Responsibilities

The Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and customer service through maintaining a properly stocked, organized, uncluttered, safe, and inviting store environment

- Weighing and packaging products as needed
The Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

- Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred

Job Description
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives.
The Dispensary Inventory Manager is an expert in their field of inventory receiving, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
Oversee and execute all inventory specific initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plans.
Ensure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores.
Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within the retail store.
Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization’s goals.

Partner with the PharmaCann Human Resources team in the following HR functions:

Provide leadership, training, guidance, and support to team members that foster continuous learning and improvement in the performance of the store.

Classic Roots Farm is a licensed class C commercial cannabis grow and processing facility in Kalkaska, Michigan. Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking, honest, and dependable trimmers to join our team. The trimming team will be responsible for trimming, cleaning, and packaging cannabis. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be efficient and focused, and have a passion for working hands-on in the cannabis industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Assist/complete all the tasks in areas related to harvest including, but not limited to, trimming, cleaning and packaging.
- Ability to work efficiently on a single task for entire shifts
- Adapt and adjust to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis to ensure a steady pace and quality
- Sustain a clean and organized operation/work environment
- Manage time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing a quality product
- Follow basic instruction and take constructive criticism from management to maintain quality standards and production goals
- Understand and comply with city and state marijuana laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Must pass a criminal history background check
- Trimming experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic
- Able to work well independently as well as with others
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the marijuana industry
