Position Summary/Objective
The Assistant Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory across multiple dispensary locations throughout the company's cannabis dispensary locations in Maryland and Ohio. This position will work closely with the retail and production teams, ensuring that inventory tasks and functions are properly completed at each location as well as with the Supply Chain Manager for monitoring compliance and usage of menu system Dutchie and seed-to-sale tracking system Metrc and LeafLogix. Managing these systems is extremely critical to our dispensary inventories and the success of our company. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and has demonstrated leadership experience, as he or she will be given responsibility over the inventory management of our business to deliver a best-in-class and innovative cannabis retail experience. Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required; however, all candidates should have some familiarity and comfortability with cannabis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliant and accurate inventories for up to five dispensary locations
- Assist with the purchasing of cannabis products
- Ensure inventory tasks and functions are properly completed at each location
- Work closely with the site Fulfillment Specialists on training (procedures and systems),
compliance, inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), issue resolution, and support with
systems as needed (Metrc and LeafLogix, Dutchie, etc.)
- In conjunction with the Supply Chain Manager, align and delegate inventory tasks and
responsibilities to Fulfillment Specialists
- Support with scheduling deliveries to our dispensaries from our grow facility and from other 3rd
party grower-processors as needed
- Work collaboratively with compliance, security, and transportation leadership regarding
compliance, loss prevention, security, and logistics on all mutual issues and in prioritization of
needs
- Build processes with the Supply Chain Manager for monitoring compliance and usage of Dutchie
menu, Metrc, and LeafLogix
- Work together with dispensary management to address Fulfillment Specialist performance or
other employee-related issues
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies, standards, values, and procedures
- Weekly travel to dispensary locations will be required, with daily visits needed at times,
depending on issues. This role will also require trips to our Grower/Processor facility. Total
travel to the MD & OH area is estimated to be up to 30-45% of time. This role will be remote
outside of necessary travel.

Qualifications
Education:
College degree strongly preferred
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of inventory management experience; preferably in a retail dispensary
- Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating
procedures and management and employee training programs

- Manages the Inventory team, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action with support of the Store Manager
- Performs regular cycle counts, internal audit, and reconciliation processes
- Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and OMMU regulations
- Performs retail order fulfillment with the vault
- Coordinates closely with Retail team to ensure accuracy of item availability
- Reports when items are low on stock and/or sold out to drive sales
- Maintains website compliance and proper testing input
- Coordinates with Asset Protection to ensure compliant disposal of waste
Qualifications & Skills

Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager-Inventory is responsible for ensuring effective operations of the dispensary by overseeing and directing day-to-day operations. Assistant Manager specializes in implementing and maintaining effective inventory management and maintaining a thorough understanding of the Dispensary’s compliance policies, intake process, and retail procedures. Trains employees on inventory processes and policies and supports and covers retail sales as needed. Honors and represents the mission, vision, values of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe and Q’anápsu Cannabis Dispensary.

- Works with cross-divisional teams to help build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plans
- Supports General Manager in implementing store programs by working directly with the store’s team to execute action plans that meet operational and organizational objective

- Monitors customer satisfaction and quality assurance; reports problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to General Manager.
- Improves staff effectiveness by tracking employee performance and assisting General Manager with feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals; recommends training for staff to General Manager.
- Oversees all product intake and processing, ensuring accurate tracking per policies and accounting protocols.
- Masters and maintains ability to operate POS system and its reporting function, execute sales, make product suggestions, and coach staff in such tasks.
- Ensures compliance with handing, storing, selling, and tracking of products.
- Implements and maintains effective inventory organization ensuring a “best practice” approach to inventory control.
- Adheres to FIFO standards and ensures product quality at all times.
- Conducts regular audits and adjusts discrepancies as appropriate; verifies accuracy of inventory counts, compliance, and quality checks during intake.
- Develops reporting process to ensure optimal inventory storage and control; implements processes to reduce costs; manages inventory calendar.
- Reviews reconciliation requests and responds appropriately.
- Facilitates and tracks vendor returns.
- Stores and updates Vendor Intake Forms, tracking data and reporting monthly.
- Maintains “back of house” areas including intake room, product vault, and storage.
- Manages and documents product waste; communicates loss with vendors; and escalates concerns to General Manager.
- Monitors industry and product trends, recommending discontinuance of products as appropriate.
- Drives merchandise strategy, including promotions and pricing, through review of inventory levels.

