Grow Technician provides daily care of medical marijuana plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing the plants. Job Summary
As the Inventory Manager, this position is responsible for managing the accuracy and efficiency of all operational inventory and Compliance. Summary/objective
The Purchasing Specialist is accountable for the planning, inventory management, and procurement for all departments at Total Health Collective. JOB OVERVIEW
The Cannabis Extraction Technician supports the preparation and execution of the extraction process. The Technician will assist in the formulation of approved cannabis products. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, efficacy and efficiency of the manufacturing processes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Performing duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
- Carrying out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that also complies with FDA GMPs, OSHA regulations and company SOPs.
- Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all products meet or exceed company’s specifications and customers’ expectations. Such quality assurance work shall include but not be limited to:
- Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking
- Running tests on analytical equipment
- Work with 3rd party laboratory on sample gathering and reporting.
- Continually striving to improve company’s processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Support new product and process development; work with R & D Department.
- Monitoring and managing lab and processing equipment supplies and inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least one to three years of applicable medical cannabis or related extraction and formulating with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.
· Experience with closed loop BHO (butane) systems and ethanol extraction preferred; including large scale production of batters, terp sugars, crumble, live resin, crude and shatter.

The Director of Cultivation is responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation employees; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, rules, regulations, policies and procedures are followed, and that cultivation production goals) are met. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, maintaining facility compliance, and cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Oversee the creation and implementation of all cultivation operations, plans, policies, and procedures- including propagation, plant care, integrated pest management (IPM), health and safety operations, harvest, and post-harvest
· Create and implement best practices for plant health and care
· Monitor our cultivation operations and ensure compliance with all state statutes, regulations, bulletins, emergency rules and company policies and procedures
· Develop effective natural integrated pest/disease control with STRICT adherence to all state compliance and environmental safety regulations
· Establish system and chain of command to collect, analyze, and maintain data on cultivation operations to aid strategic planning and operational decisions
· Manage the cultivation team responsible for all plants in a controlled environment
· Direct the daily tasks of the cultivation team members and organizes workflow by assigning tasks and responsibilities in partnership with the Director of Operations
· Oversee the Irrigation/IPM Lead Technician and Harvest Manager
· Identify mother plants to create reliable and consistent strains
· Ensure our climate control systems and irrigation systems are functioning properly
· Manage our crop rotation schedule, including making decisions on when batches will be moved between the cloning rooms, vegetative and flower rooms
· Establish a proper pruning schedule
· Cataloging and analyzing each individual strain from clone to flower to harvesting
· Cloning and manage vegetation with at least a 90% success rate
· Execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc
· Determine harvest times and oversee harvest
· Create complete facility compliance plan with periodic internal audits to ensure state and environmental safety regulations are met
· Create and lead training program for all cultivation personnel on plant propagation, plant care, plant harvest, post-harvest, and compliance
· Select, install, and train staff on the operation of the cultivation facility’s automated tools: including grow room temperature controls, lighting, watering systems, and other infrastructure
· Monitor climate equipment and data – repair, adjust, and maintain as necessary to ensure proper functionality
· Develop inspection process to identify maintenance and repair needs
· Create inventory management system and budget for all facility supplies
· Develop comprehensive staffing plan then participate with managers to hire, train, and supervise staff (includes scheduling, oversight, training, and annual performance reviews)
· Create and oversee the cultivation budgets and accounts
· Engaging in all aspects of micropropagation via tissue culture operations and cannabis breeding
· Coordinate with staff on expenses and budget balances, forecast future expenses, and create budgets for the cultivation operation
· Coordinate with ownership, retail, and management interests with regard to production scheduling
· Create systems and reporting to ownership for all relevant production information
· Ensure daily compliance with all state statutes, regulations, bulletins, emergency rules and company policies and procedures
· Overseeing the proper destruction and disposal of cannabis waste
· Maintain the climate control, irrigation and other systems to provide optimal growing environment.
· Responsible for effectuating the movement of plants between the clone rooms, vegetative rooms and flowering rooms
· Developing the strategy to exclude pathogens and pests, implementing that strategy, regularly evaluating our plants for signs of infestation and remediating problems when they arise.
· Ensure employees are meeting strict sanitation guidelines
· Properly record all activity related to the planting, cultivating, harvesting, testing, transferring, processing, and selling of marijuana items required to be tracked in METRC
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Michigan driver’s license or state ID card
· 21 years of age or older
· Pass all required background checks
· Bachelor or Masters degree in plant science, botany or related field
· Growing for more than 5 years preferred
· At least 2 years of commercial grow experience as a Master Grower preferred

The main function of the Inventory Manager/ Assistant Manager position is to directly assist the Provisioning Center Manager (PCM) with managing and controlling Inventory and the day to day operations of the Provisioning Center according to standard operating procedures and business practices. The Patient Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. Summary/objective
The Staff Accountant will work with the Controller and Finance Team to prepare and maintain financial records to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. This role will include cost accounting responsibilities for agriculture and industrial processing operations. As part of a growing operation, this employee will have opportunities to expand scope and assist in other accounting functions such as added responsibilities regarding Essential Functions, overseeing consolidated reporting, ownership of accounting mappings and allocations, and reconciliations. JOB OVERVEW:
Cannabis Grower provides daily care of marijuana plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing the plants. During the cultivation process, the Grower will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes pruning, trimming, watering and providing nutrients while constantly monitoring plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation. This is a labor- intensive position that requires attention to detail and self-accountability.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES;
- Daily care of marijuana plants, including potting, watering, pruning, harvesting, trimming and inspecting the plants.
- De-leafing and harvesting marijuana plants, including hanging, curing and drying the plants.
- Topping and pruning vegetative plants
- Maintaining sanitation of tools and person
- Cleaning tables, mopping floors
- Scouting for and reporting any pests and pathogens
- Destruction and disposal of cannabis waste
- Working at a fast pace under warm cultivation lights
- Accurate and detailed recording of job duties
- Willingness to continue to learn best practices of medical/recreational marijuana cultivation with a strong interest in horticulture, agriculture and greenhouse operating systems.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; legal and company regulations, security protocols, access protocols, dress code and work schedules
