Position Summary:
The Harvest/Packaging Associate will perform all plant harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging at the cultivation facility. Responsibilities include tracking inventory tags, batching, weighing, and recording all data associated with plant material from harvest through packaging in accordance with state regulations and Standard Wellness quality standards. The Harvest/Packaging Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean work space, including, but not limited to, equipment and tools used in the harvest, trim, drying, and curing processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow the production plan for harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, and packaging by floating between necessary departments at the direction of the Harvest/Packaging Manager
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic tracking system
- Trim dried product using a trimming machine and fine trim by hand, ensuring an aesthetically appealing, high quality product
- Execute packaging and labeling tasks, including documentation and inventory control procedures, in accordance with state regulations

Position Summary:
The Security & Transportation Agent is responsible for the overall security of the cultivation facility and carrying out transportation duties. Security & Transportation Agents are responsible for managing all access points onto the property and into the facility including arrival and departure of employees and visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises; respond to threats accordingly. ROLE SUMMARY
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing all maintenance and repair activities to machinery, equipment and facility. Performs a variety of maintenance functions in and around the facility, which includes providing routine, emergency, and scheduled maintenance to the building and associated equipment. The Facility Maintenance Technician will perform manual tasks, preventive maintenance and maintains facility in top condition, while assisting others on the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor common areas of the facility keeping them safe and clean from construction debris, garbage and waste inside the facility, yard and parking lots
- Coordinate with management to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance of all AC units and dehumidifiers through the facility
- Inspect, repair machinery and replace or install equipment such as fans, dehumidifiers, railings, lights, drives, doors, ramps and etcetera.
- Keep records on preventive maintenance of all equipment
- Monitor and service ventilation equipment.
- Arrange, assemble, install, and maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Utilize, maintain and repair power tools and mobile equipment.
- Conduct daily visual Inspections inside and outside of the facility
- Basic plumbing repairs such as plugged sewer lines, urinals, commodes, faucets and water valve.
- Assist with the operation and arrangement of sanitation area when needed.
- Reports damages, defects and other issues to the Maintenance Manager.
- Inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure company standards and safety regulations are being maintained.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in cultivation and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses cultivation processing equipment and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Standard Wellness is seeking a Director of Cultivation to oversee our multi-state operations in medical cannabis cultivation. This is a full-time, exempt position with health benefits, 401(k), and PTO.
Position Summary:
The Director of Cultivation is responsible for overseeing design and expansion efforts and the operations of cultivation activities for multiple location in accordance with state laws and regulations and standards set by Standard Wellness. Will be proficient in all aspects of cultivation from propagation and mothering to flower, specifically with greenhouse and indoor grow strategies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensures overall plant health by watering, fertilizing, and pruning according to industry best practices at all facilities.

Implements and oversees all SOPs for cultivation, from propagation to harvest
- Coordinates with the post-harvest team for harvest and curing operations
- Monitors plants throughout the grow process for disease and pest infestations; schedules and orders biological pest controls

Oversee all cultivation managers and their team schedules, decision making, problems, etc.
- Ensures proper documentation of plants from germination to harvest, including tracking, lot numbers, and application of any product applied to any plant within the cultivation facility
- Ensures compliance with all electronic inventory requirements in METRC and Leaf Logix; coordinates with Inventory Control for proper tagging of plants
- Follows all General Agricultural Practices, General Handling Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Plans and coordinates schedules for cutting, cloning, transplanting, vegetative, and flowering cycles
- Schedules and monitors preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance of the facility

Position Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will assist with the production of high-quality cannabis extracts along with cleaning and maintaining laboratory and equipment, recording and entering data, and associated tasks. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the consistent, sanitary and safe production of cannabis extracts and infused products utilizing company policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced in compliance with State of Utah medical marijuana laws and legislation. The individual has the responsibility of extracting, refining, and purifying cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis plant material into a concentrated form using solvents and solvent processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for the daily operation of the lab and fully comply with state laws and regulations
- Perform stripping, grinding, and decarboxylation of cannabis materials
- Perform CO2 and butane extraction of cannabis materials
- Perform post-extraction processes, including wax removal, solvent recovery, wiped film distillation, and mixing for vape pens
- Production of infused products including, but not limited to, gummies and patches
- Assist with the creation of batch production records and maintain a detailed log of procedures and results