Position Summary/Objective
The Assistant Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory across multiple
dispensary locations throughout the company's cannabis dispensary locations in Maryland and Ohio. This
position will work closely with the retail and production teams, ensuring that inventory tasks and functions
are properly completed at each location as well as with the Supply Chain Manager for monitoring compliance
and usage of menu system Dutchie and seed-to-sale tracking system Metrc and LeafLogix. Managing these
systems is extremely critical to our dispensary inventories and the success of our company. We are building a

Responsibilities
- Maintain compliant and accurate inventories for up to five dispensary locations
- Assist with the purchasing of cannabis products
- Ensure inventory tasks and functions are properly completed at each location
- Work closely with the site Fulfillment Specialists on training (procedures and systems),
systems as needed (Metrc and LeafLogix, Dutchie, etc.)
- In conjunction with the Supply Chain Manager, align and delegate inventory tasks and

Position Summary

This individual must be very detailed oriented to keep track of both incoming and outgoing daily inventory. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages counts of all inventory in all locations cyclically.
· Researches and manages discrepancy corrections as they occur.
· Accurately counts and records inventory including simple packaged inventory and bulk inventory
· Partners with the Purchasing Department to ensure appropriate inventory of products
· Assist in managing and executes physical inventory counts in both locations:
· Schedules appropriate staffing
· Ensures METRC software is updated monthly with corrected inventory levels

· Assist the teams through technological updates and changes (ie: METRC, software updates, etc.)

Job Summary
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with standards set by the state and Ayr Wellness. Provides support for all I/I/I staff, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for production, supplies tracking, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Ayr Wellness.
Duties and Responsibilities
Agent Support and Management
- Manages Irrigation/Inventory/IPM staff, schedules, pest management processes, plant tracking system inventory, and all things fertigation.
- Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with responding to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with delegating tasks to I.I.I. agents to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with coordinating with the upper management team to ensure that accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff.
- Provides mentorship to all subordinates regarding pest management practices, fertigation, inventory, crop production, semi-annual reviews, discipline, and internal promotions.
Irrigation Management
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with the fertilizer program, maintaining appropriate stock nutrient levels, batches, and dialing in recipes as needed.
- Manages and coordinates all fertilizer mixing, feeding schedules, and irrigation rates and maintains ownership of the accuracy of all fertilizer feeds going to the plants.
- Monitors irrigation events to achieve proper saturation, runoff, and drybacks using best crop steering practices.
- Ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with standards set by the state and Ayr Wellness.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with planning, delegating, and overseeing department productivity by ensuring that the proper tasks are executed and that the environmental conditions support the cultivation of superior quality product in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Ayr Wellness
- Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all fertilizers, measuring/monitoring tools, and other supplies.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager in the maintenance, sanitation, and documentation of all horticulture equipment
- Assists the Cultivation Manager in monitoring and maintaining proper environmental conditions and irrigation conditions for crop production, adjusting needed equipment or software to maintain proper standard lifecycle conditions
Plant Tracking System Inventory
- Maintains accuracy of plant tracking systems by performing all functions in Leaf Logix and Metrc, including making tags, plant destructions, plant moves, adding clones, scanning rooms, etc.
- Trains and supervises subordinates on proper plant move practices and verifies accuracy after each plant move.
- Performs regular compliance checks to ensure standards are being met with tagging, plant destructions, logging waste, and tracking plants and clones.
- Facilitates monthly Metrc audit, locates missing plants, solves outstanding Metrc issues, and verifies that all discrepancies have been corrected.
IPM
- Performs daily inspection of plants and utilizes scouting log for awareness of plant health, pests, disease pressure, or other issues.
- Trains and educates employees on proper IPM practices, foliar sprays, and BCA usage in compliance with state regulations.
- Educates the staff on pest issues such as powdery mildew, botrytis, insect pressure, and plant diseases and how to treat them.
- Responsible for training employees on proper maintenance and care of all IPM equipment- sprayers, microscopes, chemical equipment, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring employees are handling chemicals responsibly and wearing any required PPE.
Reports and Documentation
- Assists the Cultivation Manager with maintaining accurate records, including employee records, fertigation logs and reports, foliar spray records, and monthly audit sheets in accordance with state regulation and standards set by Ayr Wellness.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager in maintaining accurate documentation on compliance software Metrc. Responsible for training and supervising other Managers on using this software.
- Assists the Cultivation Manager in maintaining accurate documentation on compliance software LeafLogix. Train and supervisor other Cultivators on using this software.
- Keep up-to-date on state laws and regulations pertaining to any EPA registered pesticide and Department of Health growing and operating policies.
Additional Duties as Required
Qualifications

- Two years of experience in a position with managerial responsibilities.

