team collaboration, working closely with all company security and management to ensure the safety and security of our associates, customers, buildings and inventory at all times.
- Monitor and maintain notification tools used to inform and activate Crisis Management Teams and employees of emergency conditions and scenarios.
- Notify appropriate emergency personnel of any emergency activity, fire, unauthorized entry.
- Direct and assist emergency personnel in the event of first responder contact
- Strictly follows all Standard Operation Procedure and Emergency Response protocols
- Immediately documents and communicates to necessary management parties of any and all emergencies and incidents, power outages, weather conditions, criminal acts, medical emergencies, fire and smoke issues and alarms, and any other incidents as they arise.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field and/or relevant certification/training
- Formal training and knowledge in the monitoring of central alarm, access control, and closed-circuit television systems
- Experience with exacqVision, HIKVision and Avigilon video management systems or other similar CCTV systems and software.

Security/Transport Agent
This position is responsible for the delivery of all medical cannabis and dispensary intended merchandise. Transportation agent will be responsible for safely and securely transportation of all packages to their destination, while maintaining the highest level of professional behavior. Transportation Agent will be responsible for collecting payment, communicating payment method, and closing out of daily delivery tasks with an administrator. In addition, this position will protect company property as well as employees and visitors from possible criminal activity. This position is responsible for providing security procedures to employees of DCM INC.
Your role in caring for our products:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Security Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor activities on the company's premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure
- Report suspicious activity to local authorities and ensures appropriate staff is notified in a timely manner

Ensure constant contact with General Manager and responds to emergency calls immediately
- Escort vendors and guests entering the building

Assist fire and police officials with safety drills and/or emergency situations
- Monitor CCTV systems for suspicious activity throughout the facility

Provide detailed reports on daily activities and incidents to management
- Contact law enforcement or fire department in the event of an emergency
- After business hours, check doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure
- Investigate reports of suspicious activity on the property
- Reasonably detain persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives
- Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises
- Perform other duties as assigned
Transport Agent responsibilities:

Conduct daily visual inspections of medical cannabis transportation vehicle
- Follow all safety protocols while on site and abide by over the road safety protocol while on routes
- Verify accuracy of METRC manifests and load all deliveries into vehicle according to stop location on Mondays and Thursdays
- Unload and deliver all product boxes and abide by customer protocols while on site at their location
- Collect payments, verify payment method, and communicate to General Manager
- Transport weekly bank deposit to Hagerstown on Wednesdays and bring back supplies from our sister facility in Hagerstown as needed
- Responsible for following all standard operating procedures, operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties
- Maintain up to date, accurate petty cash logs and a clean and organized work vehicle

Maintain vehicle maintenance schedule to include oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, etc.
- Consistently provide open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output

Qualifications we ask you to have:
- For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.

Agent-in Charge (AIC’s) must be employed full-time. AIC’s are responsible for maintaining complete compliance within the dispensary. Must know and enforce all rules/laws/acts and policy guidelines. Understand the entire workings within the store from the front to the back. Understand the destruction process and participate as needed. Knowledgeable of all security requirements, inventory, store opening and closing functions. Participate in scheduled delivery and intake procedures. Be able to assist staff with daily inventory duties and vault activities. Must be the first point of contact for all state regulators and Illinois state police inspections.
