The Delivery Specialist must pass a preliminary background check and a level two background check. A company vehicle will be provided.
The Responsibilities
Transport product between Lume. Cannabis Co. facilities and customer residence
Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained in a timely manner
Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner
Meet/exceed delivery targets and be detailed to ensure accuracy of items being delivered
Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures, following DOT regulations and safety standards
Stay up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service

- Assist and support staff training in accordance with company and state requirements across all locations in the responsible region, as well as assist other regional managers where applicable.
- Regularly communicate with and update corporate leadership on dispensary matters
- Regularly communicate with the marketing department to manage community engagement, store promotions and events, and customer communication across a wide range of platforms.
- Manage, communicate, and meet staffing needs for the responsible region.
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of the dispensary team to include delegating tasks and workflow
- Oversee scheduling and staffing
- Oversee the hiring, discipline, termination, and advancement of dispensary employees and conduct regular performance reviews
- Manage and inspire internal staff to provide the highest level of customer service
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Ensure the dispensary remains compliant with all regulations and lead the team and facility through inspections without violation
- Work with cultivators to procure an adequate supply of high-quality medical cannabis

Requirements
- Familiarity with Maryland Cannabis Program rules and regulations regarding dispensary management.
- Ability to acquire a state credential by passing the required background check and any other requirement listed.

Assistant General Manager - Inventory

As a Dispensary Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dispensary. Including; leading and developing a talented team, HR administration, establishing strong relationship with cultivation representatives, inventory control, and customer service, while staying compliant with all state rules and regulations. The Dispensary Leader will also communicate with all levels of the organization to help refine and implement standard operating procedures. Ideal candidates should have a passion for medical cannabis, HR/Operations experience, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in refining and implementing best operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Assist in managing, supervising and directing the activities of the dispensary team
- Maintain inventory processes according to both State Regulation and Company best practices plan
- Conduct daily inventory audits and investigate and reconcile any discrepancies
- Safeguard against loss and minimize shrinkage
- Inventory receipt management
- Management of CRM software responsibilities
- Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer experience
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both the patients and employees
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and genetics in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the current medical cannabis law and regulations, and any changes impending to disseminate info to staff and customers
- Provide education for staff about medical cannabis strains, edibles concentrate and consumption mechanisms
- Serve as a liaison to the local community
- Assist the GM to oversee and manage quality product inventory and conduct inventory audits as needed
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Proficiency in point of sale & state tracking
- Ensure the dispensary remains compliant with security, inventory and local and state regulations including effectively leading state inspectors through the facility
- Maintain records for all necessary documents: delivery and inventory manifests, inventory counts, necessary employee and patient/customer information, destruction reports, etc.
- Assist the GM to work with cultivators to negotiate and procure an adequate supply of high quality products
Qualifications
- 3+ years management/leadership experience required
- Retail and/or cannabis industry experience preferred
- People management experience required
- Proficiency with computers
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

The Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing the packaging department in assembling, packaging, and preparing our products for delivery to licensed dispensaries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee assembly and packaging of products and managing personnel.
- Delegate responsibilities and train personnel on standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Weigh, assemble, and package products according to SOP.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize equipment and workspace.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to industry and company specifications.
- Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials.
- Ensure that production schedules are met with deadlines.
- Coordinate operations and schedules of personnel.
- Interview, hire, and train personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous management/supervisory experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Must be able to follow SOP.
- Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
- Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 year(s) of management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Operations or performance improvement skill sets preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, and/or warehouse is a plus.