DeliverMD is an established, fast-growing cannabis delivery and distribution company based in Oakland, California. We’re looking for an ambitious, meticulous, motivated Inventory Representative to join our growing team of dedicated cannabis enthusiasts!
The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to work independently and, in a team, setting to provide exceptional, organizational results with our day-to-day inventory. This individual must be very detailed oriented to keep track of both incoming and outgoing daily inventory. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. Candidates must reside in the Oakland or surrounding areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages counts of all inventory in all locations cyclically.
· Researches and manages discrepancy corrections as they occur.
· Accurately counts and records inventory including simple packaged inventory and bulk inventory
· Partners with the Purchasing Department to ensure appropriate inventory of products
· Assist in managing and executes physical inventory counts in both locations:
· Schedules appropriate staffing
· Ensures METRC software is updated monthly with corrected inventory levels
· Acts as a communication point for “METRC” to ensure company communications and error reporting are timely and appropriate.
· Assist the teams through technological updates and changes (ie: METRC, software updates, etc.)
· Research and corrects items that have incorrect quantities by reversing the error that caused the discrepancy when possible, rather than simply editing the quantity; keep detailed notes on adjustments being made and record them in the adjustment when possible
· Isolates specific items or product categories with high shrinkage rates and reports findings to Director of Operation
· Records errors found in software, and reports errors to the Accounting Team to ensure the resolution
· Manage and direct the daily activities of assigned staff and functions, including:
· Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the processing department efficiently and effectively.
· Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.

The main function of the Inventory Manager/ Assistant Manager position is to directly assist the Provisioning Center Manager (PCM) with managing and controlling Inventory and the day to day operations of the Provisioning Center according to standard operating procedures and business practices. Responsibilities include: opening and closing the store, Maintaining accurate inventory using several different processes and determining the cause of any inaccuracies. Data entry and product tracking through the product lifecycle with a high degree of accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist PCM with all functions associated with the oversight of provisioning center
- Complete responsibility for all inbound and internal facility inventory transactions
- Manage secure transportation for all METRC items
- Manage and supervise the activities of staff, and make recommendations or decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees
- Account for all product receipt of goods, ensuring receipt information is updated in the ERP and METRC systems
- Auditing the physical inventory to ensure that the inventory aligns precisely with system inventory numbers and locations for all applicable systems
- Coordinate and conduct cycle and inventory evaluation and verification procedures for all locations
- Research inventory out of balance situations and adjustments; implement controls to reduce adjustments
- Create discrepancy reporting to provide the quantity and value of lost or missing inventory for ERP and METRC systems, and report to appropriate Management
- Make approved adjustments to the systems when required
- Communicate with manufacturing, purchasing teams and other departments as needed to research discrepancies
- Train staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all products, and best practices for personnel
- Assist in ensuring the provisioning center’s compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS

The Assistant State Inventory Manager position is responsible for the direct oversight and accurateness of all state-wide inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. The Position
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) motivates and organizes our team of Customer Associates while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, product quality, security & compliance within the store. Position Summary/Objective
The Assistant Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory across multiple dispensary locations throughout the company’s cannabis dispensary locations in Pennsylvania. This position will work closely with the retail and production teams, ensuring that inventory tasks and functions are properly completed at each location as well as with the Supply Chain Manager for monitoring compliance and usage of menu system Dutchie and seed-to-sale tracking system MJ Freeway. Responsibilities

ROLE:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for the day-to-day inventory management for our dispensaries and cultivation sites, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained at all times. The Inventory Manager position is responsible for the direct oversight of all inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Inventory Operations:

Position Summary/Objective
The Assistant Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory across multiple dispensary locations throughout the company’s cannabis dispensary locations in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
· Maintain compliant and accurate inventories for up to five dispensary locations

· Work closely with the site Fulfillment Specialists on training (procedures and systems), compliance, inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), issue resolution, and support with systems as needed (MJ Freeway, Dutchie, etc.)

Smoakland is seeking a hands-on Inventory Assistant Manager to assist in the supervision, storing and distribution of products and supplies. This individual will be responsible for the supervision and optimization of all daily inventory and distribution operations, which will include order management, inventory control, product storage/rotation, receiving operations, logistics and warehouse special assignments. The Inventory Assistant Manager will have a keen eye for quality, detail and numbers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to work independently and in a team setting to provide exceptional, organizational results with our day to day inventory. This individual must be very detailed oriented to keep track of both incoming and outgoing daily inventory. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. Candidates must reside in the Oakland or surrounding areas
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the selection, delivery and receipt of inventory
- Oversee timely delivery and payment of products
- Product quality control and following proper waste procedures
- Timely ordering of products
- Ensuring Limited Access to Premise of Inventory Dept.
- Monitor inventory thresholds and communicate to purchasing and distribution
- Inventory Intake and Location tagging
- Organizing and keeping track of inventory (Cannabis Goods and Non-cannabis goods)
- Logging inventory into Inventory Management System
- Entering purchase orders (PO) for vendors into POS system
- Performing continuous inventory Audits
- Maintaining (and vetting) vendor and supplier relations
- Protecting the brand and appearance of product
- Maintaining Environmental Consistency
- Understanding storage requirements for various products
- Theft prevention from precise record keeping
- Receiving inventory from Vendors
Qualifications: 2+ years of inventory experience in high-volume environment
Must have METRC experience
2+ years of experience for the following:
using Excel at an advanced level, and Cycle Counting
