This individual must be very detailed oriented to keep track of both incoming and outgoing daily inventory. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages counts of all inventory in all locations cyclically.
· Researches and manages discrepancy corrections as they occur.
· Accurately counts and records inventory including simple packaged inventory and bulk inventory
· Partners with the Purchasing Department to ensure appropriate inventory of products
· Assist in managing and executes physical inventory counts in both locations:
· Schedules appropriate staffing
· Ensures METRC software is updated monthly with corrected inventory levels
· Acts as a communication point for “METRC” to ensure company communications and error reporting are timely and appropriate.
· Assist the teams through technological updates and changes (ie: METRC, software updates, etc.)
· Research and corrects items that have incorrect quantities by reversing the error that caused the discrepancy when possible, rather than simply editing the quantity; keep detailed notes on adjustments being made and record them in the adjustment when possible
· Isolates specific items or product categories with high shrinkage rates and reports findings to Director of Operation
· Records errors found in software, and reports errors to the Accounting Team to ensure the resolution
· Manage and direct the daily activities of assigned staff and functions, including:
· Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the processing department efficiently and effectively.
· Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and support DeliverMD mission and values
- Support our CEO in the cohesive and consistent execution of our brand identity and messaging
- Manage and oversee the execution of content strategies for social, e-marketing and digital platforms and oversight of social & digital marketing coordinators
- Manage and expand digital marketing strategies (e.g. programmatic advertising, brand awareness promotions, and smart social media strategies)
- Create, execute, and relay effectiveness to Stake Holders a clear and concise yearly marketing budget plan
- Leverage copywriting skills to turn complex cannabis product information into digestible and clear value propositions and marketing messages that drive purchase
- Track the evolution of campaigns and manage customer data to develop targeting, testing different data models to optimize for performance.
- Leverage quantitative marketing analysis and sales reports to understand brand/product performance and to influence marketing strategies and manage advanced campaign segmentation and optimization
- Develop a weekly and monthly reporting cadence that demonstrates the full-funnel impact of content initiatives
- Establish automated reporting and optimization processes
- Establish and execute marketing plans including retail (flyers, product menus, weedmaps), digital (e.g., site, email, text, social, video) and external/media planning (advertising, events, activations, tradeshows)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Comfort and ease utilizing digital software and services, e.g. Mailchimp, POS, Blaze, Weedmaps, social media platforms, SMS text services, etc.
- Ability to pull and analyze / slice and dice data from various sources and databases for effective marketing and increasing revenue

Job Description:
The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. This team is tasked with daily operations such as launching drivers, devising load balanced driver routes, vehicle maintenance, and reporting daily/weekly/monthly targets. Job Description:
The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate and support DeliverMD mission and values

The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to work independently and in a team setting to provide exceptional, organizational results with our day to day inventory. This individual must be very detailed oriented to keep track of both incoming and outgoing daily inventory. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages counts of all inventory in all locations cyclically.
· Researches and manages discrepancy corrections as they occur.
· Accurately counts and records inventory including simple packaged inventory and bulk inventory
· Partners with the Purchasing Department to ensure appropriate inventory of products
· Manages and executes physical inventory counts in both locations:
· Schedules appropriate staffing
· Ensures METRC software is updated monthly with corrected inventory levels
· Acts as a communication point for “METRC” to ensure company communications and error reporting are timely and appropriate.
· Manages teams through technological updates and changes (ie: METRC, software updates, etc.)
· Drafts SOPs for multi-team use to ensure inventory best practices
· Research and corrects items that have incorrect quantities by reversing the error that caused the discrepancy when possible, rather than simply editing the quantity; keep detailed notes on adjustments being made and record them in the adjustment when possible
· Isolates specific items or product categories with high shrinkage rates and reports findings to Director of Operation
· Records errors found in software, and reports errors to the Accounting Team to ensure the resolution
· Manage and direct the daily activities of assigned staff and functions, including:
· Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the processing department efficiently and effectively.
· Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
· Completes annual reviews for staff and is a coaching voice to staff; counsels and follows disciplinary procedures when needed.
· Recommends hiring, performance, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.

Job Description:
The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. This team is tasked with daily operations such as launching drivers, devising load balanced driver routes, vehicle maintenance, and reporting daily/weekly/monthly targets. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the AM manager with all daily tasks, planning and reporting. - Devising driver routes and ensuring coverage in all geographies. In the event of a driver call out, calling off duty drivers in will be required

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Builds and maintains a departmental structure, operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Co-directs the functions of budgeting, accounting, and reporting, financial counseling of leadership team to appraise operating results in terms of costs, budget, operating policies, trends and increased profit opportunities. Analyze revenue, profit and cash flow opportunities for the business and recommend actions
- Ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action
- Hold staff rigorously accountable for achieving their objectives
- Evaluate organizational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Oversee daily operations of the organization and the work of employees
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Leadership and Management
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings, supervisions, and training to motivate staff for success, promote team building, create professional and technical skill development, and establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MS/MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience as Director of Operations or relevant role
- Proven track record of strategic planning and driving revenue
- Experience overseeing daily operations of a business
- Experience creating and refining processes for a high-growth company
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities; developing and implementing,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fiscal management policies, analyzing data, making sound recommendations and adopting effective causes of action
- Working persuasively and tactfully with supervisors and employees
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Experience building teams and hiring/dismissing
- Excited about joining a startup culture and opportunity to shape the direction of an emerging industry
- Experience within the cannabis industry and/or trade associations strongly preferred
