Position Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Manager – Full Time
Seeking leaders for a one-of-a-kind opportunity in Bradley's newest dispensary.

The Inventory Manager (IM) will be responsible for the quality of products kept on hand and maintaining accurate records of said products. In conjunction with the General Manager (GM), the IM will closely monitor sales figures and customer preferences and maintain adequate inventory on hand to meet projected customer demand. The IM will be responsible for placing and tracking orders of any products the dispensary needs and alerting the other departments of expected shipments and contents. This position will be intimately familiar with the Company’s POS system and the State’s verification system and be responsible for training all agents in all inventory control procedures. This position will also work with the GM or their delegates to ensure POS and end-of-day inventory reports match confirmed inventory levels and work to identify/resolve any discrepancies that occur. Additional duties include responsibility for securing and scheduling all inventory that will be transported for the dispensary by a third-party transporting organization to another cannabis dispensing organization or a cannabis testing facility. Job Summary
As a Retail Inventory Manager, you will perform detailed receiving, auditing, replenishing and destruction procedures as outlined by company policy and state regulation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product received is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory with METRC and POS system to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions of the POS and scales are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized vault area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and inventory desk
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations

Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing all inventory at Reverie 73’s Lowell, MA retail store, and communicating with the Procurement Manager regarding product issues and upcoming needs. The Inventory Manager will assist in accepting all incoming deliveries, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and tracking expiring products.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Send weekly on-hand inventory totals to GM every Monday.
- Perform audits on all products and accessories to determine which orders need to be placed from week to week.
- Perform audits on all flower, place orders with Procurement and communicate upcoming needs to ensure Procurement is adequately prepared.
- Manage and maintain relationships with new and current vendors.
- Communicate and educate store managers and retail sales associates on new products or changes to existing products.

- Accept manifested transfers of product to ensure product on-hand is accurate within METRC, create product profiles for products, and enter product quantities into inventory system.
- Create individual barcodes and ensure products are properly labeled before being put out on the sales floor. Store all products in vault areas and organize as is appropriate.
- Organize vault to ensure all product is in its proper location and easy to locate.
- Prepare for all product drops by prepping bins, getting METRC tags ready, creating space for incoming inventory and ensuring all transferable weights are equal to sellable units.
- Maintain Waste Log.
- Log expiring products and alert GM prior to expiration.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Inventory Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department get properly executed. As the head of the Inventory Department, this position requires a strong leader who can ensure all the dispensary’s back of the house areas and processes comply with local and state regulations. Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing all inventory at Reverie 73’s Lowell, MA retail store, and communicating with the Procurement Manager regarding product issues and upcoming needs. The Inventory Manager will assist in accepting all incoming deliveries, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and tracking expiring products.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Send weekly on-hand inventory totals to GM every Monday.
- Perform audits on all products and accessories to determine which orders need to be placed from week to week.
- Perform audits on all flower, place orders with Procurement and communicate upcoming needs to ensure Procurement is adequately prepared.
- Manage and maintain relationships with new and current vendors.
- Communicate and educate store managers and retail sales associates on new products or changes to existing products.
- Prepare for weekly meetings with the Procurement Manager and GM to go over weekly orders, discuss any issues, and review any new product samples.
- Investigate all inventory discrepancies/issues.
- Manage sample log to ensure all samples distributed.
- Change and update virtual menus.
- Check METRC daily for any incoming deliveries.
- Accept manifested transfers of product to ensure product on-hand is accurate within METRC, create product profiles for products, and enter product quantities into inventory system.
- Create individual barcodes and ensure products are properly labeled before being put out on the sales floor. Store all products in vault areas and organize as is appropriate.
- Organize vault to ensure all product is in its proper location and easy to locate.
- Prepare for all product drops by prepping bins, getting METRC tags ready, creating space for incoming inventory and ensuring all transferable weights are equal to sellable units.
- Maintain Waste Log.
- Log expiring products and alert GM prior to expiration.

