GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Inventory Clerk is responsible for assisting with accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory of cannabis and ancillary products within the dispensary. Ensure all products are not expired and products are properly packaged are not damaged or leaking. Will work inside the vault room to pick orders from within the dispensary and will prepare on-line express reservations for pickup.
SUPERVISED BY: Dispensary Manager
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a busy cannabis dispensary. Will be in almost constant contact both staff and patients. Work can be fast paced and may include dealing with multiple individuals. Must be available to work varied hours and/or days, including nights, weekends, holidays, or possibly city events.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Pick and prepare orders for sale within the dispensary.
- Conduct daily reconciliation of dispensary cannabis inventories.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Cashier Staff greets patients at check-in/checkout, confirms products purchased, assists in placing orders, and completes the sale via cash or card with an unambiguous attention to detail.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a busy medical cannabis center. The dispensary area can be loud due to lots of people, ventilation fans, etc. Will be in almost constant contact with patients and co-workers. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

Dispensary Security Officer
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for maintaining safety and security of cannabis dispensary for patients, employees, and visitors.
SUPERVISED BY: On-Site Dispensary Manager and Director of Security
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a busy cannabis dispensary monitoring the administrative office area, dispensary area, and other areas of the facility as needed. Will be in almost constant contact with both staff, patients and individuals from the public. Will check in eligible patients or caregivers and allow access inside the dispensary. Work can be stressful and may include dealing with consumers, outside vendors/contractors, and law enforcement. Must be available to work varied hours and/or days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Scan all cards for authenticity and verify eligibility in order to access dispensary.
- Greet everyone at the door with a welcoming and enthusiastic manner.
- Monitor surveillance cameras at control desk.
- Must keep current with the dispensary flow & product locations.
- Utilize radio for communications.
- Monitor suspicious activity and report all findings to supervisor.
- Patrol areas of the dispensary (indoors and out).

Prior law enforcement experience a plus, but not required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Hardworking, persistent, and dependable. Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