Role Overview:
As Inventory Manager for Emjay, your objective will be to help us maintain and maximize our “track and trace” system, perform regular reconciliation and audits in accordance with BCC § 5049. Track and Trace Reporting.
You will be responsible for the receiving and storing of all cannabis inventory, with the objective to maintain stable counts and sufficient product quantities available based on volume demands.
You will manage the inventory team which is made up of an intake processing team. You will report the General Manager to address staffing, scheduling, and Purchasing manager on reporting on budgets, and shrink.
Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: You will create and maintain a schedule within budget and according to staffing needs in consideration of volume.
Inventory Responsibility: Maintain adequate inventory levels to fulfill both retail and delivery demand by establishing thresholds and running inventory counts.
Records loss and strives to maintain a 1% shrinkage per month.
- Shrink is defined as a product quantity that is unaccounted for from sales.
Own track and trace in Blaze App.
Approve PO, stores invoices and vendor payments
Coordinate product delivery schedules and protocol with vendors.
Works with GM and coordinates on deals and sales needs across retail and delivery.

Requirements:

Exceptional continuous improvement process skills in direct and indirect areas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Blaze App or similar inventory tools and processes.
Physical requirements: climbing, standing, stooping, or typing.
Be willing to submit to a background check.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Job Description
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives.
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is an expert in their field of inventory receiving, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Job Description
The Inventory Manager is responsible for all inventory and state track-and-trace duties and oversees a team of Inventory Associates. They ensure all inventory related duties are completed in A timely manner and adhere to the applicable standard operating procedures and compliance rules. The Inventory Manager is ultimately responsible for the daily management of inventory, including but not limited to receiving and processing vendor deliveries, organizing storage areas, performing counts and audits, reconciling stock levels, ensuring adequate product display levels, and compiling reports. The Inventory Manager must have a deep understanding of all relevant cannabis regulations including METRC, the state track-and-trace system. This position may require at least 1 overnight shift per month and reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Description
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is responsible for managing and holding the operations team accountable for policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position manages the operations team to improve accuracy, training and execution of operational
initiatives. The Dispensary Inventory Manager is an expert in their field for specific divisions of responsibilities of the business. This role was designed to develop people into the company’s future General Managers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
- Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals and operational plan.
- Ensure store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores.
- Establish and implement operational policies, standards and procedures for retail staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within retail store.
- Communicate, work closely and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team in the following HR functions:
- Interview, recruit and hire to fill gaps in open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume.
- Train managers and employees in expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP’s, compliance audits, company and state policy and procedures.
- Set up training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete.
- Ensure continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that results in consistency across all stores.

- Performance manage and coach team members on poor performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with GM and HR.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of the inventory team

- Implement and oversee reporting and maintenance of Inventory Point of Sales and Metrc Reporting

What you'll be doing day-to-day

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide warm reception for all staff, visitors and incoming patients, including greeting and registering new patients, conducting new patient orientations, and informing patients, employees, visitors and vendors of the dispensary Code of Conduct
- Coordinate the movement of patient traffic throughout the dispensary with the General Manager and with the Security team
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines; conduct initial and ongoing employee training on the guidelines
- Ensure dispensary services are accessed only by those with valid Patient or Caregiver Registry Identification Cards.
- Ensure patient records are complete, accurate and up-to-date and that patient data is accessible to state and local authorities per all applicable regulations
- Ensure excellent care for all patients
- Supervise patient consultants in their assessments of individual patient needs; coach patient consultants and other staff members on how to assess patient needs by asking appropriate questions regarding patients’ medical conditions and symptoms; listening carefully to patient responses; and determining which types of alternative care might best treat their conditions
- Ensure ongoing evaluation and training of the Patient Services staff related to common medical conditions, symptoms, and treatment methods, both traditional and alternative
- Work with the General Manager to develop and manage the dispensary healing services program and continuously evaluate and enhance the program
- Work with the Medical Director to develop programs that encourage patient education and activism
- Maintain the overall appearance, organization and cleanliness of the Member Services and Patient Care departments, including the service counters and public areas
- Address and resolve patient issues, communicating with sensitivity and respect at all times
- Ensure departmental and dispensary compliance with organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all applicable state and local statutes, rules and regulations
- Authorize discounts and other specialized transactions in sales receipts
- Facilitate the exchange of cash register drawers and monitor daily patient and sales reports
- Prevent the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients and caregivers
- Communicate regularly with the Inventory Manager about product trends, characteristics and patient feedback
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Human Resources to satisfy departmental staffing needs and patient feedback
- Maintain adequate supply of patient intake forms and other department needs
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation policies by all staff members
- Interview applicants for all Patient Services departments and work with Human Resources to make sound hiring decisions
- Conduct departmental training and oversee employee development of Member Services and Patient Care staff
- Prepare department work schedules in a timely manner
- Lead daily pre-opening meetings
